a) Einführung
Das System DPB Polyvrac ist ein Gerät zur Messung
und Kontrolle bei der Streuung von Düngergranulat
mit einer zur Fahrgeschwindigkeit proportionale
Ausbringmenge.
• DIE VOM DPB POLYVRAC GELIEFERTEN GEWICHTSINFORMATIONEN
DÜRFEN NICHT FÜR HANDELSGESCHÄFTE BENUTZT WERDEN.

Der Düngerstreuer DPB Polyvrac darf nur für die Arbeiten
eingesetzt werden, für die er konzipiert ist.
Für den Fall, dass Beschädigungen bei einer Benutzung
auftreten, die außerhalb des Rahmens der vom Hersteller
spezizierten Anwendungen liegt, ist letzterer von jegli-
cher Haftung befreit.
Der Düngerstreuer DPB Polyvrac darf nur von kompe-
tenten Personen, die sich mit seinen Eigenschaften und
der Betriebsanleitung vertraut gemacht haben, benutzt,
gewartet und repariert werden.

Description of the Vision DPB/SWPB system
a) Introduction
The Vision DPB/SWPB system is an instrument for meas-
uring and controlling the spreading of fertilizer or soil
improver with an application rate proportional to the
forward speed, known as DPB, or known as SWPB if it is
tted with static weighing.

• THE WEIGHT DATA GIVEN BY THE VISION DPB/SWPB MAY NOT BE
USED FOR COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS.
The accuracy is about 3% in static mode, and the
accuracy of the display is about 50kg.
The spreader tted with the Vision DPB/SWPB system
must only be used for the purposes for which it was
designed.
The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage
caused by using the machine for other purposes than
those specied in this instruction manual.
The spreader tted with the Vision DPB/SWPB system
must only be operated, maintained and repaired by
competent personnel, familiar with the specications and
use of the machine.

Le Système Vision DPB / SWPB est un instrument de me-
sure et de contrôle de l’épandage d’engrais ou d’amen-
dement avec débit proportionnel à l’avancement appelé
DPB, ou appelé SWPB s’il est équipé de pesée statique.

• LES INFORMATIONS DE POIDS DONNÉES PAR LE VISION DPB /
SWPB NE PEUVENT PAS ÊTRE UTILISÉES POUR DES TRANSACTIONS
COMMERCIALES.
La précision est de plus ou moins 3% en statique, et la
précision de l’achage est de plus ou moins 50 kg.
L’épandeur équipé de Vision DPB / SWPB ne doit être utili-
sé que pour les travaux pour lesquels il a été conçu.
En cas de dommage lié à l’utilisation hors du cadre des
applications spéciées par le constructeur, la responsabili-
té de celui-ci sera entièrement dégagée.
L’épandeur équipé de Vision DPB / SWPB ne doit être
utilisé, entretenu et réparé que par des personnes compé-
tentes, familiarisées avec les caractéristiques et le mode
d’utilisation de la machine.

a) Xx

b) Installierung des DPB Polyvrac
Die elektrischen Versorgungsleitungen des Elektronik-
gerätes sind unbedingt direkt an die 12-V-Batterie des
Schleppers anzuschließen.

Der Bordcomputer DPB Polyvrac verfügt über einen Akku-
mulator, der die programmierten Daten speichert.
Die Stromversorgung des DPB Polyvrac Elektronikgerät
muss durch 3-A-Sicherungen geschützt werden und die
der elektrischen Auslöser durch 45-A-Sicherungen.

Der Computer muss so installiert sein, dass er gut vom
Fahrer gesehen und abgelesen werden kann.

