The623usesa Dual
Concentric
Singfe
Point
Source
driveunit
sothesound
dispersion,
isequally
good
whenthe
loudspeaker
ismountedhorizontallyor
vertically.

bracket
isdesigned
sothattheloudspeaker
canbemountedeither
horizontally

Surroundand Efiects use
A pair of6z3sshouldbemountedonthewallbehind
the
mainlistening
position.
Sound
reflectsoffhardsurfacesandwillreflect
offtheceilingandside walls.
Some
reflectioncanbebeneficial,adding totheatmosphericeffect,butasageneralguide
thespeakersshouldbemountedatleast12"
downfromtheceilingand6"fromthe
sidewalls.
Thebracketsuppliedwiththe623isdesignedtohold
thespeakerflush against
the
wall.Thisis
generally
considered
the
bestmountingcompromise,angling
in
towards
thelisteneroftenruiningtheatmosphericeffect bymakingthesunound sound
souroelocationstooobvious.
Remember
thereisnoabsoluterightorwrong:Personaltasteisimportant.lf it
sounds
good,
itis
good.

hooked
over
the
wallmounted
halfofthebracket.
