Warranty
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
A thorough inspection must be made before installation and any damage must be promptly reported. We will not be liable for failures or
damage that could have been discovered or avoided by proper inspection and testing prior to installation.
Conglom warrants this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Proof of
purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available to Conglom for all warranty claims.
This warranty is non-transferable and shall be voided if the unit is removed from its initial installation or if it is not installed following
the manufacturer’s instructions. It does not apply in the event of product damage due to the use of other than genuine Conglom
replacement parts, (Replacement parts may be obtained by e-mail at [e-mail] or by calling 1-877-333-0098 between
8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST) installation error, abuse, misuse or improper care and maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor,
service provider or member of the purchaser’s household). The warranty excludes damage due to aggressive air or water conditions, harsh
or abrasive cleaners and/or materials.
Under no circumstance shall we be held liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from improper installation or use of this
product. We will not be held liable for inconvenience caused by loss of use of this product, costs incurred for labour or materials, removal
and installation of replacement units, or any other incidental or consequential damages. Costs relating to obtaining access for repair or
replacement are the responsibility of the user.
Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement of a unit (at our discretion) that may prove, by our sole examination, to be defective
under normal use and service during the warranty period.
Any failure of this product that is not traceable to a defect in material or workmanship is not covered by this warranty. These non-warrantable
items include, but are not limited to:
- Improper installation not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
- Dents and/or scratches incurred during shipping, handling, or installation.
- Change in colour or nish due to chemical usage.
- Damage caused by failure to follow care and cleaning guidelines, including damage caused by the use of abrasive cleaners.
- Alterations made to the unit by the purchaser or installer.
- Damage caused by accidental impact, re, ood, freezing, and normal wear.
- Bends and warping caused by forced connections, over-tightened ttings, and inadequate support during installation.
- This warranty does not extend to commercial and institutional installation or use.

Installation
BASE INSTALLATION DOOR HANDLE INSTALLATION
1. Insert the door hand screws (AA) into the pre-drilled holes
on each door.
2. Attach the door handles (A) and hand tighten the door
handle screws (AA).
3. Repeat on other door.

DOOR POSITION ADJUSTMENT
If the doors need to be repositioned, the hinges can be
adjusted to ensure a precise t with the cabinet.

A thorough inspection must be made before installation and any
damages or missing parts must be promptly reported. Do not proceed
with the installation. Do not dispose of packaging before you are
satised with your new utility sink.
1. Unpack the unit and place the sink (D) on a blanket or cardboard
to protect the surface.
2. Turn the cabinet (E) upside down onto the protective surface.
3. Gently attach the cabinet base (C) onto its proper location. Using
the supplied base screws (BB), attach the base to the cabinet.
4. Attach cabinet feet (B) to the base.
5. Gently place the cabinet upright.
WARNING: Always wear safety goggles and gloves during
installation.
CAUTION: Do not place side load onto feet when righting
the cabinet.

Installation (continued)
FAUCET AND SPRAYER INSTALLATION
- Remove the retaining nut (1) and rubber gasket (2) from
the faucet shank (3).
- Insert the sprayer hose (4) and the faucet shank (3)
through the faucet holes in the sink and rest the faucet on
the sink.
- Install the rubber gasket (2) and retaining nut (1) onto
the faucet shank (3) to secure the faucet to the sink.
Hand tighten the retaining nut (1) until it is snug. Do not
overtighten.
- Attach and hand tighten the main water supply outlet (5)
to the sprayer hose (4). Use two wrenches to tighten the
two ends together. Please note, tightening the ttings
with a single wrench may damage the faucet and void the
warranty.
- Fully retract the sprayer hose (4). Install the
counterweight (6) about 2 in. (50 mm) from the bottom on
the side closest to the sprayer head (7).
- Attach and hand tighten the supply lines (not supplied)
onto corresponding faucet shanks. The faucet shank (3)
is equipped with standard 1/2” NPS male thread and is
compatible with standard 1/2” FIP water supply lines.
NOTE:
It is helpful to have a second person hold the faucet in place while
tightening the mounting nuts. Please ensure that none of the supply
lines are kinked during installation.

