important to follow these instructions carefully. Look

Picture type frames can cover up to the dimensions in the table to the right,
but we suggest adding at least /" of clearance to the dimensions listed in
the table above to cover masonry imperfections.

2INSTALLATION
Suivre ces instructions à partir de l'étape
indiquée dans la notice d'installation du
Stûv 6.
Étape 1 Positionner le foyer à son
emplacement définitif en profondeur et
largeur, puis retirer la porte.
Étape 2 La finition du mur doit être faite
avant de commencer l'installation du
cadre appliqué. Tout matériau apposé
à proximité du cadre doit être non
combustible. Voir la notice d'installation
du Stûv 6 pour plus de détails.
Étape 3 Déballer soigneusement le cadre
appliqué.
Étape 4 Séparer le cadre et le contre-
cadre. Ils ne sont pas assemblés,
seulement séparés par de la pellicule
de protection. Si un couteau est utilisé,
couper la pellicule à l'arrière du cadre.
FRAGILE
Follow these instructions starting from the
step indicated in the Stûv 6 installation
manual.
Step 1 Position the fireplace at its final
location, both in depth and width, then
remove the door.
Step 2 The wall finishing must be
completed before installing the picture
type frame. All materials affixed near the
frame must be non-combustible. See the
Stûv 6 installation manual for more details.
Step 3 Carefully unwrap the picture type
frame.
Step 4 Separate the frame from the
mounting frame. They are not assembled,
only separated by a protective wrap. If
using a knife, cut the wrap at the back of
the frame.

Étape 5 Récupérer la quincaillerie dans
le sac.
Étape 6 Apposer les aimants sur les deux
côtés du contre-cadre dans l'ouverture
prévue à cet effet.
Étape 7 Vérifier le sens du cadre grâce à
la flèche pointant vers le haut dans le coin
supérieur du cadre.
Étape 8 Assembler le contre-cadre au
foyer avec les quatre vis fournies sur le
foyer.
Step 5 Open the bag to retrieve the
hardware.
Step 6 Affix the magnets on both sides of
the mounting frame, in the openings.
Step 7 Look for the small arrow in the top
corner of the frame to confirm the correct
position.
Step 8 Attach the mounting frame to the
fireplace with four screws.

Étape 11 Dans le haut, à l'intérieur du
cadre, mettre en place les deux vis pour
joindre le cadre au contre-cadre.
Étape 12 Réinstaller la porte.
Étape 9 Positionner le cadre sur le
contre-cadre et le pousser jusqu'au mur.
Étape 10 La peinture du cadre est
fragile et peut s'endommager par
le mouvement. Le peinture peut être
retouchée avec la bombe de peinture
fournie avec l'appareil.
Step 9 Position the frame on the
mounting frame and push it all the way to
the wall.
Step 10 Note that the paint on the
frame is fragile and may be damaged by
the movement. It can be touched up with
the spray paint provided with the unit.
Step 11 Affix two screws on the upper
part of the frame, on the inside, to attach
the frame to the mounting frame.
Step 12 Reinstall the door.
