Monteer de componenten op volgorde zoals aangegeven in de afzonderlijke stuklijst. De
met (!) gemerkte onderdelen verdienen extra aandacht in de bouwbeschrijving
1. Draadbruggen
2. 1/4 W weerstanden, horizontaal.
3. metaalfilmweerstanden, horizontaal.
4. Dioden. Let op de polariteit!
5. Zenerdioden. Let op de polariteit.
6. IC voetjes.
7. 1/4 W weerstanden, verticaal.
8. metaalfilmweerstanden, verticaal.
9. Condensators.
10. Electrolytische condensators. Let op de polariteit!
11. Gelijkrichterbruggen. Let op de polariteit!
12. Transistors. T5 komt met de metalen rugzijde naar C2 gericht.
13. Temperatuur sensor. Men kan deze op twee plaatsen monteren, bij gebruik van de los
verkrijgbare behuizing zet men best de sensor dicht bij R31.
14. Overspanningsbeveiliging. Plooi de aansluitingen zoals aangegeven op de figuur.
15. Relais.
16. Schroefconnectors.
17. Kristal.
18. Spanningsregulator. Monteer deze met de rugzijde naar TRAFO2 gericht.
19. LED’s. Gaat men de print in onze los verkrijgbare behuizing monteren dan moet men
de LED’s op afstandsbussen monteren (zie figuur).
20. Trimpotentiometers. Op de trimpotentiometers RV2 en RV3 moet men een as
monteren, samen met de draaiknoppen. Indien men de los verkrijgbare kast gaat
gebruiken, dan moet men de hoogte respecteren, en zorg ervoor dat de merkstreep
overeenkomt met de aanduidingen van het frontpaneel.
21. Scheidingstransformator.
22. Voedingstransformator.
23. Printpennen voor montage van de drukknop SW1.
24. Drukknop. Gaat men de los verkrijgbare kast gebruiken, dan moet men hem monteren
zoals op de figuur, met de aansluitingen tussen de twee printpennen, respecteer de
hoogte en verwijder ook de schroef.
25. Monteer de IC’s in hun voetje. Let op de positie van de nok.

TEST
•Verbind met de netspanning > groene LED moet oplichten.
•Zet de beide potentiometers in de middenstand.
•Draai de trimmer RV1 tot het relais aantrekt of afvalt, LED LD4 moet ook oplichten of
doven.
•Druk op de drukknop SW1, de thermostaat moet omschakelen van nacht naar dag, >
de gele LED gaat branden.
•Draai de trimmer RV1 tot het relais aantrekt of afvalt, LED LD4 moet ook oplichten of
doven.
Zie de gebruiksaanwijzing (blz. 8) voor het afregelen van de schaalverdeling.
Beschikt men niet over onze behuizing, gebruik dan de schaalverdeling die afgebeeld
staat in de stuklijst.
Montage in de optionele behuizing (BTT2000W):
•Print in gleuf van behuizing klikken (let op positie van sleuven t.o.v de print.
•Deksel op behuizing monteren en vastzetten met twee schroefjes.

