Installation:
1. Unpackthemachinebyholding thechannelsteelrodsatthemachinebottomand
pulling itoutofthefoam. Caution:Neverpull theplasticcase.
2. Assemblethefronttablebysettingthetwoguidewheelsontothetwosidesofthe
conductiveplatetomakethetablebottomtouchthechannelsteelrods,gently
pushing forwardthetableandfixing itwiththetwopegs.
3. Connectthemachinetopower.Switchitonanditisreadyforworkwhenthe
powerindicatorison.Besuretousea220/50Hzsocketwithgoodground
connection.
Operation:
1. Checkpaperstobedrilledforanystaplesandclipsbeforedrilling toavoidany
damagetothemachine.
2. Adjustthefronttabletoaproperpositionbyfirstlooseningthepegstomovethe
tableandthenfixing themwhenthetableisattherightplace.
3. Fixthedrill bitafterselectingarightonewithrightdiameter.(Themachineis
furnishedonlywiththeverybitfor6-holedrill,andotherbitsmaybeobtained

throughpurchase.)Setthedrill bitintothechuckandscrewittothefull,and
returntheprotectingcasetotheoriginalposition.
4. Clippaperstobedrilledproperly,withtheirfrontendtouchingthepositioning
plate. Fixthepapersbypressing thepaperpresserplatedownward.
5. Selectproperholedistance,ifavailablewiththemachine,byturningthe
six-angledsteelplate, andotherwisebyturningtheplatesidewith0-0upward.
6. Drill thepapersbyswitchingonthemachine.Thebitwilldrilldownwardand
returntotheoriginalpositionwhenfinishing itswork.Movethefronttablefor
subsequentdrilling.
7. Takethedrilledpapersoutbyreleasing thepaperpresserplate.
PanelInstructions:
1. Buttons
Return:tobepressedincaseofnon-operationtoreturnthedrillbittotheoriginal
position.
•Drill Up:tobepressedwhenadjustingthemachinetoraisethedrillbit.
•Drill Down:tobepressedwhenadjustingthemachinetolowerthedrill bit.
•Start: tobepressedtostartthemachineforautomaticdrilling.
•Drill:tobepressedtorevolvethedrillbitwhenfixing andadjustingthebit.
2. Lamps
•ProtectingCaseIndicator(PCI):Thelampflashestoshownon-operationwhenthe
protectingcaseisnotproperlyclosed.
•DrillBitIndicator(DBI):Thelampflashestoshowdrilling trouble, andthemachine
buzzeswithanoverload.Press thebuttonReturntostopthemachineandcheckto
removeanypaperscrapsormakesurethebitbladeisinagoodshape.
3. PowerSwitch: tobeusedforpowercontrol.
Maintenance:
1. Drill BitRenewing:Opentheprotectingcaseand loosenthetwoscrewsinthe
chuck. Detachthewornbitandreplace itwithanewone.
2. ConductiveRubberPadRenewing:Replace thewornconductiverubberpadwith
anewone. Neverusepadsofothertype.
3. PaperScrapsRemoving &BladeSharpening:Thealarmgivenwhenthedrillbit
failstoworkproperlyentailsscrapsremoving andbladesharpening. Scraps
Removing:Insertthedrillbitintooneendoftheattachedfixing rod,targetthe
wingscrewatthegrooveofthebitandinserttheplungerintotheotherendofthe
rodforscrapsremoving. BladeSharpening:Gettheplungeroutofthefixing rod
afterremoving scraps,insertthesharpenerheadintotherodandmovethe
sharpenerclockwiseuntilthebladeissharpenedadequately.Note:Sharpened
severaltimes, thedrillbitwillbeshorter, andatimelyreplacementisneeded.).

TroubleShooting:
1. FailuretoWorkProperly
Checkpowerconnectionincaseofno-power.
•Renewthefusewhendamaged.
•Renewtheswitchwhendamaged.
•Renewthecircuitplatewhenbuttonsontheoperatingpanelfailtoworkproperly.
•Renewtheoperatingcircuitplatewhendamaged.
•Closetheprotectingcaseproperlywhenotherwisedone.
2. SuccessiveBlowout
•Replace thefusewithanewoneofspecifiedcapacityincaseofcapacityproblem.
•Checkthecircuittoensurenoshortcircuit.
3. SlowerDescendingofDrillBit
Renewthedamagedmotor,ifany.
•Renewthedamagedoperatingpanel,ifany.
4. SlowerPerformance ofDrillBit
•Renewthedamagedmotorofthedrillbit,ifany.
•Fastenthemotorscrewincaseofloosewireconnection.
•Renewthedamagedcondenserofthemotor,ifany.
5. Nor-returnofDrillBit
Renewthedamagedoperatingpanel.
•Makesuretheconductiverubberpadtoucheswell.
Attention:
1. Thepowervoltageshouldremain210v 230v.
2. Themachineisdesignedforpaperdrilling otherthanplasticsormetalwares.
3. Theconductiverubberpadshouldberevolvedwhenusedforover100 timesat
theonesameposition.
