Assembly Instructions
This product is designed for maximum ease its assembly, but find it necessary to get help
from someone else.
The assembly instructions were divided into steps and shows the parts that will be
necessary for the assembly.
Identify in your accessory kit each of the parts described below:

Attach the rear stabilizer (8) to the main frame (5) using two sets of carriage bolt (A),
washers (B) and domed nuts (C).
Attach the front stabilizer (18) to the main frame (5) using two sets of carriage bolt (A),
washers (B) and domed nuts (C).
Fixing the bottle support (16) to the main frame (5) with the philips 4,8x13 screw (D).

Insert the vertical seat post (3) into the main frame (5) and align the holes. Fix with the
adjustment knob (E).
Slide the seat post (2) into the vertical seat post (3) and at the desired position, align the
holes and fix with the adjustment knob (E). Now fix the seat (1) to the seat post (2) as shown on the
third picture.
The pedals are marked "L" and "R" - left and right. Connect them to their appropriate
crank arms. The right crank arm is on the right- hand side of the cycle as you sit on it. Note that the
right pedal should be threaded on clockwise and the left pedal anticlockwise.
Slide the handlebar post (9) into the main structure (5) and align the holes. Fix with
the adjustment knob (E).
To attach the handlebar (12), position it above the handlebar support (9) and fix with
the handlebar adjustment knob (F)
ATTENTION: HANDLEBAR MUST BE SECURELY ATTACHED.
To install the monitor (H), use the philips screws (G) then plug the monitor cable.

Monitor Instructions

Operation
1. Install the battery. To do this, remove the back cover of the monitor and insert 2 AAA
batteries. Replace the back cover.
2. During your workout the display shows the values of TIME, KPH, DIST and PULSE. If you
prefer to show the remaining values, press ENTER.
NOTE: To view additional information with the equipment stopped press UP or DOWN.
With the equipment stopped the ENTER key will enter into programming mode.
3. If desired, press ENTER to set the values for TIME, DIST, CAL and THR. In each item the value
will be reset, Press UP or DOWN to adjust the value. Confirm the value by pressing ENTER
again.
4. When it is made a target value adjustment of time, distance or calories, the count of this
value occurs in countdown to zero, right now will sound an alarm, If the practice continue
counting will resume gradually from scratch.
5. When the workout is started without programming the values will start with progressive,
counting from zero.
Comments:
-If the screen submit any failure reinstall the battery. If the problem persists replace her.

Functions
AUTO ON/OFF: The monitor will turn on automatically when the equipment is in motion. If
you stop your exercise for some minutes, the monitor will turn off and the values of all the
functions will be reseted.
TIME: Press ENTER to choose the function TIME, then press UP or DOWN to determine the
desired value between 01:00~99: 00 minutes. After setting, the display will count down form
values, sounding an alarm when the end count.
If you do not configure the values, the monitor will start the count from 00:00~99:59
minutes when starting your exercise.
SPEED: The monitor shows the current speed of your exercise between 0.00~99.9 miles per
hour.
RPM: The monitor will display the current RPM between 15~999.
DISTANCE: Press ENTER to choose the function DIST, then press UP or DOWN to determine
the desired value between 1.0~999 miles. After setting, the display will count down form
values, sounding an alarm when the end count.
If you do not configure the values, the monitor will start the count from 0.1~999 miles
when starting your exercise.
CALORIE: Press ENTER to choose the function CAL, then press UP or DOWN to determine the
desired value between 1.0~999. After setting, the display will count down form values,
sounding an alarm when the end count.
If you do not configure the values, the monitor will start the count from 1.0~999 when starting
your exercise.
PULSE / THR (Target Heart Rate): This function allows the monitoring of your pulse and THR
at the time of exercise.
This function can also be programmed, determining the maximum value of your THR
between 60 ~ 220. Once reach setting value, the pulse value will Flash on the screen warning
you that your heart rate exceeded a certain threshold, in order to ensure more breath by
controlling your heart rate.
The measurement is based on the blood pumping provided by the heart through the
reading done by hands on the Hand pulse. It must be considered that an unstable support can
interfere with the reading, as well as the resistance of the skin and other imperfections.
Check your pulse rate average as a reference for programming.

