travellingexpenseswillbeatpurchaser'scharge.Freongasfillingisexcludedfromtfievorronty.Thewarrant/declinesif
themachineIsusednotInconformitywiththesalesinstructions;Ittheyaredamagedwillinglyorunintentionally;IfItie

1DELIVERY:ExWorksCodogno(Lo),Italy.
2CONSIGNMENT:TELMEdoesitsbestthatconsignmentiscarriedoutwithinestablishedtime.
Penaltiesorindemnityofdamages,atpurchasersfavour,forthedelayedconsignmentareinany
caseexcluded.Goodsareintendedasdeliveredwhentheyarehandedtothetrasporter.Shipment
expensesareatpurchaserscharge.Whentherearenopreciseandwrittenarrangementsfromthe
purchaser,theshipmentwillbecarriedoutwiththemostsuitablemeansforTELIVIE.Goodsare
shippedatthepurchaserschargeandrisk,alsoincasethatshipmentiscarriedoutbyTELME.
Whenreceivingthegoodscheckiftheyareingoodcondition.Ifnecessary,i.e.goodsare
damaged,markdeliverynotewithyourproperreserves.InformTELMES.p.A.within48hours
aboutdamage.
3CLAIMS:Eventualclaimsmustbemadenolaterthan7 daysfromreceiptofthegoods.
4RESERVEDOWNERSHIPAGREEMENT:Incaseofsellingwithextendedordeferredpayment,
thepartiesagreethatthegoodsareintendedassoldwithreservedownershipagreement.
5PAYMENTS:EventualdelaysofpaymentauthorizeTELMEtosuspendorcanceloutstanding
orders.Incaseofdelayofpaymenttheinterestwillbeatpurchaserscharge.
6INSTALLATIONandSERVICE:Installationisatthebuyer,aswellasthecostsofaftersale
servicecarriedoutbythedistributor.
7WARRANTY:TELMEwarrantssoldmachinesfora timeof12monthsfromdeliverydate.During
thetimeofwarranty,TELMEwillreplace,freeex-factory,allpartsdamagedforevidentdefectsof
manufacturingorfora badqualityofthematerials.ReplacedpartsstillbelongtoTELMEandwill
havetobereturnedtotheheadofficefreeofcharge.Labourandeventualtravellingexpenseswill
beatpurchaserscharge.Freongasfillingisexcludedfromthewarranty.Thewarrantydeclinesif
themachineisusednotinconformitywiththesalesinstructions;ittheyaredamagedwillinglyor
unintentionally;ifthemachineismodified,repairedordisassembledbynotauthorizedstaff.The
warrantyalsodeclinesiftheconnections,poweranwater,forthefeedingofthemachine(at
purchaserscharge)areuncorrect.Suspensionofpayment,agreedinthesalesproposaland
acceptedbyTELMEwillcausethesuspensionofwarranty.
ADDITIONALWARRANTY:TELMEwarrantssoldmachinesaccordingtoabovementioned
conditionsfora timeof12monthsfromdeliverydate.Inordertoacquiretherightofhavingthe
additionalwarrantyof

year,sothatthewarrantyisextendedtoa totaltimeof24months,the
buyerhastocutout,fillin,signandsendback,byregisteredletter,toTELME,within15daysfrom
dateofinstallation,thewarrantycardwhichisenclosedinthemanual"OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS".IfTELMEdoesntreceivethewarrantycard,theadditionalwarrantytimewillnot
beacknowledged.
8RESPONSIBILITY:TELMEisfreefromeveryresponsibilityandobligationforanyfurther
accidenttopeopleandgoodsthatcouldverifyforand/orduringtheuse,forreasonsor/in
dependenceonsuppliedmachines,duringeventualtestingandevenifaccidentisduetodefects
