Features
1. Boiling
The water will be heated to the temperature previously
selected. The temperature is adjustable from 40 °C to
100 °C / 104 °F to 212 °F by a difference of 5 °C / 9 °F
at a time. The default setting is 100 °C / 212 °F.
2. Temperature Maintenance
The water previously boiled is maintained at its temperature
afterwards. The temperature to be maintained is adjustable
from 40 °C to 90 °C / 104 °F to 194 °F by a difference of 5 °C /
9 °F at a time. There is no default setting for the temperature to
be maintained. The temperature maintenance will be
automatically deactivated when the kettle is separated from
the base. This feature makes sure you always have water at the
right temperature even if you do not use it directly after boiling.
3. Extended Boiling
This feature prolongs the boiling time for up to 6 seconds after
the boiling point is reached. It makes sure the water is boiled to
at least 100 °C / 212 °F. This is important for boiling water at
high altitudes, where water is boiled at a temperature of approx.
96 °C / 205 °F. Extending the boiling time from 3 seconds to up
to 6 seconds makes sure the water always reaches a
temperature of 100 °C / 212 °F (e. g. for baby food).
Note:
• This feature is only available if the preset temperature is set
to at least 95 °C / 203°F.
• By default, this function shuts off the appliance 6 seconds
after having reached the boiling point.

How to Use
1. Clean the inside of the kettle with a damp cloth.
2. Put the base on an even, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
3. Connect the plug to a wall socket.
4. Take the kettle off the base, press the Lid Release Button to open the lid, fill the kettle with clean
drinking water.
5. Fill the kettle with a minimum of 0.5 L / 17 oz and maximum of 1.7 L / 57 oz of water. Fill the kettle
up to the “Max“ mark when using it for the first time.
6. Press the Power Button to start heating water. The kettle icon will flash and the
selected temperature (40 °C to 100 °C / 104 °F to 212 °F) will appear on the display.
7. Once the temperature maintenance is activated, the appliance starts to preserve heat after
finishing boiling. The thermometer icon flashes and the temperature to be maintained is
displayed.
8. When the kettle is lifted from the base, the auto shutoff function is activated, even when the
water has not yet reached the boiling point. The previous settings will be disabled.
9. After the water has cooled off for some time, press the Power Button to boil the water again.
Note:
1. If the kettle is filled beyond its maximum capacity, boiling water can splash out.
2. Press the lid down slightly until it locks into place. The locking mechanism prevents the lid from
accidentally opening when water is poured out.
3. Put the kettle straight on the base in order to establish electrical contact. If the kettle is not placed
correctly, you will not be able to turn the appliance on.
4. When using the appliance for the first time, pour away the water after being boiled.
Boil Dry Protection
If the kettle is operated in accordance with the instructions, it is not likely that the kettle will boil
dry. However, in the event that the kettle boils dry, it is protected by a boil dry fail-safe mechanism.
It will switch the kettle off automatically when sensing a boil dry situation and keep it switched off
until the kettle is refilled with at least the minimum amount of water. Always allow the kettle to
cool for half an hour before use if the kettle has boiled dry.
Caution
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
• Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
• Connect the appliance only to an AC power supply with the voltage indicated on the rating plate.
• The base should never come into contact with water or other liquids. In case this ever happens,
the base must be completely dry before the appliance is used again.
• Never touch the appliance or power cable with wet hands.
• Do not place the appliance or power cable near flames during operation.
• Never wrap the power cable around the kettle.
• Only use the kettle indoors.
• Use the appliance only for heating water. Do not use it to heat milk or other liquids, since these
will boil over when heated.
• Never heat objects such as cans or bottles in the electric kettle.
• Make sure that the lid of the appliance is always fully closed, to prevent splashing.
• Do not open the lid as long as the water is boiling, to prevent injuries from splashing water.
• Never fill the appliance with more than 1.7 L / 57 oz of water, to prevent the water from boiling over.
• Do not use the appliance with accessories of other manufacturers or brands, to prevent damage.
• Disconnect the appliance from the wall socket after use and prior to cleaning. Never leave the
appliance unattended when it is connected to the wall socket.

This product is covered by the VAVA Limited Warranty for 18 months from the date of its original
purchase. If manufacturing defects occur, please contact the VAVA support team immediately to
launch a warranty claim. We will instruct you on how to return the defective unit back to us for repair

Funktionen
1. Kochen
Das Wasser wird auf die voreingestellte Temperatur
erhitzt. Die Temperatur ist von 40° C auf 100° C in 5°
Schritten wählbar. Die Werkseinstellung beträgt 100°.

