GENERAL SAFETY
• Check that the voltage of the main circuit corresponds with the rating of the appliance before
operating.
• If the supply cord or appliance is damaged, stop using the appliance immediately and seek advice
from the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualied person.
• DO NOT let the cord hand over the edge of the table or counter or let it come into contact with
any hot surfaces.
• DO NOT carry the appliance by the power cord.
• DO NOT use any extension cords with this appliance.
• DO NOT pull the plug out by the cord as this may damage the plug and/or the table.
• Switch off at the wall socket then remove the plug from the socket when not in use or before
cleaning.
• Switch off and unplug before tting or removing tools/attachments, after use and before cleaning.
• The appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand
the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they
are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged

• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance that produces hot oil or other hot
liquids from the cooking process.
• Bread, oil and other foods may burn. DO NOT use the appliance near or below curtains or other
combustible materials, and watch it while in use.
• DO NOT wrap food in plastic lm, polythene bags, or metal foil. It will damage the appliance, and
will cause a re hazard.
• Keep the appliance and the cable away from hotplates, hobs or burners.
• Unplug the appliance when not in use, before moving and before cleaning.
• DO NOT cover any part of the grill with aluminum foil. This could cause the grill to overheat.
• DO NOT place cooking utensils on the grill when it is hot, during cooking, keeping warm or heating.
Never use the appliance without the grill plate and drip trap in place. Always fully assemble the
appliance prior to plugging into the power outlet and switching it on. Always ensure the grill plate
is placed correctly onto the base and the temperature control dial is plugged into it (which locks
it into place) before switching on at the mains.
• This appliance is hot during operation and retains heat for some time after turning off. Always use
oven gloves when handling hot materials and allow metal parts to cool down before cleaning.
• Do not leave this appliance unattended during use.

Removing the fan
1. Turn over the appliance. 2. Slide the fan cover. 3. Take out fan.
If it is necessary to disassemble the fan, make sure that the fan is assembled before use. Do not use
the device without installed fan!

Assembly procedures for parts
• Always unplug the unit before assembly and dis-assembly.
• Place the Base on a at, level surface.
• Fill the Water Tray with water and place in the bottom of the Base.
NOTE: Do not ll the Water Tray above the MAX ll line.
• Place the Drip Tray on the unit, aligning the arrows on the Drip Tray with the arrows on the Base.
NOTE: The unit will not operate if the Drip Tray is not installed correctly on the Safety Cut Off
Switch.
• Place the Control Panel/Element on the unit.
• Place the Grill Plate on top.
Before First Use:
• Carefully unpack the grill and remove all packaging materials. Wipe the cooking surface and
base with a clean, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners on any part
of the grill.
• Use the grill only when it is fully assembled.
• Unwind the power cord fully and place it away from the grill.
• We recommend a “trial run” at a high temperature to eliminate any protective substance or oil that
may have been used for packing and shipping. Switch on grill, set the temperature to 230°C, and
switch on fan. A small amount of smoke and odor may be detected. This is normal.
• Before using, condition the nonstick surface. Spread 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil with a soft cloth
or folded paper towel over the entire grill surface. Assemble grill and set temperature to 160°C.
When the grill reaches the set temperature, after 6 minutes turn off and cool completely.
• The Grill is now ready to use.
Starting the operation of the grill:
• Place the device on a stable, at surface.
• Make sure that the grill is assembled according to the assembly diagram
Warning: Never plug the grill in without all parts placed properly.
• The tray must be lled with about 2 cups clean water.
• If you spill water, before plugging wipe the device and the surfaces on which the water has been
poured.
• Connect the cord to the grill. Connect the power cord to the mains socket. The control lamp will
light up.
ATTENTION: Do not use the grill without fan.

