3.2 Device Installation:
4. Operation of Device:
Power ON/OFF:
Connect the external power supply to the device then the POWER LED (Red)and Charging
LED (Green) ON and same time the device starts charging. Until battery was not discharge the device
still ON. After battery fully discharged the device goes into Power OFF Stage.
GSM/GPRS & GPS Connection:
After Successful registration of Network, the GPRS will activated then the device connected
to server and continuous ON the Green LED. After fixing the position of GPS the Red Led starts the
blinking.
Data Send to Server:
After successful connection with server using TCP/IP protocol Green LED goes continuously
ON. Orange Led blink for every data log sending to server.
5. Main Functions
5.1 Advance Tracking:
Device supports IRNSS based GPS tracker so Accuracy of location was High. This feature
enables our customers to be see their current vehicle status in different regions of country and can
track single vehicle. In Advance tracking you can see the real-time location of your vehicle and also
status whether currently parked or moving. You can view which road your vehicle is on map and all
details of vehicle.
5.2 Detail Dashboard:
User can see vehicle data details under this function like Vehicle Name, number, Live
Location, google map location, Ignition Status, Power supply Status, GPS status etc.
5.3 SOS Button:
It helps the customer to transmit signals when they are in critical situation like accident or
other
dangers. As soon as the driver/any other person presses the panic button, it triggers a message to
owner/manager as selected by the user in its preference.

5.4 Anti-Theft:
It helps to against to vehicle theft when you park your vehicle outside your home at night or in
busy market place.
5.5 Point of interest:
It is specific point location that someone may find useful for his vehicle to frequent place visit.
For instance, Home, Office, Delivery location etc.
5.6 Playback:
It enables to review the vehicle past trip with ///./dates including running, stoppage, idling,
parking details with every location on map.
5.7 Geo-Fence:
It allows you too quickly and easily setup geographic boundaries around specific areas and
then receive automated alerts whenever a vehicle enters or exits those boundaries.
5.8 Power Disconnect Alert:
When the device will remove from the vehicle then immediately Power Disconnect Alert
activated.
5.9 Restart Device
If GPRS service is abnormal (OFFLINE), then user can send SMS command RESTART to
restart the device. Device will RESTART device after 20 secs after receiving the command.
5.10 Analog Signal:
The analog port is used to measure the any ADC Reading like Fuel, Temperature which will
be uploaded to platform/APP in fixed time of interval. Two analog signals are available to
take reading from sensors.
5.11 FOTA:
We can update firmware through a Simple command. Also other many commands are
available to update the Parameters like IP and PORT address, APN, Data Sending Frequency etc.
(Please See Command List).
5.12 Health Parameter:
Device Send Health String on request. After Sending command to get Health
Parameter using Mobile device send Health String which include following
parameters, Vender ID, Firmware Version No, IMEI Number, Battery Percentage,
Memory Percentage, Data Sending Frequency, Digital IP Status, ADC Values etc.

To ensure normal network operation please check server setting and APN of your network
before login. In most countries APN could be automatically adapted to local mobile operators. If not,
then need to update APN manually using SMS (Please See Command List).
For Server setting, confirm the server address and setting with distributors. If server is
incorrect please send SMS to update (Please See Command List).
6.2 Login Service on Platform:
Open the Home page using the platform link and go to the Login and then click on server
login. Then enter provided username and Password. For demo login use following details
Username: mapout_demo
Password: 12345
6.3 Login Service on Application:
Download the app using app store link and install it. After successful installation enter the
server name and login using provided username and Password. For demo login use following details
Server Name: indiansilicon
Username: mapout_demo
Password: 123456