2. Warmhaltefunktion
Die Temperatur des zuvor erhitzten Wassers kann beibehalten
werden. Die Temperatur kann von 40° C bis 90° C in 5°
Schritten erhalten werden. Die Warmhaltefunktion schaltet sich
automatisch ab, sobald der Kessel von der Basis genommen
wird. Für die Warmhaltefunktion gibt es keine Werkseinstellung.
Die Warmhaltefunktion sorgt dafür, dass Sie immer warmes
Wasser griffbereit haben, wenn Sie es nicht direkt nach dem
Kochen verwenden sollten.
3. Verlängerte Kochzeit
Diese Option verlängert die Kochzeit um bis zu 6 Sekunden
nachdem der Siedepunkt erreicht ist. Dadurch wird
sichergestellt, dass das Wasser tatsächlich auf 100°C erhitzt
wird, was in großen Höhenlagen, wo Wasser seinen Siedepunkt
bei schätzungsweise 96° erreicht, nützlich sein kann. Verlängern
Sie die Kochzeit von 3 Sekunden auf 6 Sekunden um
sicherzustellen, dass das Wasser immer eine Temperatur von
100°C erreicht. (z.B. für Babynahrung).
Diese Funktion ist nur verfügbar, wenn die voreingestellte
Temperatur unter 95°C liegt.
In der Werkseinstellung schaltet sich das Gerät 6 Sekunden
nach dem Erreichen des Kochpunktes automatisch ab.
Benutzerhinweise
1. Reinigen Sie die Innenseite des Kessels mit einem feuchten Tuch.
2. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine gerade, stabile und hitzeresistente Oberfläche.
3. Verbinden Sie den Netzstecker mit einer Steckdose.
4. Nehmen Sie den Kocher von der Basis, drücken Sie den Knopf zum öffnen des Deckels und füllen
Sie den Kocher mit frischem Trinkwasser.
5. Befüllen Sie den Tank mit minimal 0,5 L bis maximal 1,7 L Wasser. Wenn Sie den Kocher das erste
Mal benutzen, befüllen Sie ihn bis zur Obergrenze, 1,7L.
6. Drücken Sie den Schalter um den Kochvorgang zu starten. Das Kesselsymbol blinkt und
die eingestellte Temperatur (40°C bis 100°C) erscheint in der Anzeige.
7. Wenn die Warmhaltefunktion aktiviert ist, erhält der Wasserkocher die Hitze nach dem
Kochvorgang. Das Thermometer Symbol blinkt und die gehaltene Temperatur erscheint im
Anzeigefeld.
8. Wenn der Kessel von der Basis entfernt wurde, ist die automatische Ausschaltfunktion aktiviert,
auch wenn das Wasser den Siedepunkt noch nicht erreicht hat. Die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten
sind außer Kraft gesetzt.
9. Wenn das Wasser nach längerem Stillstand abgekühlt ist, drücken Sie den Startknopf um das
Wasser erneut zu erhitzen.
Hinweis
1. Wenn der Kocher auf seine maximale Kapazität gefüllt ist kann Kochwasser austreten.
2. Drücken Sie den Deckel leicht herunter bis er verschlossen ist. Der Verschlussmechanismus
schützt Sie davor, den Deckel während des Kochvorgangs zu öffnen.
3. Setzen Sie den Kessel gerade auf die Basis um den elektronischen Kontakt herzustellen. Wenn
der Kessel nicht richtig auf der Basis sitzt, ist es Ihnen nicht möglich das Gerät einzuschalten.
4. Wenn Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal benutzen, gießen Sie das Wasser nach dem Kochvorgang weg.
Trockenkochschutz
Dieser Wasserkocher sollte nicht im leeren Zustand eingeschaltet und nur entsprechend der
Anleitung verwendet werden. In dem Falle, dass der Kessel versehentlich unbefüllt eingeschaltet
wird, ist er durch den Trockenkochschutz-Mechanismus abgesichert. Sobald eine
Trockenkochsituation registriert wird, schaltet sich der Kocher automatisch ab, bis die
Minimalbegrenzung an Wasser nachgefüllt wird. Lassen Sie den Kessel für eine halbe Stunde
abkühlen, wenn er unbefüllt verwendet wurde.

