The Camber slow cooker makes cooking easy with 3 cooking functions including low,
high and keep warm. Additional delay function get better cooking experience.
Important Safeguards for Your Slow Cooker
Carefully read all instructions before
operating the Slow Cooker and save for future reference.
l To eliminate a choking hazard for young children, remove and
l safely discard the protective cover that is fitted to the power plug on
the appliance.
l Remove any packaging material and promotional
l stickers before using the Slow Cooker for the first time.
l Always ensure the Slow Cooker is properly assembled before
l use. The removable inner pot must be in place to use this
appliance.
l Never plug in the Slow Cooker without having
l the removable cooking bowl placed inside the housing.
l Do not place food or liquid directly into the
l housing. Only the removable cooking bowl is designed to
contain food or liquid.
l Do not use the removable cooking bowl in a conventional oven.
l Do not place the removable cooking bowl onto a heat gas or electric
burner.
l Use only the removable cooking bowl supplied. Do not use
l any other bowl inside the housing.
l Do not use a damaged or cracked removable cooking bowl.
l Never operate the Slow Cooker without food and
l liquid in removable cooking bowl.
l Ensure that the food or liquid to be cooked fills half or
l more of the removable cooking bowl before start the
appliance.
l Do not place the Slow Cooker on the edge of a bench
l or table during operation. Ensure the surface is level, clean
and free of water and other substances.
l Do not place the slow cooker on or near a hot gas
l or electric burner, or where it could touch a heated oven as
it could melt the base of the unit.

l Position the slow cooker well away from walls,
l Curtains and other heat or steam sensitive materials.
When using the Slow Cooker, provide adequate space above
and on all sides for air circulation.
l The glass lid has been specially treated to make it
l stronger, more durable and safer than ordinary glass,
however it is not unbreakable, please use caution when handling
the glass lid.
l Always have the glass lid placed correctly into position
l on the removable cooking bowl throughout operation of the
appliance unless stated in the recipe to have it removed.
l Do not move the appliance during cooking.
l Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles to move the
l Slow Cooker and dry pot holders or oven mitts to
remove the removable cooking bowl and lid when hot.
l Do not place the removable cooking bowl when hot
l on any surface that may be affected by heat.
l Avoid sudden temperature changes.
l Do not place frozen or very cold foods into the
l removable cooking bowl when it is hot.
l Do not place removable cooking bowl when hot into cold
l water or freezer.
l Do not place anything, other than the lid, on top of the
l Slow Cooker when assembled, when in use and when stored.
l Always switch the slow Cooker to the ‘Off’ position, then
l unplug and allow to cool.
l Before cleaning ALWAYS unplug the unit.
l Keep the housing, removable cooking bowl and
l glass lid clean.
l The slow Cooker is not intended to be operated by means of
l an external timer or separate remote control system.
l Important Safeguards for All Electrical Appliances
l Fully unwind the power cord before use.
l Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a bench or
l table, touch hot surfaces or become knotted.
l To protect against electric shock do not immerse the power
l cord, power plug or motor base in water or any other liquid.

l Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
l with the appliance.
l Do not use the appliance if power cord, power plug or
l appliance becomes damaged in any way.
l Any maintenance other than cleaning should NOT
l be performed as this will void the warranty.
l This appliance is for household use only.
WARNING! HOT SURFACE
l Do not use slow Cooker near or under surfaces that are
l heat sensitive or those that may be damaged by steam.
l Caution glass lid is extremely hot, always use handle
l when removing the lid.
l To avoid scalding from escaping steam while removing
l the glass lid, carefully lift the lid angled away from yourself.
l Extreme caution must be used the appliance
l contains hot food, hot oils and liquids.
l Do not pre-heat or heat the slow cooker when empty.
l The surfaces of the slow cooker will become HOT during
l use. DO NOT TOUCH.
l wear oven gloves when handling the appliance during
l and immediately after use and use utensils when checking
food.
l
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Clean after each use.
1. Switch off and unplug the slow Cooker and allow to cool
completely. Unplug unit before cleaning.
2. Wash detachable parts (removable bowl and lid) in hot water with dish
liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
3. Wipe the external surface of the slow Cooker with a soft damp cloth
and dry surfaces with a soft dry cloth. Do not use detergent or
abrasives as these may scratch the coating.
4. NEVER immerse the cooker body in water.

Press the button to choose functions.
When working, the indicating light will
turn on and the LED display to count
down the cooking time. The unit will
turn off within 5 min if no any operation
when you plug in the unit.

Before First Use
1. Before first use remove all promotional stickers and
packaging material. Hand wash the removable cooking bowl
and glass lid in hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. Ensure the interior of the housing is clean and clear of any
debris.
Operating Instructions
Before placing the removable cooking bowl in the stainless steel
housing, ensure the exterior is clean and dry.
This will ensure proper contact with the inner cooking surface
Using the Slow Cook Function
1. Place ingredients in the inner pot.
2.Press the button choose Low, high, keep warm and delay
function.After setting,press button”Start” to start cooking. If you
want to cancel the select cooking program, press “Cancel”
button.
A: Slow cook Low work defaulted time is 8H. You can choose
cooking time from 30min to 24 H.
B: Slow cook High work defaulted time is 4H. You can choose
cooking time from 30min to 24 H.
C: Slow cook keep warm default time is 12H.You can choose
cooking time from 30min to 24 H.
D: press button “+” or “-” to increase or decrease the cooking
time. Every increment is 30 min. You can adjust the cooking time

at any cooking process.
E: Delay function: choose delay time first and choose the
function after. After setting, the unit will start automatically. The
LED will show delay time first, after delay time finished, the LED
will count down the cooking time instead.
F: Cancel button. Press Cancel button to cancel the wrong
setting.
FOOD SAFETY
1. Thoroughly defrost frozen meat, poultry, fish and
seafood in the refrigerator before cooking. Keep raw meat
and poultry separate from cooked foods.
2. Always wash hands after handling raw meat and
poultry, before handling any ready to eat foods.
3. Wipe and disinfect surfaces that have been in contact
with raw meat and poultry.
4. Use separate utensils for handling raw meat/poultry
and cooked food or wash them thoroughly between use.
5. Always check whether meat, particularly poultry is
cooked to the safe serving temperature.