MONTEZ TOUS LES COMPOSANTS JUSQUE TOUT CONTRE LA PLAQUETTE.
UTILISEZ UN PETIT FER À SOUDER DE MAX. 40W.
N'EMPLOYEZ PAS DE PÂTE À SOUDER.
EMPLOYEZ DE L'ÉTAIN À SOUDER FIN (1mm).
UN MONTAGE NÉGLIGENT CAUSERA INÉVITABLEMENT DES PROBLÈMES.
Suivez le montage des pièces tel qu'indiqué dans la nomenclature distincte. Les
composants portant l'indication (!) reçoivent une attention particuliè dans la description du
montage.
1. Pontages
2. Résistances 1/4 W, horizontalement.
3. Résistances à film métallique, horizontalement.
4. Diodes. Attention à la polarité !
5. Diodes Zener. Attention à la polarité !
6. Supports de CI.
7. Résistances 1/4 W, verticalement.
8. Résistances à film métallique, verticalement.
9. Condensateurs.
10. Condensateurs électrolytiques. Attention à la polarité !
11. Ponts redresseurs. Attention à la polarité !
12. Transistors. Montez T5 de manière à ce que la face métallique soit dirigée vers C2.
13. Capteur de température. Celui-ci peut être monté à deux endroits différents; au cas où
vous utiliseriez un boîtier disponible séparément, il vaut mieux monter le capteur le
plus près possible de la résistance R31.
14. Protection contre les surtensions. Pliez les fils de connexion comme indiqué à la
figure).
15. Relais.
16. Connecteurs à visser.
17. Cristal.
18. Régulateur de tension. Montez-le de manière à ce que la face arrière soit dirigée vers
TRAFO2.
19. LED’s. Si vous vous servez du boîtier séparé, les DEL doivent être montées sur des
entretoises (voir fig.).
20. Potentiomètres de réglage. Sur les potentiomètres de réglage RV2 et RV3, vous
devrez monter une axe en même temps que les boutons rotatifs. Au cas où vous
utilisez le boîtier séparé, il faudra faire attention à la hauteur faire en sorte que les
points de repère correspondent aux indications sur le panneau avant.
21. Transformator de séparation.
22. Transformator d'alimentation.
23. Les cosses pour le montage du bouton-poussoir SW1.
24. Bouton-poussoir. Si vous utilisez le boîtier séparé, montez le bouton-poussoir comme
indiqué à la figure: avec les connexions entre les deux cosses; faites attention à la
hauteur et enlevez la vis.
25. Montez les CI dans leur support. Faites attention à la position de l'encoche.

•Raccordez la tension de réseau au thermostat > normalement, la DEL verte s'allumera.
•Mettez les deux potentiomètres en position médiane.
•Réglez le potentiomètre de réglage RV1 jusqu'à ce que le relais s'enclenche ou se
déclenche; en même temps, la DEL LD4 doit s'allumer ou s'éteindre.
•Appuyez sur le bouton-poussoir SW1 pour passer de mode nuit à mode jour > la DEL
jaune doit s'allumer.
•Réglez le potentiomètre RV1 jusqu'à ce que le relais s'enclenche ou se déclenche; en
même temps, la DEL LD4 doit s'allumer ou s'éteindre.
Pour le réglage de la gradation, voir le manuel d'utilisation (p. 14).
Si vous ne disposez pas du boîtier disponible chez Velleman, servez-vous de la
graduation telle qu'indiquée dans la liste de composants.
Montage dans le boîtier optionnel (BTT2000W) :
•Glissez le circuit imprimé dans le boîtier (faites attention à la position des fentes par
rapport au circuit imprimé.
•Montez le couvercle sur le boîtier et fixez-le au moyen de deux vis.

CARELESS ASSEMBLY WILL UNDOUBTEDLY LEAD TO PROBLEMS
Mount the components in the order indicated in the separate parts list. The parts marked
with (!) require special attention in the assembly instructions
1. Jumpers
2. 1/4 W resistors, horizontally.
3. Metal film resistors, horizontally.
4. Diodes. Watch the polarity!
5. Zener diodes. Watch the polarity!
6. IC sockets.
7. 1/4 W resistors, vertically.
8. Metal film resistors, vertically.
9. Capacitors.
10. Electrolytic capacitors. Watch the polarity!
11. Rectifier bridges. Watch the polarity!
12. Transistors. Mount T5 so that its metal side is directed towards C2.
13. Temperature sensor. This can be mounted in two different places; when using the
separate housing, it is best to mount the sensor close to R31.
14. Surge protection. Bend the connection wires as indicated on the diagram.
15. Relays.
16. Screw connectors.
17. Crystal.
18. Voltage regulator. Mount this regulator so that its back side is directed towards
TRAFO2.
19. LEDs. If you are planning on mounting the PCB in the separate Velleman housing,
the LEDs should be mounted on distance holders (see diagram).
20. Trimmer potentiometers. For the trimmers RV2 and RV3, a shaft should be fitted at
the same time as the knobs; when using the separate housing, check the height and
make sure that the marker coincides with the markings on the front panel.
21. Isolating transformer.
22. Supply transformer.
23. PCB pins for mounting push-button SW1.
24. Push-button; when using the separate housing, mount this button as indicated on the
diagram and make the connection between the two PCB pins, check the height and
remove the screw.
25. Mount the ICs in their sockets. Check the position of the notch.

