Please readthismanualbeforeusing GT89.
4.4.1EnsurethatyourGT89 hasaworking SIMcard
installed.
-CheckthattheSIMcardhasnotrunout ofcredit(Test
theSIMcardinaphonetomakesureitcansend and
receiveSMS)
-Check thatlock codeof theSIMcardisturnedoff.
-Ifyourequirethefunctionofsending anSMSlocation
reporttotheauthorizedphonenumberwhenitmakes a
call totheGT89,please makesuretheSIMcardinstalled
supportsdisplaying caller ID.
4.4.2Chargethebattery foratleast3hoursinpower-off statususing thewall
charger.OryoucanconnectthetrackerdirectlytocomputerbyUSB for
charging.
4.4.3PushthePowerOn/Off buttontotheON sideand waitforabout20
seconds.It issuggestedthatyoubeinanouterplace whereitcanreceivebetter
GPS signalandthefront sidefaces sky whenyouturnonthedevice.
-Check thattheBlueLED (GSM)isflashing1second onand 3secondsoff.
-CheckthattheOrangeLED(GPS)isflashing0.1second onand3secondsoff.
5. ChangePassword
Command: M******,00,######
Description: Changeuser’spassword.
Note:
All commandsarecase-sensitive!
1. ****** isuser’spasswordand thedefaultpasswordis000000.Device will
onlyaccept commandsfromauserwith thecorrectpassword. Command will
beignoredif with wrong password.
2. ###### isthenew password. Passwordshouldbe6digits.

7.2. Trackby Calling
Any authorizednumber makes amissedcall tothetracker and thetrackerwill
reportitslongitudeand latitudeby SMS.

Description: Setanintervalforthetrackertocontinuouslysend itslocationby
SMS toauthorizedphonenumber.
Note:
1. XXXXX istheintervalinminute.(max.65535)
2. if XXXXX=0toturnoff tracking by time
Example:

Thetrackerwill send locationbacktoauthorizedphonenumberevery30
minutes.
8. Set SOS and Help PhoneNumber
Command: M000000,06,X,Num.
Description:
If press SOS button3seconds,tracker willdialtheSOS phonenumber.
If press Call button3seconds,tracker willdialtheHelpphonenumber.
Note:
X=1istosetSOSphonenumber
X=2istosetHelpphonenumber
Num:SOS or helpphonenumber (max.16 digits)
Example:

Thiscommand will settheSOS number as8888888

9. GoogleMap Link

Description: Send thiscommand tothetrackerand thenyoureceiveaSMS
withGooglemaphttplink.Clickonthelinkthenthelocationcabeshown
directly onGoogleMaponyour mobile phone.
Note:
X=1: reply SMS with Googlemaplink.
X=0: reply SMS with latitudeand longitude.
Only smartphones supportthisfunction.

11. Speeding Alarm
Command: M000000,05,XXX
Description: Turnonspeeding alarm.Whenthetrackerspeedshigherthanthe
presetvalue,itwillsend anSMStoauthorizedphonenumberorsend thisalarm
toserver(if GPRS connected).
Note:
XXX isthepresetvalueof speedinKm/h(max.200Km/hr)
XXX = 0,turnoff thisalarm.
Example:
M000000,05,80
Whenthetracker’sspeedisover 80Km/h,speedingalarm will besent out.
12. Geo-fence Alarm
Command: M000000,32,NO.,name,lat,lng,radius
Description: TurnonGeo-fencealarm.Whenthetrackermoves in/out the
presetscope,itwillsend aSMSalarm totheauthorizedphonenumberand send
thisalarm toserver via GPRS.
Note:
1. NO.shouldbe1or2
2. Name: max.10 characters
3. latitudeandlongitudeareindegree
