Thank you for purchasing our portable audio system
teXet TR-3003. Before you start operating the unit,
please read this manual to take full advantage of the
audio system and extend its life. Save this manual to
refer to it in the future if the need arises.
This manual contains information on the technical
characteristics of the device, controls of the portable
audio system, all functions and modes of operation, as
well as a list of security measures.
Note: Due to continuous product improvement, the
manufacturer reserves the right to modify the software,
hardware, and specifications without prior notice to the
end user. Current information is always available on the
website www.texet.ru
Appearance of the menu screens shown in the
illustrations in the manual may differ slightly from the
existing products.

When turning on the portable
audio system, the display shows
the following information:
1. Start of operation
Setting the clock
Press and hold down the Mbutton to successively
adjust the time value and date: hours, minutes,
seconds, year, month, and day. Press Mbutton to
confirm the selected value:
Setting the value «Hours»
Setting the value «Minutes»
Setting the value «Year»

Setting the value «Day»
To change the display format of the time 12/24
press the button in normal operation mode of the
portable audio system:
12-hour time format
24-hour time format

Press the button to select
the MP3 player operation.
2. MP3 player operation
Insert the microSD memory card into the microSD
slot or the USB flash drive into the interface USB host.
Playback will start automatically. Use the buttons /
to select a required audio file. Press and hold down
the button to fast forward. Press and hold down the
button to instant rewind.
Attention! If the time from the last pressing the
buttons / to select an audio file has been less
than 3 seconds, the buttons to control the volume V+
and V- will also operate run in the audio file selection
mode.
Information on playing MP3 files from external
media:
External media file system format: FAT32
External media memory capacity: max. 32 Gb

3. FM radio mode
Press the Mbutton to select
the FM radio mode.
Press quickly the buttons / to manually
adjust a needed radio frequency and press /
continuously to auto seek the radio stations. Press and
hold down the M button to auto seek and store radio
stations ranging from 87,5 t 108 MHz in the portable
audio system memory. There are 30 memory slots (P1-
P30) available to store radio stations.

4. Playback mode Line-in (AUX)
Press the button to store a
selected radio station
Connect an external device (MP3 player, tablet,
smartphone or mobile phone) to the mini USB DC
(AUX) socket via the universal cable.
To adjust the volume, use the buttons V+ and V-.

5. Alarm
Press the button to select
the alarm mode. The mode
selected, the screen will display
the icon .
Setting the alarm clock
Press and hold down the Mbutton to set the alarm
time. Use the buttons / to change the time value.
To activate the alarm, select «ON» in the alarm on/off
setup menu.
Press the Mbutton to move to the alarm tone
selection mode:
Built-in alarm
Alarm from microSD card or
USB flash drive

file, which you want to

This mode is available only for integrated alarm
clock.
When triggered the alarm, press the button to
interrupt the signal and activate the snooze alarm.
If you do not press any button at the alarm sounding
time for 1 minute in the snooze mode, the mode will
be automatically switched off.
If you press the button to interrupt the alarm, it
will be repeated in 5 minutes.
If you press any button except at the alarm time,
the snooze mode will be switched off.
7. Adjusting the volume of the sound
Press the button V- to decrease the volume. Press
and hold down the button V- to decrease the volume
quickly.
Press the button V+ to increase the volume. Press
and hold down the button V+ to increase the volume
quickly.

9. Troubleshooting guide
Press the M button to select the timer. Press and hold
down the M button to set the values of the timer. Use
the buttons / to change the time value.
Press the button to switch on the timer. The
symbol «:» will flash, what means the timer being
activated. Press any button to stop the triggered timer
signal.
Doesn’t turn on 1. Check if the power button is «ON»
2. Check the battery charge degree
Not recharged 1. Check the charging cable connection
No sound 1. Check the sound volume level
2. Check if there are MP3 files in
external media
3. Check the battery charge degree
No reading files
from external

1. Check the USB flash drive file system
format
2. Check the external media for
availability of viruses
3. Check the number of sublevels of the
folders and MP3 files recorded in the
external media

Poor radio signal
reception
1. Best radio signal reception is insured
near the window
2. Make sure that the portable audio
system is removed from possible
interference sources, such as TV set or
mobile phone
