FAQ
Q: Can I plug one string into the end of another string?
A: No, you cannot connect the strings end to end.
Q:The lights are not working.
A: Please make sure the lights are connected correctly and the input
power is correct.
Q: I have chosen ash / smooth mode,but the lights are not changing.
A: It is possible that the change speed is too slow. Press the up and
down button to change the ash / smooth speed.
Q: How can I change the brightness level under fade / smooth mode?
A:To adjust the brightness level in a particular mode:
• Clear the mode by pressing “Clear” button.
• Adjust the brightness level by pressing any one of the buttons with
number of 10,20, 30 etc. to set your desired brightness.
• Select the mode you prefer by pressing the corresponding button.
Note: Brightness setting won’t work if set after mode selection.
Set the brightness prior to selecting the mode.

Q: How do I change the ash / smooth speed?
A: During ash mode, you can use the 1Hz, 2Hz and 3Hz button to set
the ash speed.Also you can use the up and down button to ne
tune the ashing / smooth speed.
Caution
• Serial connection may result in a re hazard and damage to the
product, please do not interconnect.
• Please do not cut the string light, this will permanently break the
circuit and damage the light beyond repair. Do not squeeze or fold
the string light into sharp shapes and angles.
• Although our lights are built with safety measures, we do not
recommend leaving the light unattended or turned on permanently.
• This is not a toy. It contains small parts and possible choking hazards,
please keep it away from children.
• Please do not hang anything from the string light as the extra weight
may break the light and cause a potential re hazard.
• Be careful not to damage the wire or LEDs when used with staples,
nails,and other sharp objects.
Warranty
TaoTronics products are covered by a 12 month limited warranty from
the date of its original purchase.If any problems occur, please contact
our support team.

F: Wie ändere ich die Geschwindigkeit im Flashmodus und
Smoothmodus?
A: Im Flashmodus benutzen Sie die Tasten 1Hz, 2Hz und 3Hz zum
Einstellen der Geschwindigkeit. Sie können das Blinken auch mit den
Pfeiltasten einstellen.

R: Non, vous ne pouvez pas interconnecter plusieurs guirlandes.
Q: Les lumières ne s’allument pas.
R: Veuillez vérier que chaque prise est bien branchée et que
l’alimentation électrique est opérationnelle.
Q: J’ai sélectionné le mode clignotant/gradateur,
mais les lumières ne changent pas.
R: Il est possible que vous ayez réglé le clignotement trop lent. Appuyez
sur le bouton “haut” an d’augmenter la vitesse de
clignotement/stroboscope.
Q: Comment puis-je changer la luminosité en mode
gradateur/clignotement ?
R: Pour ajuster la luminosité dans un mode particulier :
• Effacez les réglages du mode en appuyant sur le bouton “Clear”,
• Ajustez le niveau de luminosité en appuyant sur un des boutons avec

Q: Comment puis-je changer la vitesse de clignotement / gradateur ?
R: En mode clignotement,vous pouvez utiliser les boutons 1Hz,2Hz et
3Hz pour dénir la vitesse de clignotement. Vous pouvez aussi utiliser
les boutons haut et bas an d'ajuster plus nement la vitesse de
clignotement/gradateur.
Caution
• La connexion en série peut provoquer un incendie et endommager
le produit, veuillez ne pas interconnecter des guirlandes.
• Veuillez ne pas couper la guirlande lumineuse, cela endommagerait
irrémédiablement le circuit et les LED, empêchant toute réparation.

R: Utilizzare i tasti 1Hz, 2Hz e 3Hz per impostare la velocità del ash.
Regolare ulteriormente la velocità tramite gli appositi tasti di
aumentazione/diminuzione.