Trockenkochschutz
Dieser Wasserkocher sollte nicht im leeren Zustand eingeschaltet und nur entsprechend der

Fonctions
1. Ébullition
L'eau sera chauffée à la température précédemment
sélectionnée. La température est ajustable de 40°C à
100°C / 104°F à 212°F par crans de 5°C / 9°F. Le
réglage par défaut est 100°C / 212°F.
2. Maintien de température
L'eau qui a été bouillie est maintenue ensuite à température. La
température pouvant être maintenue est ajustable de 40 °C à
90 °C / 104 °F à 194 °F par crans de 5 °C / 9 °F. Il n'y a pas de
température de maintien par défaut. Le maintien de
température est automatiquement désactivé lorsque la
bouilloire est détachée de sa base. Cette fonction vous assurera
que l'eau est toujours à la bonne température même si vous ne
l'utilisez pas directement après ébullition.
3. Ébullition poussée
Cette fonction poursuit l'ébullition jusqu'à 6 secondes après
avoir atteint le point d'ébullition. Cela assure que l'eau bout à au
moins 100 °C / 212 °F. Ceci est important pour faire bouillir l'eau
à haute altitude, où l'eau bout à environ 96 °C / 205 °F. La
poursuite de l'ébullition de 3 à 6 secondes vous assure que l'eau
atteint toujours une température de 100 °C / 212 °F (par
exemple pour la nourriture pour bébé).
Note:
• Cette fonction n'est disponible que si la température est
ajustée à au moins 95 °C / 203°F.
• Par défaut, cette fonction éteint l'unité 6 secondes après avoir
atteint le point d'ébullition.

Comment l'utiliser
1. Nettoyer l'intérieur de la bouilloire avec un chiffon humide.
2. Poser la base sur une surface plane, stable, résistante à la chaleur.
3. Brancher le câble à une prise d'alimentation.
4. Enlever la bouilloire de la base, appuyer sur le bouton de libération du couvercle pour l'ouvrir et
remplir la bouilloire avec de l'eau claire.
5. Remplir la bouilloire au minimum à 0.5L / 17 oz et au maximum à 1.7 L / 57 oz d'eau. Remplir la
bouilloire jusqu'au marqueur “Max” la première fois.
6. Appuyez sur le bouton d'allumage pour faire chauffer l'eau. L'icône bouilloire clignotera
et la température sélectionnée (40 °C à 100 °C / 104 °F à 212 °F) apparaîtra sur l'afficheur.
7. Lorsque le maintien de température est actif, l'unité commence à garder la chaleur après la fin
de l'ébullition. L'icône thermomètre clignote et la température à maintenir s'affiche.
8. Lorsque la bouilloire est détachée de la base, la fonction d'extinction automatique est activée,
même si l'eau n'a pas atteint son point d'ébullition. Les réglages précédents sont désactivés.
9. Après que l'eau ait refroidit en quelques temps, appuyez sur le bouton d'allumage pour faire
bouillir l'eau à nouveau.
Note:
1. Si la bouilloire est remplie au delà de sa capacité maximale, l'eau bouillante peut en sortir.
2. Appuyez un peu sur le couvercle jusqu'à ce qu'il se verrouille. Le verrouillage empêche le couvercle de
s'ouvrir accidentellement en versant l'eau.
3. Placez la bouilloire bien droite sur la base pour établir un contact électrique. Si la bouilloire n'est pas
placée correctement, l'unité ne s'allumera pas.
4. En utilisant l'unité pour la première fois, jetez l'eau que vous ferez bouillir.
Protection contre l'évaporation complète
Si la bouilloire est utilisée comme indiqué dans le manuel, vous ne devriez pas arriver à cette situation.
Cependant, si toute l'eau devait s'évaporer de la bouilloire en fonctionnement, elle est protégée par
un mécanisme contre l'ébullition sèche. La bouilloire s'éteindra automatiquement en détectant une
situation d'ébullition sèche et la gardera éteinte jusqu'à la remplir au niveau minimum d'eau requis.
Laissez refroidir la bouilloire une demie-heure avant utilisation si vous arrivez dans une telle
situation.

• Ne pas chauffer d'objets comme des canettes ou des bouteilles dans la bouilloire électrique.
• Assurez-vous que le couvercle est toujours fermé, pour éviter les éclaboussures.