1. Adjust the seat and handlebar: Loosen the knob turning left, then pull the knob and adjust to
the desired position. After adjustment, release the knob and tighten by turning clockwise.
Tighten.
2. Resistance adjustment: To increase the resistance, turn the knob to the right to decrease the
resistance, turn the knob on the left.
3. Emergency brake: press knob firmly to stop the bike.
4. Make sure that the bike's body is stable when you shake it. If not, you can adjust the base
adjustments of the front and back tube.
5. Test to run the bike, check if there is any abnormal sound of the bike's body. In the beginning
is normal the noise of the lubricating grease, this is applied to increase your performance.
Check the resistance regulation and brake system is normal or not.
6. After check all issues listed, the spinning bike is ready for use.
1. Upper body lean forward, let the movement spin up until the user's body leaves the seat.
Put the power focus on the leg movement, at the same time you should feel the buttocks and
the back muscles are being required, by this way you reduce the burden of knee. The mainly
point of exercise is on the thigh and calf muscles.
2. Rotate the resistance control knob with clockwise to Increase the friction between wheel and
brake sheet in order to increase the resistance.
3. If upper body and legs in combined movement you can reduce extra fat. When simulate
rapid turn, hold handlebars with both hands, control upper body strength of the waist.

Safety Informations
Before using the equipment, read this manual sincerely and conserve him for future
consultations. It is of the proprietor's responsibility to guarantee that all of the users of the
equipment are informed appropriately of safety's precautions.
General
Considerations
- Maximum user weight is 135kg / 297lb.
- There should be free space around the machine.
- The machine must be installed on flat, level ground away from water and should not be
installed outdoors.
- Certify that the machine is securely installed.
- Before starting any exercise program consult a doctor. This is important for people of all ages
or have a problem of pre-existing health. Feeling dizziness, chest pain or other discomfort
during exercise, stop immediately and consult a physician.
- Before exercise, make at least five minutes of heating.
- Check the security of each component prior to use and care for the adjustable parts.
- The most important care is the locking of the pedal.
- The equipment was designed specifically for adults, children must be accompanied by adults
when using it.
- The machine must be used by one person at a time.
- Do not allow children romp on or near equipment when in use.
- When using the machine view appropriate clothing and sneakers. If you have long hair care
for your hair does not get caught in the machine.
- Replace damaged parts with original parts and do regular maintenance. Loose or broken
parts should be immediately replaced or retightened.
- Do not use this machine for other movements outside their function. Do not exercise if the
machine has a problem. Misuse can cause injury.

Conservation
and Cleaning
1. Cleaning of the equipment should only be done with a dampened cloth. Never use
abrasives, alcohol or cleaning solvents.
2. Do not place it in dusty, damp environments, saunas or in an unventilated place.
3. Always use original replacement parts.
4. The incorrect upkeep / maintenance may damage the product, as well as lead to the loss of
warranty.
Maintenance
Instructions
1. The spinning bike should be put on the dry and ventilated environment.
2. The bike should be cleaned daily with a dry cloth. The wet cloth may cause rust of the
galvanized coating.
3. The galvanized coating of the bike should be oiled every half month.
4. After every spinning class, the screws and the adjusting knob should be examined and
screwed carefully.
5. The fixation between the pedal and the foot stick should be specially examined after every
class. Any problem of the fixation caused by the careless maintenance is not responsible to
manufacturer.
6. If gap appeared between the foot stick and the main frame, the chain might be loose, which
can be fixed by adjusting the tightness of the chain. Please keep the bike stable and the wheel
in middle while fixing.
7. The bike should be used after the guidance of professional coach, or the bike could be
damaged by the users.
8. Replace the foot stick per three month, to ensure bike's stability and reliability.
9. Pay attention to the direction of thread in the processing of replacing foot stick, right joint to
avoid damaging the thread.

Physical Preparation
Physical preparation is an option of the individual to benefit himself or herself. In
many cases the quest for having the right physical form to live the day-to-day life well appears
to be a sacrifice at first. It is important to understand that those people who do not try to have
suitable physical form are gradually giving up their long-term well-being.
As the person invests in physical preparation and rediscovers the pleasure of firm and
sure movement, of having strength and resistance to face the day-to-day, he or she
understands that it is a fundamental condition for living well and ensuring his or her physical
and mental health.
In order to have a preparation which provides full, safe and pleasurable activity, the
individuality of each person must be preserved. As Universal Fitness sees it, the best way of
ensuring this is to teach the individual about monitoring his or her heartbeat range, in the case
of aerobic preparation, and about the suitable combination of exercises and loads in muscular
physical preparation.
Aerobic physical preparation will ensure resistance. Muscular preparation will ensure
strength.
Regardless of one's age, it is important to be aware that living well involves
maintaining one's resistance and strength throughout one's life.
Muscle Toning
To tone muscle while on your bicycle you will need to have the resistance set quite
high. This will put more strain on your leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long
as you would like. If you are also trying to improve your fitness you may need to alter your
training program. You should train as normal during the warm-up and cool-down phases, but
towards the end of the exercise phase you should increase the resistance making your legs
work harder. You will have to reduce your speed to keep your heart-rate in the target zone.

