1. Insert End Caps Into Corresponding Sides
2. Bolt Top Plate Onto Back Bar (Shorter Bolts)
3. Bolt Front Legs Onto Top Plate (Shorter Bolts)
4. Install Casters (Longer Bolts)

USE
Loading and Unloading
Lock wheel motion by pushing down on the tab of each caster
If you want to pivot the rack put the VelociRAX “Stop pin” in middle stop location