2. Mantenimiento de la temperatura
El agua previamente hervida se mantiene a su temperatura
después. La temperatura a mantener es ajustable de 40 ° C a

Cómo utilizarlo

Protección contra la ebullición en seco
Si la caldera se hace funcionar de acuerdo con las instrucciones, no es probable que la tetera hierva
en seco. Sin embargo, en el caso de que la tetera hierva en seco, está protegido por un mecanismo de
seguridad a prueba de ebullición. Desconectará la caldera automáticamente cuando detecte una
situación de ebullición en seco y la mantendrá apagada hasta que se vuelva a llenar la tetera con al
menos la cantidad mínima de agua. Permita siempre que el hervidor se enfríe durante media hora
antes de usarlo si el hervidor ya ha hervido.

importante quando si bolle acqua ed alte altitudini alle quali
questa bolle a 96 °C / 205 °F. Estendere il tempo d’ebollizione da
3 a 6 secondi permette di raggiungere la temperatura effettiva
di 100 °C / 212 °F (esempio: per il cibo dei neonati).
Nota:
• Funzione disponibile solo quando la temperatura d’ebollizione

Funzionamento
1. Pulire l’interno del bollitore con un panno umido.
2. Posizionare la base su una superficie piana, stabile e resistente alle alte temperature.
3. Connettere la spina ad una presa elettrica.
4. Rimuovere il bollitore dalla base, premere il Tasto di Rilascio del Coperchio per aprire
quest’ultimo e riempire la tanica di acqua potabile.
5. Riempire il bollitore d’acqua da un minimo di 0.5 L / 17 oz ad un massimo di 1.7 L / 57 oz. Riempire
il bollitore fino al segno “Max” per il primo utilizzo.
6. Premere il Tasto d’Accensione per avviare il riscaldamento dell’acqua. L’icona rappresentante
un bollitore lampeggerà ed la temperatura selezionata (da 40 °C a 100 °C / da 104 °F a 212
°F) apparirà sul display.
7. Una volta che la temperatura di mantenimento è attiva, il dispositivo inizia a mantenere calore
dopo l’ebollizione. L’icona del termometro lampeggerà e la temperatura di mantenimento
selezionata apparirà sul display.
8. Quando il bollitore è sollevato dalla sua base, la funzione di auto spegnimento si attiva – anche se la
temperatura non ha raggiunto il punto di ebollizione. Le impostazioni precedenti saranno
disattivate.
9. Premere il Tasto di Accensione per riscaldare nuovamente l’acqua dopo che questa si è raffreddata.
Nota:
1. Non riempire il bollitore oltre al livello di capacità massimo per evitare che l’acqua ne fuoriesca
durante l’ebollizione.
2. Premere leggermente il coperchio fino a che non sia correttamente chiuso. Il sistema di
bloccaggio farà in modo che questo non si apra accidentalmente quando si versa l’acqua.
3. Posizionare il bollitore verticalmente sulla base per assicurarne il corretto contatto elettrico. In
caso contrario il dispositivo non si accenderà.
4. Versare nel lavandino (non bere e/o utilizzare) l’acqua bollita durante il primo utilizzo del bollitore.
Protezione contro Evaporazione Completa dell’Acqua
È improbabile che l’acqua evapori interamente se si utilizza il bollitore come descritto nel manuale. Nel
caso in cui questo avvenga, il bollitore è protetto da un meccanismo interno che lo spegnerà
automaticamente e lo manterrà spento fino a che il bollitore non sia riempito nuovamente con almeno
il quantitativo minimo d’acqua necessario. Far raffreddare il bollitore per 30 minuti nel caso il cui
l’acqua sia evaporata interamente durante l’utilizzo.
Attenzione
• Dispositivo non adatto all’utilizzo dalla parte di individui (inclusi i bambini) con handicap fisici,
sensoriali o mentali, o privi di esperienza con dispositivi analoghi. L’utilizzo è consentito
esclusivamente in caso di supervisione o istruzioni ricevute dalla parte dell’individuo/entità
responsabile della loro sicurezza.
• Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
• Connettere il dispositivo esclusivamente tramite l’adattatore AC incluso e rispettando
il voltaggio indicato.
• Evitare che la base entri in contatto con acqua e/o altri liquidi. Aspettare che la base si asciughi
completamente nel caso in cui questo avvenga.
• Non toccare il dispositivo e/o il cavo con le mani bagnate.
• Non posizionare bollitore e cavo in prossimità di fiamme/alte temperature.
• Non arrotolare il cavo attorno al dispositivo.
• Utilizzare esclusivamente dentro casa.
• Utilizzare per bollire l’acqua. NON utilizzare per bollire latte o altri liquidi.
• Non riscaldare lattine e/o bottiglie con il bollitore.
• Assicurarsi che il coperchio sia perfettamente chiuso per evitare che l’acqua ne
fuoriesca accidentalmente
• Non aprire il coperchio durante il processo d’ebollizione per evitare scottature/ustioni.
• Non superare il livello massimo di 1.7 L / 57 oz per evitare che l’acqua ne fuoriesca.
• Non utilizzare con accessori di altri marchi e/o parti terze per evitare danni al dispositivo.