TEST
•Connect the mains to the thermostat > the green LED should light up.
•Set both potentiometers to their centre position.
•Adjust RV1 until the relay energises or de-energises; LED LD4 should also light up or
dim.
•Push SW1, to make the thermostat switches from day mode to night mode > the yellow
LED should flash.
•Adjust RV1 until the relay energises or de-energises; LED LD4 should also light up or
dim.
See the user manual (p. 20) for adjusting the scale.
If you do not have the Velleman housing, use the graduated scale that is show in the parts
list.
Mount in the optional housing (BTT2000W):
•Slide the PCB into the groove at the housing until it clicks (check the position of the
grooves with response to the PCB).
•Place the cover onto the housing and secure it using two screws.

UNORDENTLICHE MONTAGE ERGIBT BESTIMMT PROBLEME
Montieren Sie die Bestandteile in der Reihenfolge, wie angegeben in der separaten
Stückliste. Die in der Baubeschreibung mit einem (!) versehenen Teile erfordern besondere
Aufmerksamkeit.
1. Drahtbrücken.
2. 1/4 W Widerstände, waagerecht.
3. Metallfilmwiderstände, waagerecht.
4. Dioden. Achten Sie auf die Polarität!
5. Zenerdioden. Achten Sie auf die Polarität!
6. IC-Füß e.
7. 1/4W Widerstände, senkrecht.
8. Metallfilmwiderstände, senkrecht.
9. Kondensatoren.
10. Elektrolytische Kondensatoren. Achten Sie auf die Polarität!
11. Gleichrichterbrücke. Achten Sie auf die Polarität!
12. Transistoren. Montieren Sie T5 so, daß die Metallseite auf C2 ausgerichtet ist.
13. Temperaturfühler. Diese können an zwei Stellen montiert werden. Bei Verwendung
des lose erhältlichen Gehäuses wird der Fühler am besten nahe bei R31 montiert.
14. Überspannungsschutz. Falten Sie die Anschlüsse wie in der Abbildung.
15. Relais.
16. Schraubkonnektoren.
17. Quarz.
18. Spannungsregler. Montieren Sie ihn so, daß die Rückseite auf TRAFO2 ausgerichtet
ist.
19. LED. Will man die Leiterplatte in unser lose erhältliches Gehäuse montieren, dann
müssen die LED auf Abstondshalter montier werden (Siehe Abbildung).
20. Trimmerpotentiometer. Auf die Trimmerpotentiometer RV2 und RV3 muß eine Achse
montiert werden, wie auf der Abbildung, zusammen mit den Drehknopfen. Gebraucht
man das lose erhältliches Gehäuse, dann muß die Höhe respektiert werden und
müssen Sie dafür sorgen, daß der Markierungsstrich mit den Hinweisen auf der
Frontplatte übereinstimmt.
21. Trenntransformator.
22. Netztransformator.
23. Leiterplattenstifte für Montage des Druckknopfs SW1.
24. Druckknopf. Will man das lose erhältliches Gehäuse verwenden, dann muß es wie
auf der Abbildung montiert werden, und zwar mit den Anschlüssen zwischen den
zwei Leiterplattenstiften. Respektieren Sie die Höhe und entfernen Sie auch die
Schraube.
25. Stecken Sie die ICs in ihre Füß e. Achten Sie auf den Stand der Einkerbung.

•Verbinden Sie die Netzspannung mit dem Thermostat > normalerweise muß die grüne
LED aufleuchten.
•Stellen Sie beite Potentiometer in den mittleren Stand.
•Regeln Sie RV1 bis das Relais anzieht oder abfällt; die LED LD4 muß auch aufleuchten
oder ausgehen.
•Drücken Sie auf dem Druckknopf; das Thermostat muss umschalten von Nacht auf Tag.
•Regeln Sie RV1 bis das Relais anzieht oder abfällt; die LED LD4 muß auch aufleuchten
oder ausgehen.
Siehe Gebrauchsanleitung (S. 26) für das Feinabstimmen der Skalenverteilung.
Sollten Sie nicht unser Gehäuse zur Verfügung haben, verwenden Sie dann die
Skalenverteilung die in der Stückliste abgebildet ist.
Montage in das zusätzliche Gehäuse (BTT2000W):
•Leiterplatte in Schlitz des Gehäuses einklicken (Achten Sie auf die Position der Schlitze
gegenüber der Leiterplatte).
•Deckel auf Gehäuse montieren und mit zwei Schrauben befestigen.