Connection to the tractor
a) Linkage
Hitch the machine to the tractor, if necessary t the
tractor/machine transmission, connect the hydraulic
and electrical lines, according to the instructions in the
user manual (“START-UP” chapter) for the corresponding
spreader.
b) Installing the Vision console
The power supply cables must be connected directly to the
tractor’s 12V battery.
Once the sockets are connected, the console may be
turned on.
The Vision console has an accumulator making it possible
to save the programmed data in the memory.
The Vision console should be protected by 3A fuses on its
power supply.
The direct supply battery cables should be tted with 10A
fuses for the cable with 3-pin plugs, and 50A for the main
connection box power supply cable.
The box must be tted so that it is clearly visible to the
driver, and correctly held in position by the fastenings
provided.
For the L/R and/or “ECONOV” electrical shutter control,
install the control unit on the side of the VISION console.
Its use may be facilitated by positioning it on the armrest.

Connexion au tracteur
a) Attelage
Atteler la machine au tracteur, monter le cas échéant la
transmission tracteur/machine, faire les branchements
hydrauliques et électriques, selon les instructions du
manuel d’utilisation (chapitre «MISE EN ROUTE») de
l’épandeur correspondant.
b) Installation de la console Vision
Il est impératif de brancher les alimentations électriques
directement à la batterie 12 volts du tracteur.
Lorsque les prises sont branchées, la console peut être
allumée.
La console Vision possède un accumulateur permettant
de garder en mémoire les données programmées.
La console Vision doit être protégée par des fusibles 3A sur
son alimentation.
Les câbles d’alimentation direct batterie doivent être équi-
pés de fusibles 10A pour le câble avec prise 3 broches, et
50A pour le câble d’alimentation du boitier de connexions
principal.
Le boîtier doit être monté de manière à ce qu’il soit bien
visible par le conducteur, et correctement maintenu par
les xations prévues.
Pour la commande électrique des trappes D/G et/ou
«ECONOV», installer la commande sur le côté de la
console VISION. Son utilisation peut être facilitée en la
positionnant sur l’accoudoir.

Man erhält die Information über die Geschwindigkeit:

- Schließen Sie den Geschwindigkeitssensor an die dafür
vorgesehene Steckdose der Konsole, die sich hinter der
Konsole VISION bendet.(auf dem Port oben)
c) Durch die Lenkungssonde Teejet MATRIX 840 GS
mit dem Smart Boom ECONOV.
- Verwenden Sie das Kabel RS 232 des ECONOV und stellen
Sie eine Verbindung mit der Konsole-VISION, an der
Steckdose RS 232 über dem Port oben her.

Installation of the speed sensor
The speed information may be obtained either:
ᇗBy the wheel of the spreader,
ᇗBy radar information for the pre-tted and compatible
tractors.
ᇗBy GPS antenna.
a) By the wheel of the spreader
The speed sensor is placed on the DPA reducer drive shaft,
or on the axle (factory-tted).
The adjustment distance between the end of the sensor
and the detector ring should be between 2 and 4mm.
b) GPS speed sensor.
- Connect the sensor to the RS232 connector on the
console provided for this, located behind the Vision
console. (on the top port)
c) By the Teejet MATRIX 840 GS guidance console with
ECONOV Smart Boom.
- Use the RS 232 cable of the ECONOV smart boom and
make the connection with the Vision console, on the RS
232 connector located on the top port.

Mise en place du capteur de vitesse
L’information vitesse peut être réalisée soit :
ᇗPar la roue de l’épandeur,
ᇗPar information radar pour les tracteurs pré-équipés et
compatibles.
ᇗPar antenne GPS.
a) Par la roue de l’épandeur
Le capteur de vitesse est placé sur l’arbre d’entraînement
du réducteur DPA, ou sur l’essieu (montage usine).
La distance de réglage entre l’extrémité du capteur et la
couronne de détection doit être comprise entre 2 et 4mm.
b) Capteur de vitesse par GPS
- Raccorder le capteur à la prise RS232 de la console
prévue à cet eet qui est située derrière la console Vision
(sur le port du haut )
c) Par la console de guidage Teejet MATRIX 840 GS
avec le Smart Boom ECONOV.
- Utiliser le câble RS 232 du smart boom ECONOV et
eectuer le branchement avec la console Vison, sur la
prise RS 232 située sur le port du haut.
