Safety:
• Before assembly please read complete manual.
• Do not modify rack.
• Do not allow children to play on the rack.
• If possible secure rack to ground.
• Inspect the rack as needed, making sure all connections are tight.

Assembly
Tower Base
1. Welded nuts on 24” Base and
Base Legs need to be
face-down to attach Leveling
Feet in Step 2.
2. Slide Base Post over Base
with holes lined up.
3. Hold Base Leg to Base Post
(the side with the square hole)
and line up square holes. In-
sert two Carriage Bolts hori-
zontally through all holes with
Washer and Lock Nut on back-
side. Tighten securely.
Repeat for second tower.


Leveling Feet
1. The Anchor is used when anchoring
Base to floor, ground or dock. These
may be omitted when Base is on
a stable level surface/environment.
2. For use with Anchors, remove first Hex
Nut from Leveling Foot, place Anchor
on foot and then screw Hex Nut back
on. Screw into Base.
 For use without Anchors, leave one
of the Hex Nuts on Leveling Feet and
then screw four Leveling Feet into
welded nut in each Base.
Repeat for second tower.


 Insert Post into Base Post. Position
the Post so that the two welded nuts
are on the back side.
 Secure the Post using two 3/4” Hex
Bolts, Lock Washer and Thick Washer.
Repeat for second tower.


Assembly Cross-Bar
Cross-Bar can be assembled in either 4’ or 6’ lengths based on length of
your Kayak/SUP:
 If length is shorter than 12’, see Step 1 (4’ assembly).
 If length is longer than 12’ see Step 2 (6’ assembly).
Step 1: To assemble 4’ Cross-Bar:
Insert End (Male) into End (Female) and secure with two 3/4” Hex
Bolts, Lock Washer, and Thick Washer.
Step 2: To assemble 6’ Cross-Bar:
Attach End (Male), Center, and End (Female). Secure with four
3/4” Hex Bolts, Lock Washer, and Thick Washer.

Attaching Cross-Bar
1. Hold assembled Cross-Bar about
halfway up the towers.
2. Insert two 2-3/4” Hex Bolts with
Washer through each END of
Cross-Bar into each frame, and
through the Cross-Bar Plate on the
other side of Post using Hex Bolt,
Washer, Cross-Bar Plate, Washer and
Lock Nut.
Repeat for second tower.
Arm to Frame Assembly
1. First set of Arms are attached at the
lowest position on the front side of Frames
using 3-1/2” Hex Bolts, Washers and Lock
Nut.
2. Attach second set of Arms at the highest
position on the front side of Frames using
3-1/2” Hex Bolts, Washers and Lock Nut.


