The mAVR H.264 Car Adapter
Destination
The mAVR.264 car adapter is intended for
powering and charging the mAVR H.264 audio
video recorder from the car’s cigar lighter system.
The mAVR H.264 adapter is a charging unit, which
can be powered from cigar lighter system (or other
external DC source) with input voltage range
8...27V.
With the help of the mAVR H.264 adapter, it takes 2-
3 hours to fully charge the recorder’s rechargeable
battery. Also, you can use it while recording to keep
the recorder’s rechargeable battery charged.

rechargeable battery: 2-3 hours;
- Input voltage range: 8-27 V;
- Maximum consumption current during
rechargeable battery charge: 300 mA.

Connecting the Adapter
Attention!
If you use the adapter with input voltage more than
20 V, it is necessary to leave space of about 5-6 cm
around the adapter’s case for normal ventilation.
Connect the adapter to a car’s lighter system.
Then connect the adapter to the recorder. On the
recorder display, this symbol of external power
supply will appear - « ».
You can use the recorder for recording, while it
is being charged. In this case the mAVR.264 will
automatically charge the rechargeable battery
if needed. Before usage, read the recorder’s
instruction carefully.
The car adapter can be used together with available
for mAVR H.264 accessories, even when external
camera is powered from the recorder.

without a color bar - to “-“.

Attention!
- After long-term usage heating of the
adapter’s case may occur – this shouldn’t
be considered malfunction.
- It should be noted, that to retain fail-safety of
the mAVR H.264 recorder’s rechargeable
battery, it is necessary to charge the
recorder on time in the work break intervals
(not less then once in three months).