Using the Control Panel
• Connect the cord to the grill.
• Connect the power cord to the mains socket. The control lamp will light up.
• Press the “POWER” button.
• Press the “FAN” button. Never use the grill without turned the fan on.
• Press “ADJUST” button in the place where is upward arrow, set the desired temperature in the
range from 120 to 230. To decrease the temperature, press the down arrow.
• The grill is equipped with the “KEEP WARM” function. It keeps warm previously grilled food in
temperature 80-100 degrees (rst temperature range).
• Place food on the plate. To ensure the foods good grilling we recommend overturn the foods from
time to time.
After nished grilling , press the “POWER” button to turn off the appliance, and then press the “FAN”
button to turn off the fan, remove the plug from the mains socket. Allow the device to cool before
cleaning or servicing
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, switch off the Grill, unplug from power socket and allow it to cool completely.
• DO NOT clean the fan.
• Only drip tray can be put in dishwasher. Clean other elements by hand
• Never immerse the appliance, power cord or the plug in water or other liquids.
• Do not use abrasive materials to remove dirt. Do not clean the grill with a metal scraper
• Do not use oven cleaning agents, abrasive cleaners (kitchen cleaning agents), cleaning agents
which contain citrus fruit products or cleaning sponges. Do not use cleaning agents which contain
acid, non-organic alcohol.
• Do not soak the grill plate. This could damage the non-stick coating.

The housing cleaning:
• Before cleaning take fan out.
• Clean the housing with a damp cloth and mild detergent and then rinse completely with clean water
• Polish with a soft dry cloth. Ready to use next time after dry completely
Cleaning the heating element
• Wipe carefully with a moist cloth heating element and heating element handles. Don’t immerse in
water. Do not scratch.
• Wipe dry (e.g. using kitchen roll)
• After cleaning reassemble the grill according to the assembly instructions.
ELECTRICAL INFORMATION
(Fixed Mains Plug Only)
The mains lead supplied with this product is tted with a BS 1363 13 amp plug. If it is not suitable for
your supply sockets it must be replaced with an appropriate plug.
If the plug becomes damaged and/or needs to be replaced please follow the wiring instructions on
the next page. The plug removed must be disposed of immediately. It must not be plugged into a
supply socket as this will be an electrical hazard.
If the fuse needs to be replaced it must be of the same rating and ASTA approved to BS1362. If
the plug is changed, a fuse of the appropriate rating must be tted in the plug, adapter or at the
distribution board. If the fuse in a moulded plug is replaced, the fuse cover must be retted before
the application can be used.
(Power adapters only, if included)
Never open the power adapter, you risk getting an electric shock. Only use the power adapter that
is supplied with your product.
You must always connect the power adapter to the product before connecting to the mains power
supply. The power adapter must be used indoors only, and must not be subjected to damp conditions.
The power adapter does not have any user serviceable parts.
WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
The supply cable will be either 2-core or 3-core. Follow the appropriate wiring instructions shown.
In both cases ensure that the outer sheath of the cable is held rmly in place by the cable clamp.

This product is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of original purchase. If any defect should
occur due to faulty materials or workmanship, please return it to the store it was purchased from.
You will need to have your receipt of purchase to hand. The guarantee is subject to the following
provisions:
• It is only valid within the boundaries of the country of purchase.
• The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the instructions contained
in the User Manual.
• The product must be used solely for domestic purposes.
• The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the product is re-sold or has been damaged by inexpert
repair.
• The manufacturer disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
• The guarantee is in addition to, and does not diminish, your statutory or legal rights.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL
This product and/or accompanying documents indicates that when it is to be disposed of, it must
be treated as Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
Any WEEE marked waste products must not be mixed with general household waste, but kept
separate for the treatment, recovery and recycling of the materials used.
For proper treatment, recovery and recycling; please take all WEEE marked waste to your Local
Authority Civic waste site, where it will be accepted free of charge.
If all consumers dispose of Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment correctly, they will be helping
to save valuable resources and preventing any potential negative effects.

零件組裝步驟
• 在組裝和拆除之前務必拔掉設備的插頭。
• 將底座放在平坦、水平的表面上。
• 將水盤裝滿水並放入底座底部。

• 將滴水托盤放在設備上,將滴水托盤上的箭咀與底座上的箭咀對齊。注意:如果滴水托盤沒有正

• 將控制面板/組件放在裝置上。
• 將烤板放在上面。
在首次操作之前:
• 小心地打開燒烤爐的包裝並拆除所有包裝材料。用乾淨的濕布擦拭烹調表面和底部,待完全乾
