I N T R O D U C T I O N
This sound system has been designed for outdoor use. The Main Control
Rock houses an 8” Weather resistant speaker, built-in AM/FM (Auto
Stereo), CD player, iPod and MP3 player compatible, enclosed storage
space with special I/O port, 360 Watt Amplifier with Crossover, Full
Function IR Remote Control and UL Listed AC Power Supply. Each of the
two satellite speakers contain a 6” Weather resistant speaker and 30’
Direct Burial Cable that will allow for up to a 100’ Panoramic Sound
Experience.
Note: CD Player, iPod or MP3 Player not included.

I N S T A L L A T I O N
Diagram #1
• Connect both Left and Right Speaker Cables to the Waterproof Inputs
on the rear of the Center Main Rock. (refer to diagram # 1)
• The supplied cable connection adaptors cannot be modified or replaced
with any other connection device as this will void the systems warranty.
• Attach the Optional CD Player, iPod or MP3 Player to the supplied
3.5mm Stereo Input Cable. (refer to diagram #2)
• To hear the attached external device, press the AUX button on the
Remote Control, CD will appear in the LED Readout on the Main
Speaker Radio Control Box.
• Note—When attaching an External Audio Source, be sure to set the
Audio Volume level of the external device before placing that device in
the concealed compartment of the Main Rock. The volume of the
device should be set to high

• Attach Waterproof Power Supply to the rear connection on Main Rock.
(refer to diagram #3)
• When installing in an outdoor environment, it is recommended to con-
nect the opposite end of the Power Supply to a GFI Grounded AC re-
ceptacle.
• DO NOT USE any other power supply for this product as it may result in
damage to this system and or fire.
Telescopic Antenna

• AM/FM Telescopic Antenna is located on the rear of the Main Rock.
Adjust this Antenna for best radio signal. (refer to diagram #4)

S Y S T E M O P E R A T I O N
• Confirm that the System has power. RED LED on front control panel will
indicate OFF.
• PRESS the Main Panel Power Button (RED) or Remote Control Power
Button (RED). System will go directly to FM band and begin to scan.
Tuner will automatically stop on an active FM Channel. Manual tuning is
accomplished by pressing the RADIO + or—Button on the Front Panel
or Remote Control
• PRESS the desired SOURCE BUTTON on the front Panel or Remote
Control. ie — AM/FM/CD.
SYSTEM BUTTON CONTROLS
• MUTE—Press this button and the Audio Source playing will go Silent.
• RADIO + or —, Changes Frequency + = UP and — = DOWN
• VOLUME + or —, Changes Volume levels UP or DOWN
• BASS + or —, changes BASS levels UP or DOWN
• TREBLE + or — changes TREBLE levels UP or DOWN
• SCAN allows AM or FM Tuner to begin scanning UP the Band in search
of the next Strong Audio Station.
• FM-AM-CD allows the user to switch between FM, AM or CD (AUX)

No Sound
1. Check Power Supply Connections
2. Check the LED Display on front panel of Main Rock. It should read
“OFF”
3. Is the System in “MUTE” mode? Press the Mute button.
4. Check the Volume Level, you may need to increase the Volume Level.
When using an Auxiliary Device, make sure that the device’s volume
level it set at HIGH.

Distorted Sound
1. Main Audio Source set too high, reduce levels until distortion is elimi-
nated.
2. Input level of Auxiliary Device is not set correctly. Check that device
and lower Input level if possible.
3. Power Supply not receiving correct AC Voltage. Try plugging Power
Supply into another outlet on a different circuit.

This product has been manufactured under the highest standards of qual-
ity and workmanship. UAI warrants to the original consumer purchaser
that all aspects of this product will be free of defects in material and work-
manship for (1) one year from the date of purchase. In the event of a fail-
ure during the warranty period, UAI will repair or replace the system at
our discretion. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and
excludes damage due to shipment or failure which was a result of altera-
tion, product abuse or product misuse. UAI will not be responsible for la-
bor charges and/or damage incurred by installation, repair or replacement,
nor for incidental or consequential damage. The warranty is voided if this
unit is opened by an unauthorized person or repair center.
P E R C A U T I O N S
The Main Control Rock must be placed and operated in an upright position
only. DO NOT place the Main Control Rock in an area that has a history of
Snow accumulation. DO NOT submerse the Main Control Rock in water
and Do Not place the Main Control Rock next to or in direct contact of a
Lawn Sprinkler. If it is necessary to install the Main Control Rock next to or
near a Lawn Sprinkler, extend the Sprinkler Head to rise above the Main
Control Rock.
Normal Operating Temperature for Rock Stereo System is 14ºF to 122ºF
