Place the new or cleaned HEPA filter back into the machine, put the
HEPA filter cover back on, and lock the cover by pressing the clips.
Make sure the HEPA filter cover is securely in place. If cover is not
properly closed it will affect the suction power.
The HEPA filter should be cleaned or replaced every 4 months for
optimal performance. However this will depend on the frequency of use
and may need replacing more often. Clean the HEPA filter by gently
shaking it to remove accumulated dust/dirt, then wash it under cold
running water. The HEPAfilter should not be washed with hot water or
any detergents. When removing dust and dirt do not use any brush or
other sharp objects that can cause damage. Let it completely dry before
inserting back into the vacuum. Note: Remember to empty water tank
before turning the unit upside down to avoid water spillage.
Important: The filter should be cleaned after 5 to 6 times of usage
or if it is visibly dirty. The suction power will reduce if you do not
clean the filter frequently. When in operation, the filter should be
locked in place. The filter can be used after it is completely dry.
Check the filter to be sure it fits properly and is not damaged
before reusing.
Occasionally check and clean accumulated dirt on the rubber seal
around the air opening as illustrated. It is important to keep the
rubber seal clean, otherwise it can greatly affect suction power.
To remove the HEPA filter for cleaning or replacing, open the HEPA
cover and simply pull out the filter. Note: Empty water tank before
turning the unit upside down to avoid water spillage.
The HEPA filter is located at the bottom of the vacuum and is there to reduce dirt,
dust and particles from entering back into a room. Check the filter on a regular basis
as it will affect the suction power and smooth running of your vacuum.
To clean power head (optional item):
Remove the transparent cover by pulling it up from the base of the
power head. Remove all accumulated dirt and hair from bristle
roller. The transparent cover can be rinsed under running water,
let it dry before reinstalling.
Remove the small cover located on the bottom side of the power
head and clean any left dirt or hair.

without water in the water tank.
This vacuum cleaner uses advanced water filtration technology so that dirt and
dust are forced through a pool of water and trapped in the water.
Without water all the dirt will accumulate on the foam filter located inside the
ai r flow chamber and the suction power will be significantly affe ct e d .
Never fill the water above the “Water Level Line” before vacuuming.
The “Maximum Dirt Level” takes into account the combination of the initial water
fill, plus all accumulated dirt, dust and small wet spills during a normal
vacuuming session. Check the accumulation of dirt inside the water tank
occasionally during vacuuming to avoid exceeding the “Maximum Dirt Level”
line marked on the tank.