The important factor here is the amount of effort you put in. The harder and longer
you work the more calories you will burn. This is effectively the same as if you were training to
improve your fitness, the difference being the goal.
Weight loss

The monitoring of the heartbeat range is still little known in Brazil, but it is a very
efficacious resource for obtaining results. It should be used especially in aerobic physical
preparation.
As shown in the table below, each age range corresponds to a heartbeat range, i.e. a
minimum limit and a maximum limit of heartbeats in the period of executing the exercise. It is
only when a person works within this range of heartbeats that he or she really begins to
produce results as regards his or her aerobic physical preparation.

To measure heart rate, place two fingers on your wrist (A) or neck (carotid vein) (B) and count
the beats for six seconds. The result should be multiplied by ten.

Begin the exercise with low speed and low effort for five minutes, for the heating,
activating the circulation and liberating oxygen for the muscles.
Z0 - Moderate Activity Zone - Below 60% of the maximum heart rate. Recommended for
people who are inactive, who have special conditions or need rehabilitation for a medical
problem.
Z1 - Weight Loss Zone - Training zone for weight loss, cardio-respiratory, between 60% and
70% of the maximum heart rate.
Z2 - Aerobic Zone - Cardio-respiratory training zone, between 70% and 80% of the maximum
heart rate.
Z3 - Risk Zone - It is not recommended to train above 80% of the maximum heart rate, as it is
in the heart risk zone.

Minimum frequency of sessions of exercises per week:

Warranty
General Warranty Conditions
A. Any service performed under warranty will be conducted on
presentation of an original sales receipt and within the limits
established by this Warranty Term. The warranty service is provided by
the network of Universal Fitness Authorized Service Center which
covers the main municipalities in the national territory.
B. Warranty period and coverage from the date the sales receipt is
issued, including the legal period of 90 (ninety) days.
C. Any parts repaired or exchanged under the terms of this warranty,
do not interrupt nor postpone the period of warranty originally
stipulated.
D. For this warranty to be effective, the equipment must have been
installed by an Universal Fitness Authorized Technical Assistant.
E. The warranty does not include product installation, cleaning and
lubrication services.
F. No reseller is authorized to receive the product from the customer
for forwarding to the Universal Fitness Authorized Technical Assistant
or remove it for return to same or supply information in the name of
Universal Fitness about the progress of the service. Universal Fitness
or the Universal Fitness Authorized Technical Assistant are not
responsible for eventual damage or delay due to non compliance.
G. The lubricants (silicones, greases and oils) used must be those
recommended in this manual (found in the Universal Fitness
Authorized Technical Assistance Network).
H. Universal Fitness will keep a stock of spare parts
available unless they cease to be manufactured or the equipment
imported. In the case of ceasing production or import of the
equipment, Athletic will continue to offer replacement of its
equipment line for a reasonable period of time, according to law.

I- Within the period of 30 (thirty) days, in case the equipment
presents any functioning problem, the client can choose to take
the product to an authorized stations or request assistance in your
home without expenses to offset those municipalities covered by
the network of Universal Fitness Authorized Service Center. After
the period of 30 (thirty) days or in municipalities not covered by
the network of Universal Fitness Authorized Service Center the
costs of any transport or shipping of the equipment to a technical
assistance, displacement or technical visit by authorized technical
assistant, occur for the account of the client, whether or not
covered by this warranty this equipment.
J- Components that wear out naturally with the regular use of
equipment such as motor brushes, belts, straps, brake linings,
felts, chains and steel cables, When present in the equipment, have
warranty for a period of 90 days from the invoice or manufacturing
defect found by the network of Universal Fitness Authorized
Service Center.
Extinction of Warranty
This Warranty will be considered without effect when:
A- The normal period of validity has expired.
B- The equipment is taken for repair by a person (persons) who are
not authorized by Universal Fitness, and/or signs of violation to its
original characteristics or assembly not within factory standards,
are verified.
C- Failure to use lubricants (silicones, greases and oils),
recommended in this manual.
D- Damage caused due to improper use, rust caused by external
agents, weathering, negligence, alterations, use of improper
accessories, unsuitable dimensioning for the application for which
it is intended, falls, perforations, use and installation not in
accordance with the instruction manual, connected to incorrect
voltages or to electrical supply subject to excessive fluctuations or
overloading, use in places such as heated swimming pool and/or
sauna.
E- The product is used in gyms, condos, clinics, clubs, sauna,
submerged in water or any use so that it resembles that does not
end at the residential or the purpose of intended application.
Observations:
A- No reseller or Universal Fitness Authorized Technical Assistance
is authorized to alter this Term or make commitments on behalf of
Universal Fitness
B- Universal Fitness is not responsible for any eventual accidents,
or their consequences, attributed to violation of the original
characteristics of the equipment or assembly not within factory
standards.
Note: Universal Fitness reserves the right to perform alterations
without giving prior notice.

