This manual contains important information regarding your Supera® unit. Please read this manual thoroughly prior to equipment set-up, operation and mainte-
nance. Failure to comply with regular maintenance guidelines outlined in this manual may void the warranty.

OPERATION GUIDELINES
WARNING: Pay attention to the following before operating for safe usage.
•Only wash dishes with applicable chemicals.
•Never put an inflammable liquid into the tank. This can cause an explosive
accident.
•Never open the door while operating. This is dangerous and you can get
burned by hot water.
•Contact Supera Service if you encounter any technical problems. Only
authorized technicians are approved for maintenance.
•Make sure to ground the electrical wire. Failure to do so can cause electrical
leakage and shock.
•Do not store anything on top of the dishwasher. This may cause mechanical
defects.
•Do not wash exterior electrical components with water. This may cause
electrical leakage.
•Make sure to place and install this unit where there is good ventilation and no
flammable agents.
•Only use low foaming detergent in this unit. High foaming detergent and other
soaps will prevent a thorough wash.
•When exchanging chemicals, do not get the detergent on your skin, clothes,
and eyes. This chemical is severely corrosive to skin, eyes, and clothes.
•Wear chemically impervious gloves and apron while cleaning and moving this
unit.
•If there are defects in the ignition of the gas booster, call a Supera Service
representative immediately. Be sure to also close the gas valve and check for
gas leakage.
•Keep chemical agents away from children.
•If you consume detergent, do not vomit. Drink two glasses of water and
immediately go see a doctor.
•Avoid materials that are reactive with acids, alkalis, etc.

•The manufacturer cannot be responsible for problems caused by ignoring
these safety and caution instructions.
•This dishwasher is designed for commercial and industrial use.
•Do not use the dishwasher for domestic use, or other purpose.
•The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons
without supervisions.
During Installation
•Electrical connection must be in accordance with the rating label.
•Electrical safety isonly guaranteed when the ground systemof your house is
in accordance with the related local regulations. (Do not use an extension or
cable cord.)
•If power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a
service agent, or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
•The appliance is to be connected to the water main using new hose-sets and
old hose-sets should not be re-used.
During Use
•Do not use any kind of solvent in your dishwasher. This may cause an
explosion or fire.
•Do not spray water on the appliance. It may cause failure of electric parts or
an electric shock.
•Do not use the detergent for hand washing. The detergent for the dishwasher
should only be used for normal operation.
•Dishwasher detergents are strongly alkaline. They can be extremely
dangerous if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
After Use
•Pull down circuit breaker when dishwasher is not in use anymore.
PREVENT ELECTRICAL LEAKAGE AND SHOCK
Make sure to ground the wire to electrode to avoid electrical accidents.
Grounding – All exposed dead-metal parts are connected to the grounding lead of
the power supply cord or the equipment grounding terminal.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
LEVEL THE DISHWASHER
The dishwashing machine is designed to operate while being level. This is important
to prevent any damage to the machine during operation and to ensure the best
results when washing ware. The unit comes with adjustable feet, which can be turned
using a pair of channel locks or by hard if the unit can be raised safely. Ensure that
the unit is level from side to side and from front to back before making any
connections.

PLUMBING CONNECTIONS
DRAIN
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
WARNING: Electrical and grounding connections must comply with the applicable
portions of the National Electrical Code and/or other local electrical codes.
WARNING: Disconnect the electrical power to the machine (both dishwasher and
booster if applicable) and follow lockout/tagout procedures.

Check Rotation (Three Phase Machines Only)
Three-phase motors must rotate in the direction of the arrow on the motor housing.
In order to check rotation, close the machine doors and press the power switch to
ON.
When the machine is completely filled, open and close machine doors to verify that
the motor impeller rotates in the clockwise direction.
If the rotation is incorrect, DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY and
interchange any two of the incoming power supply leads. Reconnect the power
supply and verify correct rotation.

SETTING AND CHANGING MODES
A. SWITCH
A1. POWER S/W
To turn on/off electric power on main board.
If power is on, the ready lamp will be flickering, and it will display the whole
washing time (wash, stand by, rinse) by digits.
A2. READY S/W
To prepare for operation, set time, wash, rinse, chemical agent supply, delayed
time and temp, etc. and to lock system
a. To prepare for the operation system if press ready, ready flickering
and then press again ready lamp on; all preoperational courses (water
supply, chemical agent supply, heating, etc.) to be ready.
b. To set and change modes; wash time, rinse time, chemical agent
supply time, wash temp, rinse temp, delayed time, initial
detergent supply time, etc. When changing the existing modes,
press ready button with functional sw 1,2,3 in three holes as
shown below.
c. To lock washing system temporarily, press ready and close the door.
To unlock washing system press ready again.
B. HOW TO CHANGE AND SET MODE
1. Power ON
2. Press MODE button (adjustment for step) Wash Time – Rinse Time –
Booster Temp. –
Detergent Supply Time – Delay Time – Wash Tank Temp – Initial Detergent
Supply Time
3. Change step by MODE bottom (digit flickering, then adjust by UP/DOWN)
4. Change next step by pressing MODE button
5. Press READY when setting is finished
EX) Wash time 50sec to 60sec/rinse time 8sec to 9sec
1. Power ON
2. Press MODE (wash time shows 50 sec)
3. Press UP (50 sec, flickering)

4. Press UP again (50 is changed to 60, and flickering)
5. Press MODE (rinse time shows 8sec)
6. Press UP (8 is changed to 9, and flickering)
7. Press READY (setting finished and stand-by)
C. LAMP DISPLAY
1. WATER LAMP ON/OFF
ON: to supply water to wash & booster tank
OFF: to finish watering tank
2. STAND BY LAMP ON/OFF
ON: to be ready to start the system
3. WASH LAMP ON/OFF
ON: to wash dishes by system
4. RINSE LAMP ON/OFF
ON: to rinse dishes by system
5. DETERGENT LAMP ON/OFF
ON: to supply detergent to tank while washing
6. RINSE AID LAMP ON/OFF
ON: to supply rinse aid to tank while rinsing
OPERATION
1. Place drain pipe and strainer in the right place
2. Turn on the main switch
