1.Warnings
a. It is neccessary that the black body and the camera are installed at the
same height. Black body should not be covered with cloth or other objects.
In such case, false alarms might be triggered.
b. Camera should be installed in appropriate distance from exteriors and
sunlight, so these factors are not affecting measurement.
c. If ground vibrations are impacting the video, contact us with proof that the
installation is correct.
d. Measurement is reaching full accuracy 30 minutes after launching the
system. It is advisable to turn on the deviced 30 minutes before the
measurement should start. Same applies to the black body.
e. If you are going to use this system with a laptop, laptop battery should be
accrodingly charged.
f. Make sure the laptop or PC where you plan to install the program is not
connected to any other network by ethernet or wireless.
g. If the PC or laptop has USB3.0 it is recommended to connect the devices
directly, without use of other ports or hubs.
h. The software is optimized for use with Windows 10 64-bit. It is
recommended to use such PC with USB3.0/USB3.1.

2.Product features
a. Automatic detection and report of people with elevated body temperature.
b. Custom setting of level for elevated “temperature“.
c. With use of the black body, the accuracy levels are ≤±0.2⁰C.
d. The system has thermal imaging technology- it pairs the visible spectrum
video with measurement results and reports. The detection and
measurement are very intuitive, effective and accurate.
e. Technology is able to identify and measure several people simultaneously.
f. This system is identifying people with elevated body temperature. For
second level check, these people should be measured also with standard a
thermometer.
What is black body? What is its function?
Black body is a calibration unit. Its emission temperature is 35⁰C. It is used for
measurement correction, so the high accuracy ≤±0.2⁰C is achieved.
Is it possible to install this systém in exteriors or half open spaces?
Exterior temperatures, wind and humidity have a negative impact on measurement
accuracy. That is why this kind of use is not recommended. If such measurement is
required, to achieve the best possible results, we recommend to perform
measurement in a passable tent with dimensions at least 3x6m.
Why the device is measuring the temperature on forehead?
If the passing people are using respirators or masks or glasses, forehead is the place
which still remains uncovered. The device can succesfully detect this place.

What is the best distance between camera and the measured people?
The distance between camera and the measured people should be same as the
distance of the camera and black body.
How many people can be measured at the same time?
If people are too far from the camera, or people are covering each other, the
detection level can be lowered, or the measured temperature can be wrong. In ideal
conditions the people should walk by the camera one by one.
Is it normal that the video is freezing sometimes?
Yes. To achieve the highest accuracy paired with the video the device is
automatically doing some corrections, when video pauses for a short moment.

4.Product requirements
1. Work according to all safety standards and precautions of
work with electricity and electrical devices.
2. Use power network/connection, Which is in accordance
with Extra-low voltage (ELV)
3. Check/proof correctness of power network connection
before starting the device.
4. Protect cables from physical damage.
5. Do not point the device and do not focus the device into
the sunlight.
6. Use and store the product in environment with adequate
humidity levels.
7. Protect the device from liquids.
8. Make sure no objects are obstructing the product
ventilation/cooling system.
9. Do not press/shake/ bath the device.
10.For storage use materials in at least the same quality as
the original packaging.
11.Consider use of lighting conductor. This might protect the
device in the case of lighting hit.
12.Do not dismount the device.
13.Do not touch photo sensitive parts CCD and CMOS. For
cleaning these parts from dust, conventional hairdrier can
be used.
14.For cleaning other parts soft cloth with small amount of
neutral detergent can be used.
15.Do not touch or clean the device directly.
16.Use only original installation parts. Prefer installation and
maintenance by professionaly trained personnel.
17.Do not use other than supplied cables.