STRAINER INSTALLATION
- Apply plumbing putty or silicone sealant to the top side of
the drain opening.
- Insert the strainer body (8) into the drain opening and press
it down until it is evenly seated.
- Assemble the rubber gasket (9), ber washer (10)
and strainer locknut (11) onto the strainer body from
underneath the sink. Hand tighten the strainer locknut until
it is snug. Do not overtighten.
- Insert the plastic ange (12) into the ange-end of the
tailpipe (13) (not supplied) then secure the tailpipe to the
strainer body using the connecting nut (14). Tighten the
connecting nut until it is snug. Do not overtighten.
- Remove excess sealant from around the drain opening.
NOTE:
The tail pipe is not supplied.

Installation (continued)
MOUNTING THE UTILITY SINK
SEALANT
Position the cabinet (E) in the intended location. If required, level the cabinet (E)
by adjusting the four leveling legs and checking the alignment of the top using a
carpenter’s level.
Carefully place a bead of sealant all around the top of the cabinet.
Ease the sink (D) onto the cabinet, and ensure it is placed evenly and centered on the
cabinet (E). Wipe off any excess sealant. Use masking tape to hold the sink (D) in place
until the sealant dries.
PLACEMENT
Push the cabinet (E) against the wall. If required, level it by adjusting the four leveling
legs and checking the alignment of the sink (D) using carpenter’s level.
IMPORTANT:
- Secure the cabinet to the wall using hardware best suited for your wall type. Failing to do
so could result in property damage or personal injury.
- Use silicone sealant to seal the sink to the wall and any adjacent surfaces to keep those
surfaces dry. Failing to do so could result in moisture damage.
DRAINAGE
The tailpipe (not supplied) previously installed to the drain can now be connected
to your household plumbing. In some cases, your household plumbing will have to
be modied to ensure proper drainage. If so, please consult a licensed plumber to
complete needed modications.
SUPPLY LINES
Connect the supply lines to your home’s water supply as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Open the hot and cold water supply valves and check to make sure they have
been installed to appropriate inlet ports. Check for leaks. Run hot and cold water
uninterrupted for about one minute to remove any residue from the lines.

To replace the cartridge, please follow these steps:
1. Turn off the water supply to the faucet.
2. Remove water indicator (15) and set screw (16) with a hex key.
3. Remove the handle (17).
4. Unscrew the cartridge cover (18).
5. Remove the washer (19).
6. Pull out the cartridge (20) by hand, make sure gasket (21) and
spring (22) remain in the faucet.
7. Install the new cartridge.
8. Place the washer (19) back in its original position.
9. Secure the cartridge cover (18). Do not over tighten.
10. Place the handle (17) over top and secure the set screw (16)
with a hex key, reinsert the water indicator (15).
Care and Cleaning
This utility sink is manufactured with premium ABS. With the proper care and maintenance it will provide you with many years of enjoyment.
SINK CABINET

- Use common household cleaners (non-abrasive) or a
mild liquid dish washing detergent. Rinse well and dry
with a clean cloth.
- Remove dust and dry dirt with a soft, damp cloth.
- Clean grease, oil, paint and ink stains with isopropyl
(rubbing alcohol). Immediately rinse with water after
removal of stain.

UN AÑO DE GARANTÍA LIMITADA
Debe realizarse una inspección a conciencia antes de la instalación, y cualquier daño debe reportarse inmediatamente. No nos hacemos
responsables por fallos o daños que pudieran haberse descubierto o evitado con una inspección y pruebas adecuadas antes de la instalación.
Conglom garantiza este producto contra defectos en materiales y de fabricación durante 1 (un) año a partir de la fecha de compra. Es
necesario que el comprador original entregue a Conglom el comprobante de compra (recibo original) para todos los reclamos relacionados
con la garantía.
Esta garantía no es transferible y será anulada si la unidad se quita del lugar donde se instaló inicialmente o si no se instala de acuerdo
con las instrucciones del fabricante. La garantía no se aplica en caso de daños en el producto debidos al uso de piezas distintas a los
repuestos originales de Conglom (las piezas de repuesto se pueden obtener enviando un correo electrónico a [e-mail]
o llamando al 1-877-333-0098 entre las 8:30 a. m. y 5:00 p. m., hora del Este), a los errores de instalación, el maltrato, uso indebido y cuidado
y mantenimiento inapropiados (sin importar si lo realiza un plomero, contratista, proveedor de servicios o familiar del comprador). La garantía
no incluye los daños debidos a condiciones agresivas del aire o el agua, ni al uso de limpiadores o materiales fuertes o abrasivos.
Bajo ninguna circunstancia seremos responsables de lesiones físicas o daños a la propiedad que sean consecuencia de una instalación o
uso inapropiados de este producto. No seremos responsables por inconvenientes ocasionados por pérdida de uso de este producto, costos

