Ensureaccurate measuring.6Rivet GuniTo drill rivet holes in panels use a 4.0mm drill bit andset your drill clutch to the drill bit icon. Make a markwhere you want to drill and use this to start the hole.Don’t worry if you have placed a rivet incorrectly, theyare easy to remove. Just drill directly through the topof the rivet using the same drill bit. This will removethe rivet head, causing the whole rivet to fall out.#H074

○ Flip the partially complete door overso the back side is facing up.○ Using the Ø4.0mm drill bit, drillthrough the channels and thepanels / #D173 below in the cornerpositions shown.○ Using the rivet gun provided, fix thechannels together with the rivets.○ Slide the door braces under thedoor channels.○ Drill through the channels and thedoor braces below in the positionsshown.○ Using the rivet gun provided, fix thechannels to the ends of the braces.○ Do not force the braces too hard asthis can distort the door. It is okay tofix one brace to another rather thanto the channel.○ Drill pilot holes through the bracesand the panels below in thepositions shown.○ Flip the partially complete door overso the front side is facing up.○ Ensure the pilot holes drilled beforeare still aligned. If they are not, drillthrough again from the front side.○ Prepare 6x rivets with spacers onthe wider end.○ Using the rivet gun provided, fix thepanels to the bracing with spacerrivets.○ Roll the door onto its side. Drill andrivet the door hinges approx. 1hinge length from the top andbottom of the door. A wooden floor, or aconcrete slab.○ Have the same friend hold the sidewall at the same time, at a rightangle to the back wall, over theplaced corner anchor below.○ The wall channel flaps shouldoverlap each other in the corner andjust touch at right angles as seenfrom the outside.○ Fix through the corner anchor to thewall channel top and bottom. It iseasier to start with the top to relieveyour friend from holding duties early.○ When on flat flooring, place a spiritlevel or timber block under the shedcorner. This will ensure the wallsstay at the same height as you drillscrews into corner anchor.○ After the top and bottom corneranchor is fixed, screw through theoverlapping panels from the outsideto make the shed weathertight.

Drill through thebracing channel and wall panel withthe Ø4.0mm drill bit, at the middlepoint between ribs. Drill the holefrom standing inside the shed.○ After creating a hole through bothlayers, have a friend insert a rivetwith spacer from the outside andengage the rivet with the rivet gunsupplied.○ Repeat the above steps with thelower diagonal brace, drill throughthe middle point between lower ribs.○ Where the two braces overlap in themiddle, drill and rivet as shown,from the outside, in the middlebetween ribs. 15Trade Tested - GS503-V1 3.07x0.79 GARDEN SHEDab○ Check the squareness of the shed.The diagonal measurements needto be equal.○ Place the prepared roof panelloosely on top of the nowassembled walls and align theedges with the side walls.○ Maintain an equal overhang to thefront and the back walls. This isusually close to 100mm.○ Prepare tek screws with spacers onthe ends. This helps with shedweather tightness.○ The edge of the roof needs to beparallel with the edge of the wall. Dothis by transferring the same offsetfrom below the overhang to on topwith a measuring tape, just add10mm to find the centre of the top ofthe wall channel. It is recommendedto start in the corners and screw thebase of every second corrugation.○ Twist the shed where required tomaintain the roof alignment with theside walls and keep the shedsquare.Constructing the roof#G100 x 2Roof Channel○ Once the roof is fully secured, pushthe #G100 Roof Channel over theedge of the panels and into the topwall channels front and back.○ Cover the corner of the roof, overthe roof channels, with the plasticcorner covers. Screw these in placewith a single self drilling tek screweach. This screw should go throughthe both channels.○ There should not be any need toclimb on the roof.Optional:○ You may also screw through thecentre of the side roof channel,through to the top of the side wallchannel.○ Use tape provided to cover over theinsides of the shed, all around,between the top of the wallchannels and the underside of theroof panels. Phillips Head ScrewBolt (Outside)○ Have your shed building buddy holdone of the two assembled doorsopen with the hinges aligned withthe right door frame #MR180. Thetop and bottom of the door should fiteasily within the frame of the frontwall.○ Centralise the door vertically andscrew through one of each of thehinges holes, through to the#MR180 only, using the phillipshead screws provided. The screwsare self drilling and do not require apilot hole.○ With one screw in each hinge andthe right door frame free to moveside to side check that the door canclose easily and is at the correctheight.○ If the door is hanging at the correctheight you are free to screw theremaining screws into the hinges.○ Repeat the above steps with the leftdoor onto the #ML180.Optional○ If you would like a morepermanently hung door the screwscan be replaced with rivets. Thisdoes limit future adjustments.○ The door frames should not havehad any screws fixing them in placeand the doors should be able to beadjusted by moving the frame untilthe doors sit happily together in thedoor frame.○ Once you are satisfied with the doorpositions, add screws to secure thedoor frames to the top and bottomfront wall channels.○ The doors should be able to swingopen and closed without hitting theframe or each other but also beclose enough to allow for bolt install.○ Screw through the door frames andthrough the front wall panel tosecure the frame vertically.○ Use screws to attach the inside doorbolt to the top of the door that youdecide should stay 'closed'. Tootight will affect performance. Pilotholes may be required.○ Use phillips head screws to firstsecure the bolt to the 'open' doorbar, #H074, and then to secure thebolt keeper to the 'closed' door. Pilotholes may be required here as anyscratches made will be visible.Bolt (Inside)Door bolt (Inside).

Most noticable are the screwsthrough the front wall panel behindthe right door frame.○ If the shed is sitting on top of awooden platform (not a flooring kit),use the wood anchor screws andthe hook anchors to secure thebottom wall channels and the corneranchors to the flooring.○ If the shed is sitting on a TradeTested flooring kit, use the woodanchor screws to secure the bottomwall channels to the bearers.○ If the shed is sitting on a concretefoundation, use concrete screws(not included in kitset) and the hookanchors to secure the bottom wallchannels to the flooring.Fixing to the floorWood Anchor ScrewOr Concrete fixingsHook AnchorSFinishing touchesDisplay of PrideMisc.
