Modell T4
Das Gerät erhitzt die Lebensmittel durch Heizröhren. Die Zeitdauer ist einzustellen.
Die Temperatur ist für Ober- und Unterhitze getrennt einzustellen.
Das Gerät schaltet die Heizröhren ein mit Pausen zwischen den Heizphasen (Inter-
valltechnik). In den Pausen erlischt die Kontrollleuchte über dem Thermostatschal-
ter. Die vorgegebenen Heizphasen und Pausen sind durch den Thermostatschalter
in Stufen zu wählen.
Das Gerät ist für Dauerbetrieb geeignet.
6 Betrieb/Bedienung
6.1 Aufstellung/Montage
ÂDas Gerät auspacken.
ÂSchutzfolie vom Gerät entfernen.
6.2 Erstinbetriebnahme
Erstreinigung
ÂVor der ersten Benutzung das Gerät reinigen (siehe Reinigung).
Gerät anschließen
Bei Anschluss des Geräts an eine Steckdose:
ÂDas Netzkabel in die Steckdose stecken.
Das Gerät ist angeschlossen.
Gefahr
Lebensgefahr durch Netzspannung!
ÂSicherstellen, dass Spannung und Frequenz des Stromnetzes mit
den auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Werten übereinstimmen.
ÂDas Netzkabel ausschließlich in eine Steckdose mit Schutzleiter
stecken.
ÂDas Netzkabel des Geräts nicht in eine Verlängerungs- oder Viel-
fachsteckdose stecken.
ÂSicherstellen, dass das Netzkabel nicht beschädigt ist.
Bei Anschluss des Geräts an eine Steckdose ohne Schutzleiter:

The appliance heats food by means of heating coils. The time must be adjusted.
Model T4
The appliance heats food by means of heating coils. The time must be adjusted. The
temperature of the upper and lower heating coils must be adjusted separately.
The appliance switches the heating coils on with pauses between the heating
phases (interval technique). During the pauses the pilot light above the thermostat
switch is off. The predetermined heat phases and pauses are to be chosen in grades
using the thermostat switch.
The appliance is adequate for continuous operation.

L’appareil chauffe les aliments par des résistances tubulaires. La durée est réglable.

L’appareil chauffe les aliments par des résistances tubulaires. La durée est réglable.
La température de voûte et de sole est réglée séparément.
L’appareil active les résistances tubulaires avec des pauses entre les phases de
chauffe (technique intermittente). Pendant les pauses, le voyant de contrôle au-
dessus du commutateur du thermostat s’éteint. Les phases de chauffe et les pauses
prescrites sont sélectionnées par niveaux au moyen du commutateur du thermostat.
L’appareil est prévu pour le fonctionnement en continu.

ÂDéballer l’appareil.

6.2 Première mise en service
Premier nettoyage
ÂNettoyer l’appareil avant la première utilisation (voir Nettoyage).
Branchement de l’appareil
En cas de branchement de l’appareil à une prise :
ÂBrancher le câble d’alimentation électrique dans la prise.
L’appareil est branché.
Danger
Danger mortel par la tension du réseau !
ÂContrôler que la tension et la fréquence du réseau électrique
concordent avec les valeurs indiquées sur la plaque signalétique.
ÂNe brancher le câble d’alimentation électrique que dans une prise
avec fil de protection.
ÂNe pas brancher le câble d’alimentation électrique dans une prise
de rallonge ou une prise multiple.
ÂContrôler que le câble d’alimentation électrique n’est pas
endommagé.
En cas de branchement de l’appareil à une prise sans fil de protection:
ÂConfier le branchement de l’appareil à un personnel spécialisé.
En cas de branchement direct de l’appareil au réseau électrique :
ÂConfier le branchement de l’appareil à un personnel spécialisé.

Éléments de commande et affichages
ÎLes éléments de commande contrôle la fonction.
ÎLes voyants de contrôle indiquent l’état de service.
Lorsque le voyant de contrôle est allumé :
ÎL’appareil est en marche.
ÎLes résistances tubulaires chauffent les aliments.
Mise en marche
Modèle T1, T2
ÂRégler la minuterie sur la durée voulue.
L’appareil est en marche.
Le voyant de contrôle au-dessous de la minuterie est allumé.
Les résistances tubulaires chauffent les aliments.
Modèle T4
ÂRégler la minuterie sur la durée voulue.
L’appareil est en marche.
Le voyant de contrôle au-dessus de la minuterie est allumé.
ÂMettre les commutateurs de thermostat sur la température voulue.
Les voyants de contrôle au-dessus des commutateurs de thermostat sont allumés.
Les résistances tubulaires chauffent les aliments.
Mise à l’arrêt
L’appareil se met automatiquement à l'arrêt après écoulement de la durée réglée.
6.4 Pannes/Élimination des pannes
Les pannes de l’appareil doivent uniquement être éliminées par un personnel
spécialisé.

ÂMettre la minuterie sur 0.
Le voyant de contrôle au-dessous de la minuterie s’éteint.
ÂSéparer l’appareil du réseau électrique.
ÂNettoyer l’appareil (voir Nettoyage).
Modèle T4
Lorsque l’appareil n’est plus utilisé :
ÂMettre le commutateur de thermostat sur 0.
Les voyants de contrôle au-dessus des commutateurs de thermostat s’éteignent.
ÂMettre la minuterie sur 0.
Le voyant de contrôle au-dessus de la minuterie s’éteint.
ÂSéparer l’appareil du réseau électrique.
ÂNettoyer l’appareil (voir Nettoyage).
7 Maintenance/Nettoyage
ÂRetirer la prise avant toute opération de maintenance/nettoyage.

ÂLaisser refroidir l’appareil.
ÂSéparer l’appareil du réseau électrique.
ÂPour le nettoyage, utiliser uniquement :
tun produit d’entretien doux au savon
tun produit d’entretien pour acier spécial
ÂEssuyer l’appareil avec un chiffon humide et du produit nettoyant.
ÂNettoyer les résistances tubulaires.
ÂSécher l’appareil avec un chiffon doux et propre.
