WARRANTY
One-year limited warranty after purchase. Please
follow instructions carefully, damages to the unit
resulting from improper usage are not covered.
IN THE BOX
•Sprayer Tank Assembly
oIncludes tank, battery, electrostatic
generator, electric pump
oConnected to hose and wand handle
•Extending wand poles
•Spray Nozzles
oSingle Fogging Nozzle. Fogging mist size
will oscillate between 40-90 Micron.
oDouble Fogging Nozzle. Fogging mist
size will oscillate between 40-90 Micron.
oBlue Adjustable Nozzle. Standard spray
nozzle, with varying adjustment between
100-500 Micron. Used primarily for outdoor
spraying.
•Battery Charger
•Spare Replacement Parts
The electrostatic process prohibits the use of
metal components in the construction of the
wand assembly; otherwise operation would be
a shocking experience. Also, electrostatic
charged fluid is inherently harsh on plastic and
rubber seals. Because of this, we provide to
you extra parts and pieces to keep on hand, in
case needed – so you can replace quickly
without any down time in use.
oSpare Wand Handle
oSpare Assortment of O-rings

SAFETY PRECAUTION AND WARNING
To avoid electric shock by static electricity, please strictly
follow procedures below:
•Keep the bottom high-volt discharging electrode
dry, never block its opening, keep hands away
from the opening vicinity. The electrode is
pigtail-like, insulated and retracted inside a plastic
tunnel with the opening on the unit bottom beneath
the hose exit.
•Turn on the power only when sprayer is being
carried, with bottom above the ground by 1 foot
or more.
•Turn off the power before putting down the sprayer
on the ground. Never rest sprayer on a wet ground,
A wet electrode or electrode in direct contact with
ground will over discharge and cause damage to
the high-volt generator.
•Keep housing and wand dry and clean during
use. A wet wand and wand handle could lead to
electrostatic zap to user.
•Never touch the nozzle and tip area, keep it away
from any other person.
•High voltage inside, never dis-assemble the sprayer
by non-professionals.
OPERATIONAL PRECAUTIONS
•Understand the liquids (solutions/formulations) to be
sprayed, its property and protection requirement,
avoid potential harm by the formulation.
•Do not spray solutions with particles larger than
nozzle diameter, certain solutions need to be
filtered first.
•Use only water-based solution. No oil-based
solution. No flammable solution.
•Do not use during rain.
•Electrostatic sprayer may interfere with sensitive
medical devices such as pacemakers or similar
devices.
HOW DOES THE ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYER WORK?
Inside VF-ES100 sprayer, the 25KV high-volt generator
creates charged ions and separates them out into
positive and negative ions. The positive ions go with the
solution to the nozzle, while negative ions are
automatically conducted to the ground, via
air-discharging process surrounding the high-volt
electrode. These negative ions leave through an opening
on the sprayer bottom (close and underneath the hose
exit) – it is critical to keep this opening clear of any
blockage while unit is in operation. Unlike some other
electrostatic sprayers, there is no electrode on the wand,
no charges conducted through user body, and one can
wear protective gloves while operating the sprayer.
As the now charged mist comes out of the nozzle, they
instantaneously spread out into extremely fine fog
particles under Coulomb force repulsion of same polarity
charges. As this positively charged cloud comes close to
an object, it attracts the negative charges from ground to
the surfaces of the object.
The fog will thus cling to and wrap around the surfaces in
all directions, attracted by static charges on the surfaces.
Thus under the magic repulsion and attraction between
static charges of same and opposite polarities, charged
fog will find its way into nooks and crannies and other
unreachable areas.
The electrostatic spraying process thus can produce
complete surface and area coverage, reach an extremely
high disinfection and sterilization efficiency.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare (mix) the solution according to relevant
safety and usage guidance. The solution must be
filtered before using to avoid nozzle blockage. Use
distilled water only.
2. Pour solution into the tank, tighten the tank cap.
3. Wipe sprayer housing and wand clean and dry.
4. Carry the sprayer on the back, adjust shoulder
straps so it fits comfortably.
5. Press on the power switch button to turn the sprayer
on.
6. Press down the valve release lever on the wand and
begin spraying. For best results, spray a wide
general area, while keeping nozzle tip within 3-4
feet above the targeted surfaces, allowing the
charged mist to slowly fall and be attracted to and
pulled to all sides and surfaces.
Note: One can lock the lever down with the locking
piece, for easy long duration spraying.
7. Once spraying is finished, release the lever, then
turn off the power.
Note: Due to residual pressure and solution inside
the wand, it will keep spraying for 5-10 seconds
once lever is released. Please take this delay into
consideration when deciding to stop spraying.
8. Make sure power is off before putting sprayer on the
ground.
MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLE-SHOOTING TIPS
•Water seal is reached by O-rings in all joints,
between poles and wand, and between brass
nozzle and plastic fittings, not by press fit. Do not
over-tight when assembling them, to avoid damage
to O-rings and to the plastic threads and parts.
•After each usage, please clean the tank and the
spray system with soft water. Carry the sprayer on
the back and run sprayer for a few minutes, before
turning off power.
•Wipe dry and store the sprayer indoors.
•Never immerse the unit in water, to avoid damage to
the motor, battery, and electronics inside.
•Charge the battery promptly when the low-battery
alarm beeps.
•When the sprayer is in long periods of storage,
please charge the battery at least once a month to
ensure battery life and performance.
•Disconnect charger once battery is fully charged
after 6-10 hours. Do not keep the sprayer plugged
to the charger all the time.
Green Light = Fully Charged.
Red Light = Charging.
IF RECEIVING A SHOCK DURING USE
It is possible to receive inadvertent electrostatic shocks
during use. Usually this is a result of the fogging mist
collecting on the wand and creating a current path from
the user’s hand to the tip. To avoid this, spray out and
away, and not above whenever possible. You can turn of
the unit and wipe dry with a rag when/if needed.
The other possible cause of this is loose fittings. Even
though a fitting might not leak, some liquid could be
working its way up the threads, thus coming into near
proximity of the user’s hand. To solve this, turn off the
sprayer, disassembly all the fittings that make up the
wand assembly, especially the hose and poles going into
the wand handle. Dry by rag and even air dry before
re-assembling. Make strong finger tight connections, but
don’t over tighten.
