It is very important that you read and understand these
instructions carefully before attempting to assemble
your shelving. This will ensure the safety of yourself
and others during the assembly process, and will
ensure that your product is used correctly and safely
after assembling.

per level, distributed evenly across the level.

Fit plastic foot (G) to bottom of each upright (A).
Repeat to create another ‘ladder’, ensuring corresponding
beams are at same height.
Use 2 x side beams (C) to join together 2 x uprights (A).
Locate beams at height that shelves will be required, creating a ‘ladder’.
Always assemble on a firm, level surface. It is not advisable to
assemble on a carpeted floor.
It is recommended that assembly is completed by two people.
Always wear protective gloves when assembling.
Use a cloth to protect the powder coating when using the mallet to
tap beams into place.
Always ensure that the tabs on the beams (B & C) fully enter the slots
on the uprights (A).
Never locate the bottom shelf more than 150mm from floor.
Always locate top shelf at highest possible position.
Repeat steps 2-4 to create the top half of the unit.
Join the 2 ‘ladders’ together using 4 x front/back beams (B).
Using upright joints (F) connect the remaining 4 x uprights (A)
to the existing 4 uprights.

Bend flexible tabs back on themselves, using flat-head
screwdriver, for maximum rigidity.
Connect front/back beams (B) using centre support beams (D).
Locate MDF shelf level (E) into position, tapping lightly to ensure they
sit in recessed beam edges.

Always dispose of packaging responsibly and appropriately.
Cardboard box – widely recycled.
Plastic sleeve – not widely recycled.

1. Ensure shelving is always kept in good condition.
2. Always adhere to the maximum UDL for your shelving, as shown on
page 2.
3. If your shelving unit gets damaged stop using immediately.
4. Heavier items should always be stored on the lower shelves. Always
load your shelf from the bottom up.
5. Ensure load is evenly distributed as per diagram below.
