9. OPERATION OF BOILER
Failure to observe the installation and operating
requirements described in the manual and the
service booklet voids the warranty.
9.1. Operation of Dual chamber CombiBurn DC-A
•IGNITION. Afterthestartupoftheboilerfromthecontrol
panel, the main pellet auger conveys certain amount of
fuel from the pellet hopper to the burner. This specific
amountof pellets issetby the installerand depends on
the fuel characteristics. The fed-in quantity of pellets is
conveyedfromtheaugerconveyorbuiltintheburnerto
the combustion chamber where it is being ignited using
hotair.
•BURNING. The burning process takes place in the
combustion chamber and, after it has been fed into the
combustion chamber, the fuel is then transported from
theinternalaugerconveyortothecombustionchamberin
portions.Thisallowsforconstantandoptimalburningrate
ofthefuel.Flameintensityismonitoredbyaphotosensor
which monitors the burning and feeds data into the
controlunitwhichenablesthestartingorstoppingofthe
combustionprocess,ifnecessary.Theoutputoftheburner
isdeterminedbytheintervalspresetonthecontrolpanel
takingintoaccounttheheatingvalue,sizeanddensityof
thepellets.
•AUTOMATIC CLEANING SYSTEM.TheDualchamberboiler
DC-A is equipped with innovative automatic cleaning
systemforcombustionchambersofbothdivices.
Apowerfulcleaningmotorbuiltintheburnerbody,airis
beingblownin at highspeedandrate thus removing all
residues – ash, noncombustible inclusions, etc. built up
intothecombustionchamberoftheburner.
At the same time the boiler turns on automatic ash
removalwhichistransportedtotheashcontainerthrough
screwlocatedinthelowerpart.Theseautomaticcleaning
cycles last several seconds and can be additionally
adjustedaswellastheirrepeatratedependingontheload
oftheburner.
9.2. Important recommendations for long-lasting and
correct operation of the boiler
-For assembly and installation of the burner follow the
requirementsinthismanual.
-Useonlyrecommendedinthismanualfuel.
-Cleanash-and-sootcontainerweekly.
-Disassembletheburnerfromtheboilerbodybeforeclean
it.Dependingonfuelandburnersettings,cleanthepellet
burneronceaweek:
1)Disassemblepelletburner.
2)Useawirebrushtocleanburnerchamber
3)Useavacuumcleanertocleantheashesunderneaththe
chamber
4)Assemblethecleanedburner
-Donotusebothchambersatthesametime
-User`strainingforoperationandmaintenanceofburneris
performedbyanauthorizedinstallerorserviceshop.
-Itismandatory to clean andcomplete maintenance once
per year of all burner components and boiler chamber
components.

10. CONTROLLER UNIT
10.1. Controller view. Explanation of buttons and indicators.

Explanation of buttons:
Button F –functionkey(button).
Used to move from one page to the
next menu, and passing the burner
from one stage to another (Manual
-Auto–Programe).
Button ”Enter” – Used to move
from one line to another menu of the
controller.Confirmtheenteredvalue.
Buttons “Navigation arrow Up” and“Navigation arrow
Down” – Used to change the value of a parameter
inthemenu.Afterenteringthe correctvaluepressbutton
“Enter”,tomovetonextparameter.
Display symbols explanation:
Auto Clean symbol appears in right upper part of
display. Active auto cleaning symbol means boiler
automaticcleaningmode.
Crossed-outflamesymbolappearsinupperrightpart
of display. Means that the boiler enters into
Extinguishmode.
CH priority/Radiator/symbolappearsinupperpart
ofdisplay.MeansthanCentralHeatingpriorityisset
toheatupthecentralheating.
Domestic Hot Water /shower/ priority symbol
appears in upper part of display. Means than DHW
priority is set to heat up the domestic hot water.
WhensetDHWtemperatureisreached,DHWpumpstops
andCHpumpisactivated.
Parallelpumps/showerandradiator/symbolappears
in upper part of display. Means that is set equal
priority to both pumps. They work in parallel and are
controlledbytemperaturesensors.