durante la instalación.
- Esta garantía no cubre el uso o la instalación comercial ni institucional.
PROCEDIMIENTO DE RECLAMACIÓN DE GARANTÍA
Si ocurre un defecto por el que se pueda presentar una reclamación o si se necesitan repuestos, póngase en contacto con nuestro

INSTALACIÓN DE LA BASE INSTALACIÓN DE LA MANIJA DE LA PUERTA
1. Inserte los tornillos de la manija de la puerta (AA) en los
oricios previamente perforados de cada puerta.
2. Sujete las manijas de la puerta (A) y apriete con la mano
los tornillos correspondientes (AA).
3. Repita en la otra puerta.

AJUSTE DE POSICIÓN DE LA PUERTA
Si necesita volver a colocar las puertas, puede ajustar las
bisagras para asegurar que éstas embonen con el armario.

Debe realizarse una inspección a conciencia antes de la instalación,

No continúe con la instalación. No deseche el empaque hasta que esté
satisfecho con su nuevo lavabo.
1. Desempaque la unidad y coloque el lavabo (D) sobre una cobija
o cartón para proteger la supercie.
2. Coloque el armario (E) de cabeza sobre la supercie protectora.
3. Ajuste con cuidado la base del armario (C) en su lugar. Con los
tornillos de la base incluidos (BB), ajuste la base al armario.
4. Ajuste las patas del armario (B) a la base.
5. Coloque cuidadosamente el armario en posición vertical.
ADVERTENCIA: Siempre use gafas y guantes de
seguridad durante la instalación.
PRECAUCIÓN: No ponga todo el peso sobre las patas
cuando coloque el armario en posición vertical.

INSTALACIÓN DEL GRIFO Y DIFUSOR
- Retire la tuerca de retención (1) y la junta de goma (2) del
vástago del grifo (3).
- Inserte la manguera del difusor (4) y el vástago del grifo
(3) a través de los oricios del grifo en el fregadero y
apoye el grifo en el fregadero.
- Instale la junta de goma (2) y la tuerca de retención (1) en
el vástago del grifo (3) para asegurar el grifo al fregadero.
Apriete la tuerca de retención con la mano (1) hasta que
quede bien ajustada. No apriete demasiado.
- Conecte y apriete con la mano la salida principal del
abastecimiento de agua (5) a la manguera del difusor
(4). Utilice dos llaves para apretar los dos extremos
juntos. Tenga en cuenta que si aprieta los accesorios con
una sola llave, podría dañar el grifo, lo que anularía la
garantía.
- Retraiga completamente la manguera del difusor (4).
Instale el contrapeso (6) a aproximadamente 2 pulgadas
(50 mm) del fondo del lado que esté más cerca del
cabezal del difusor (7).
- Conecte y apriete con la mano las líneas de
abastecimiento (no incluidas) a los vástagos del grifo
correspondientes. El vástago del grifo (3) está equipado
con conectores de rosca macho NPS estándar de 1/2”
compatibles con líneas de abastecimiento de agua FIP
estándar de 1/2”.
NOTA:
Le puede ayudar que otra persona sostenga el grifo en su lugar
mientras aprieta las tuercas de ensamblaje. Asegúrese de que
ninguna de las líneas de abastecimiento se doble durante la
instalación.

INSTALAR EL COLADOR
- Aplique masilla de plomería o sellador de silicona a la parte
superior de la abertura de drenaje.
- Inserte el cuerpo del colador (8) en la abertura de

- Ensamble la junta de caucho (9), la arandela de fricción
(10) y la contratuerca (11) en el cuerpo del colador (8)
por debajo del fregadero. Ajuste la contratuerca (11) del
colador manualmente. No la apriete demasiado.
- Inserte la brida de plástico (12) en el extremo de la brida
del tubo de escape (13) (no incluido) y luego asegure
el tubo de escape al cuerpo del colador con la tuerca
de conexión (14). Ajuste la tuerca de conexión (14)
manualmente. No la apriete demasiado.
- Retire el exceso de sellador de la abertura de drenaje.