Fije el tubo trasero (8) en la estructura principal (5) con 2 tornillos (A), 2 arandelas (B) y
2 tuecas ciegas (C).

Para fijar los pedales, primero identificar el pedal derecho y el izquierdo (que están
identificados con una etiqueta (L - izquierda y R - derecha).

Introduzca el tubo vertical del asiento (3) en el tubo de la estructura principal (5),
alinear los agujeros y poner un manípulo regulador (E). A continuación, conecte el tubo
regulador de asiento (2) en lo tubo vertical de asiento (3), alinear los agujeros y poner un
manípulo regulador (E).
Para fijar el asiento (1), adjuntarlo al tubo regulador de asiento (2) y apretar las

Operaciones
1. Instale la batería. Para hacer esto, retirar la cubierta posterior del monitor e inserte 2 pilas
AAA. Vuelva a colocar la cubierta posterior.
2. Durante su ejercicio, el display muestra los valores de TIME, KPH, DIST e PULSE. Si desea
mostrar los valores restantes, presione ENTER.
NOTA: Para ver información adicional con el equipo parado presione ARRIBA o ABAJO.
Con el equipo parado la tecla ENTER entrará en modo de programación.
3. Si lo desea, pulse ENTER para fijar los valores de TIME, DIST, CAL e THR. En cada elemento el
valor que se muestra será cero, presione ARRIBA o ABAJO para ajustar el valor. Confirmar el
valor pulsando ENTER otra vez.
4. Cuando se hace un ajuste del valor objetivo de tiempo, distancia o calorías, el recuento de
este valor se produce en una cuenta regresiva hasta llegar a cero, cuando esto ocorre sonará
una alarma, si continúa la práctica el conteo comenzará progresivamente desde cero.
5. Cuando se inicia el ejercicio sin necesidad de programación los valores se iniciará
progresivamente, contados a partir de cero.
Comentario:
-Si el display enviar cualquier falla vuelva a instalar la batería. Si el problema persiste contacte
el técnico.

Funciones
ENCENDIDO/APAGADO AUTOMÁTICO: El monitor se enciende automáticamente cuando el
equipo está en movimiento. Si usted deja su ejercicio durante algunos minutos, el monitor se
apagará y los valores de todas las funciones se borrará.
TIME (Tiempo): Pulse ENTER para elegir la función TIME, luego presione ARRIBA o ABAJO
para determinar el valor deseado entre 1:00~99:00 minutos. Después de configuración, el
monitor contará los valores regressivamente. Sonará una alarma al final de cuenta regressiva.
Si no configura los valores, el monitor iniciará la cuenta progresiva de 00:00~99:59
minutos al iniciar el ejercicio.
SPEED KPH (Velocidad): El monitor muestra la velocidad actual de su ejercicio entre
0.00~99,9 kilómetros por hora.
RPM (Rotación por minuto): Muestra el valor actual de RPM de su ejercicio entre 15~999.
DISTANCE (Distancia): Pulse ENTER para elegir la función DIST, luego presione ARRIBA o
ABAJO para determinar el valor deseado entre 1.0~999 kilómetros. Después de configuración,
el monitor contará los valores regressivamente. Sonará una alarma al final de cuenta
regressiva.
Si no configura los valores, el monitor iniciará la cuenta progresiva de 0.1~999
kilómetros al iniciar el ejercicio.
CALORIE (Calorías): Pulse ENTER para elegir la función CAL, luego presione ARRIBA o ABAJO
para determinar el valor deseado entre 1.0~999. Después de configuración, el monitor contará
los valores regressivamente. Sonará una alarma al final de cuenta regressiva.
Si no configura los valores, el monitor iniciará la cuenta progresiva de 1.0~999 al
iniciar el ejercicio.
PULSE / THR (Tasa de ritmo cardíaco): Esta función permite el monitoreo del pulso e THR en
el momento de ejercicio.
Esta función también puede ser programada, determinando el valor máximo de su
THR entre 60~220. Una vez programado, el valor del pulso parpadeará en la pantalla,
notificando cuando tu ritmo cardíaco excedió el límite determinado, con el fin de garantizar la
respiración, controlando su ritmo cardíaco.
La medición se basa en el bombeo de sangre proporcionado por el corazón a través
de la lectura realizada por las manos sobre el sensor de pulso. Debe considerarse que un
soporte inestable puede interferir con la lectura, así como la resistencia de la piel y otras
imperfecciones.
Compruebe su promedio de velocidad de pulso como referencia para la
programación.
