4. Satellites Tracking
Amos 5 at 17°
Plug the RG6 cable in the LNBF pointing to Amos
5 & Eutelsat 16A (Focal Point LNBF),
Go to Menu, Installation, enter 0000
Go to Dish Setting and select:
-Satellite: 17.0E Amos5/K
-Frequency: 12.216 GHz
-Symbol Rate: 27.500 MS/s
-Polarization: V
You first have to find the good elevation (up &
down), then tight the screws of the Pole Adapter
& the Tilting Az/El Bracket.
Adjust the LNBF polarization in order to get the
best signal reception, then tight the screw of the
LNBF holder.
NB: As soon as you get the signal, you can rotate
the reflector, you will keep the signal.

SRT D85W - Instructions www.strong-technologies.com 7
Eutelsat 36A at 36°
Plug the RG6 cable in the LNBF pointing to
Eutelsat 36A.
Go to Menu, Installation, enter 0000
Go to Dish Setting and select:
-Satellite: 36.0E EUTELSAT 36A/36
-Frequency: 12.245 GHz
-Symbol Rate: 27.500 MS/s
-Polarization: H
Track the signal by:
-adjusting the LNBF holder on the
Spacing Bar
-Rotating the reflector
NB: We recommend you to adjust the LNBF on
EBRU channel (frequency: 12323/H/23436)
Eutelsat 16A at 16°
Plug back the RG6 cable on the LNBF pointing to
Eutelsat 16A & Amos 5,
Go to Menu, Installation, enter 0000
Go to Dish Setting and select:
-Satellite: 16.0E EUTELSAT 16A
-Frequency: 10.803 GHz
-Symbol Rate: 30.000 MS/s
-Polarization: H
You can adjust the polarization of the LNBF in
order to optimize the signal level,
Make sure you still have the signal on Amos 5 as
well.
Astra 4A / SES 5 at 4.9° or Eutelsat 7A at 7°
Choose which Satellites you prefer to receive
between Astra 4A/SES 5 and Eutelsat 7A.
Plug the RG6 cable on the last LNBF,
Go to Menu, Installation, enter 0000
Go to Dish Setting and select:
-Satellite: 4.9° ASTRA4A/SES5
-Frequency: 12.0543 GHz
-Symbol Rate: 29.950 MS/s
-Polarization: V
Or
-Satellite: 7.0 EUTELSAT 7A
-Frequency: 12.728 GHz
-Symbol Rate: 30.000 MS/s
-Polarization: H

SRT D85W - Instructions www.strong-technologies.com 8
Track the signal by:
-adjusting the LNBF holder on the Spacing Bar.
If the signal is not coming you have to rotate the
reflector; in this case you will have to confirm
that Eutelsat 36A has still a good signal quality.
In order to track Astra 2F & Badr 5, you only have
to adjust the LNBF holders on the Spacing Bar.
Astra 2F at 28,2°
Plug the RG6 cable on the second LNBF pointing
to Astra 2F,
Go to Menu, Installation, enter 0000
Go to Dish Setting and select:
-Satellite: 28,2E ASTRA 1N/2A/2F
-Frequency: 12.525 GHz
-Symbol Rate: 27.000 MS/s
-Polarization: V
Badr 5 at 26°
Plug the RG6 cable on the third LNBF pointing to
Bard 5,
Go to Menu, Installation, enter 0000
Go to Dish Setting and select:
-Satellite: 26.0E BARD 4,5,6
-Frequency: 12.303 GHz
-Symbol Rate: 27.500 MS/s
-Polarization: H
NB: As the two LNBFs are close from each others,
you need to adjust them in order to optimize the
signal reception of both satellites.

5. DiSEqC Setting
Crimp five RG6 cables of 1.5 meters long each,
Crimp one RG6 cable (distance between the DiSEqC
switch and the receiver),
Plug the RG6 cables on the LNBFs,
Place a self-locking plastic around the LNBF Arm,
Place all the RG6 cables into the self-locking plastic.
Use one DiSEqC switch SRT 8X1 to connect the 5
LNBFs to the receiver
-Input LNB1 - Eutelsat 36A
-Input LNB2 - Astra 2F
-Output RECIEVER - Plug the RG6 cable (from the
DiSEqC to the receiver)
Place the DiSEqC switch into the Reflector Bracket,
Plug the 3 remaining RG6 cables to the DiSEqC switch,
-Input LNB3 - Bard 5
-Input LNB4 - Eutelsat 16A & Amos 5
-Input LNB5 - Astra 4A/SES 5 or
Eutelsat 7A
Place back the DiSEqC switch into the Reflector