El tubo de desagüe no está incluido.

INSTALAR EL FREGADERO
SELLADOR
Coloque el gabinete (E) en la ubicación deseada. Si hace falta, nivele el gabinete
ajustando la cuatro patas niveladoras (E) y compruebe la alineación de la parte superior
utilizando un nivel de burbuja.
Con cuidado, agregue un poco de sellador alrededor de la parte superior del armario
Coloque cuidadosamente el lavabo (D) en el armario (A). Asegúrese de que no esté
inclinado y de que se encuentre en el centro del mueble. Elimine el exceso de sellador.
Use cinta adhesiva para mantener el lavabo en su lugar hasta que se seque el sellador.
COLOCACIÓN
Empuje el gabinete (E) hacia la pared. Si hace falta, nivélelo ajustando las cuatro patas
niveladoras y compruebe la alineación del fregadero (D) utilizando un nivel de burbuja.
IMPORTANT:
- Asegure el gabinete a la pared con ayuda de los accesorios más adecuados para su tipo
de pared. No hacerlo podría provocar daños a la propiedad o lesiones físicas.
- Use sellador de silicona para sellar el fregadero a la pared y cualquier supercie
adyacente y así mantener dichas supercies secas. No hacerlo podría provocar daños por
humedad.
DRENAJE
Ahora puede conectar a la tubería doméstica el tubo de escape (no incluido) instalado
previamente en el drenaje. En algunos casos, la plomería de su hogar tendrá que
ser modicada para que el drenaje sea adecuado. De ser así, contrate a un plomero
autorizado para que realice las modicaciones necesarias.
LÍNEAS DE ABASTECIMIENTO (NO INCLUIDAS)
Conecte las líneas de abastecimiento al suministro de agua de la casa de acuerdo con
las instrucciones del fabricante.
Abra las válvulas de abastecimiento del agua fría y la caliente, y asegúrese de que estén
instaladas en las tomas adecuadas. Revise que no haya fugas. Deje abierta el agua
caliente y la fría durante aproximadamente un minuto completo, para eliminar cualquier
residuo de las líneas.

Para reemplazar el cartucho, siga estas instrucciones:
1. Cierre el suministro de agua al grifo.
2. Retire el indicador de agua (15) y atorníllelo (16) con una llave
hexagonal.
3. Retire la manija (17).
4. Desatornille la cubierta del cartucho (18).
5. Retire la junta (19).
6. Saque el cartucho (20) con la mano y asegúrese de que las piezas
(21) y (22) no se han salido.
7. Introduzca el nuevo cartucho.
8. Coloque la junta (19) nuevamente en su posición original.
9. Atornille la cubierta del cartucho (18). No lo apriete demasiado.
10. Coloque la manija (17) en la parte superior y asegure el tornillo (16)
con una llave hexagonal; vuelva a colocar el indicador de agua (15).
Cuidado y limpieza
Este lavabo se fabricó con ABS de calidad suprema. Con el cuidado y el mantenimiento adecuados, funcionará perfectamente durante años.
FREGADERO DE SERVICIO ARMARIO

- Use limpiadores domésticos comunes (no abrasivos) o
un detergente líquido para lavar vajilla. Enjuague bien y

alcohol isopropílico (alcohol para fricciones). Enjuague
inmediatamente con agua después de quitar la mancha.

húmedo.
- Limpie la grasa, aceite, pintura y manchas de tinta
con isopropílico (alcohol para fricciones). Lavar
immediatamente con agua después de la eliminación de
las manchas.

- No permita que la supercie acrílica entre en el contacto
con productos como la acetona (quitaesmalte), esmalte
de uñas, solución de limpieza en seco, thinners,
gasolina, aceite de pino, etc.
- Tenga precaución cuando utilice instrumentos alados
que puedan caer y rasguñar la supercie.
- No permita que la supercie del mueble entre en
contacto con productos como la acetona (quitaesmalte),
el esmalte de uñas, la solución de limpieza en seco, los
disolventes de lacas, gasolina, aceite de pino, etc.
- Evite el uso de navajas de afeitar y otros instrumentos
que puedan caer y rayar la supercie.
