Preparation
2. Charge
3091 smart notebook charge
Take the USB cable insert USB port to charge, indicator light status is as below:
Low power: red light- icker Charging : red light - keep lit
Charge complete: green light- keep lit
Smart pen charge
Nib touch notebook:
If indicator light keep blue light show pen have power,can use it normally.
If indicator light is red - quick icker show pen is low power, need charge in time.
If indicator light keep green on show pen is no power, have to charge at once.
The spec of USB charge
The spec of USB charge device : output voltage 5V, output current 0.5-2.1A
Charge way: remove pen cap, insert into USB port of smart notebook, charge the pen.
Charge time: charge for 15 seconds can complete, then can keep using for 1 hour.
Suggest to charge pen before
using every time.
1. Download Air Notes APP
Before using product. Please scan QR code
on right side to download and install Air
Notes App, or search Air Notes in app store
to download it.
App request using IOS 9.0 system or above, Android 5.0 system or above.

Writing
Writing mode has real - time mode and non - real - time mode
Real time mode：Written content is displayed in real time and stored on mobile
devices

a.
Turn on 3091, the Smart Notebook is activated, and the indicator light is green.
b. Open the Air Notes APP，Click "connect " to connect the mobile device to the
smart book.
2. New document, then can write normally(in process of writing, light keep blue on) .
In process of writing, if light don’t keep blue on , please charge pen immediately.
Please turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone to ensure the normal connection between the
mobile phone and the smart book.

3091 default bluetooth name is Air Notes xxxxx，Select the name that matches the connection.
After the first connection is successful, it is recommended to modify the nickname so that it can
be searched and connected automatically next time.

Page turning function:
Any writing mode, when changing the paper, the application side needs to turn the page
synchronously
Flip method：
APP：Before turning the page, create a new blank document in the real-time preview
interface of the APP segment.

Non-real-time mode
1. Directly on the A5 notebook writing content
a.Turn on 3091, the intelligent writing book is activated, and the indicator light is
green.
When writing in non-real-time mode, make sure the smart writing book has
enough power.
b. Write directly on A5, and the intelligent writing association will automatically
save the handwriting in the writing book.
During writing, if the indicator light is not blue - always on, please charge the pen
immediately.
2、Synchronous writing data
a. Open the Air Notes APP and click "connect" to connect the mobile device to the
smart book. If you are connected before writing, you can ignore this step.
b. Enter the setting interface, select [synchronous], wait for the transmission to
complete, you can see the digital version le on the home page. After the
completion of the data synchronization, handwritten this internal will no longer
store the content, and cannot be synchronized for many times, please backup in
time.
When replacing paper, you must use the above method to turn pages to ensure that the stored
content does not stack more than one page.
The synchronization function only applies to the writing content in the non-real-time state. The
real-time writing content cannot be synchronized.

Change cartridge tips:
The cartridge of smart pen is replaceable,
can be pulled out directly with tools, then
insert new one.
Remind
When the pen tip leaves the notebook for more than 3 minutes, pen will automatic be in
sleep state; before writing again, please take nib to click notebook rst in order to
activate smart pen.
