IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be observed, including
the following
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR TURBOHAND VACUUM.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or injury:
1. Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use
2. Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children
3. Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacture’s recommended attachments
4. Do not use with damaged cord or plug, Do not use water vacuum cleaner if it has been
dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped in water. Return it to an authorized service center
5. Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners.
6. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
7. Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
8. Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
9. Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust,
lint, hair and anything that may reduce airflow.
10. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts
11. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or got ashes.
12. Turn off the control before unplugging
13. Use extra care when cleaning on stairs
14. Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids such as gasoline or use in areas where
they may be present.
15. Look on your water vacuum cleaner and follow all label and marking instructions
16. Keep end of hose, wands and other openings away from your face and body
17. Do not use the water vacuum cleaner without moveable cover and water tube in place
18. Always unplug this appliance before connecting or disconnecting vacuum hose
19. Store the vacuum cleaner indoors. Put the vacuum cleaner away after us to prevent tripping
accidents.
20. Using improper voltage may result in damage to the motor and possible injury to the user.
Correct voltage is listed on the rating label.
21. Do not use for any purpose other than described in this user’s guide.
22. If the cleaner is damages, the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person
must repair it in order to avoid a hazard.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE:

Open the box ,pick out the attachments

Assembling the wheel base.
Press the axles of the four castors into the holes in the base until they click into place
Mount the assembled basic on the castors and test it to see if in functions
Place the barrel on the base and press down until you hear the clips snap into place.

Fit the suction hose onto the suction inlet and turn it in the direction of the arrow in order to lock.
Connect the suction tubes and fit them to the hose. All suction nozzles can be fitted directly onto
the flexible hose or the extension tubes.
Either one or two tubes may be used. It is possible to use the flexible hose and tubes without using
a nozzle.
VACUUM CLEANING:
Flexible hose with suction regulator:(FIG.4)
The handle of the 110MM flexible hose has a mechanical suction regulator. By moving the suction
regulator , the suction power can be altered.
Crevice tool (FIG.5)
This is particularly useful for cleaning awkward crevice.
Water brush: (FIG.5)
Use the water brush to clean the velvet surface
Carpet brush: (FIG.5)
Use the water brush to clean the waterish surface
Move up the moveable cover, it can be washed with warm water. Never operate machine without
the moveable cover installed.(fig 6)
The water tube can be uninstalled, it can be washed with warm water. Never operate machine

without the water tube.(fig 7,fig 8)if the water becomes very dirty, replace it. When the sucked up
dirt reaches the maximum level in the tubby body, the suction is automatically blocked by the
safety ball.(you will notice an increase in the motor revolutions)
Remove the moveable cover, you can pour the dirt water like fig 9.
After using, the sponge of safe ball frame can be washed, make it dry before replace it.(fig 10)
If you want to keep on vacuuming , restore the water level.
Before using, assembling the cyclone ass’y, and after using, take the connect tube from the
cyclone ass’y, take the connect tube from the cyclone ass’y.(fig 11 fig 12)
Pour the dust from the dust cup of cyclone ass’y, you can wash the cup with the water.(fig 13
fig14)
Operation
Fit the required attachments to the appliance; unwind the required length of supply cord. Plug the
appliance into the mains supply, and switch the appliance on/of by means of the switch on the
motor housing.
Point to note:
If the appliance should overturn during use. The float will stop the air flow. Switch off and
right the appliance. Do not switch on until you hear the float drops to its normal position.
Always leave the foam insert in. Use suction hose handle without a nozzle. To ensure that no
residual liquid is left in the accessories, the complete accessory system should be lifted up before
appliance is switched off.
Emptying the barrel:
When picking up liquids a float valve automatically cut the operation when the maximum fill level
has been reached. In such case switch off the appliance immediately and empty the barrel before
using again.
