Veme is a IPL hair removal that deals with hair follicles by
photothermal irradiation. It is developed by a globally leading

Veme is an (OTC/over-the-counter) device for men and women to
remove excess hair. It is a pure physical process.
Veme is the regularly arranged for long-term hair removal device.
Some areas do not require subsequent maintenance, some requires
6 months, 9 months and 12 months forsubsequent maintenance.

Suitable Skin tone and hair color
Veme hair removal device works effectively on naturally
dark blonde, brown and black hair and on skin tones white,
ivory, beige, light brown.
Please note that it cannot be used on white, gray, blonde
or red hair and is not suitable for dark brown and black skin.

Veme has not tested against the following
people, so the result is unknown:
1.Epilepsy, Photoinduced Epilepsyor or Chronic Migraine is
prohibited.
Energy luminescence may cause severe head discomfort or
migraine symptoms to such patients who has such diseases;
2.Not applicable to users who has implanted devices in the body:
such as cardiac pacemakers, incontinence devices, insulin pumps,
etc. ;
3.Those with a history of photoallergy or photoallergies are
not recommended;
4.Hemorrhoids, psoriasis, eczema, sunburn, herpes simplex, and
wounds or rashes are prohibited;
5.The above conditions may make the skin susceptible to light
allergy and increase the risk of skin discomfort;
6.It is not recommended if you have a history of skin cancer or
have a potential malignant skin tumor;
7.Keep the device out of reach of children. Children younger
than 14 years old are not recommended;
8.Pregnant women during pregnancy, women who are preparing to
get pregnant or breastfeeding are not recommended.
It is not recommended to do
1.It is not recommended to use it immediately after sunbathing,
sun bed and sunless tanning product. If you are not sure if your skin
is sunburned or tanning, we recommend doing a skin sensitive test
and waiting for 24 hours;
2.It is not recommended to use it immediately after sunburn,
otherwise it will increase the chance of skin discomfort;
3.Do not use it directly on tattoos, dark brown or black spots, such
as freckles, birthmarks or moles which may absorb a lot of light
can cause skin discomfort;
4.Do not use it directly on eyebrows, or anywhere near or around
the eyes which may cause damage;
5.Do not use it on the scalp, ears, neck, nipples, genitals or areas
around the anus. These areas are sensitive and susceptible to
damage;

7.Do not put the device in the same area for too long, or
flash multiple times in the same area, which may cause
excessive heat and easily cause skin discomfort;
Some users may have a reddish skin after use, which is
normal. It will disappear within 24 hours. If it has not
disappeared for more than 48 hours, suspend use, please
consult customer service or doctor;
Please not do:
1.When using the device, please do not cover the vents.
The vents are used to cool the device. Cover the vents may
cause the device to overheat and switch to automatic
protection mode
2.The device should not be damp or influent;
3.Do not use the device while bathing;
4.Do not place the device near the bathtub or sink;
5.Do not use the device when the plug or power cord
is damaged;
6.Stop using any parts if the signal is damaged;
7.Do not open the protective cover or disassemble the
device, touch the internal parts. It is forbidden to dismantle
and repair;
8.Always keep the device power cord away from hot objects;
9.Do not operate the device in a flammable or explosive
environment; Please follow the above requirements. Failure to
follow the above instructions may result in malfunction of the

Manual flash and automatic flash setting
1. The device defaults to manual flash. It needs to press the flash
button to flash (Mainly used for small area hair removal)
2. After the device turned on, keep the lamp head close to the skin,
press and hold the flash button for 3 seconds, the machine will
switch to automatic flash, you only need to move the device slowly,
it will automatically flash. (Be applicable for large area hair removal)
3. During the automatic flash mode, simply press the flash button,
the device switches to manual flash mode.
Preparation before use
Before use, shave the hair in the area that needs to be removed, keep
it clean and wipe the
area. This ensures that the hair follicle under the skin absorbs energy
to the maximum extent for optimum hair removal.
Start to use Veme machine
1.Plug the power cord into the device's power interface, connect the
device power supply to the power outlet.
2.Press and hold the switch button 3s to turn it on
3.Press the level adjustment button to adjust the level.
Starting from the low level, if you feel comfortable, please
adjust the level to the middle or high level to achieve
better results.

4.Wear the protection glasses, make the lamp head
perpendicular to the area where you need to remove the hair.
When the display is flashing, press the flash button to
perform photon irradiation. If the display is not flash, you
only need to move the device slowly, once the flash window
touch your skin, it will automatically flash. It is recommended
to irradiate 2-3 times for each area.

5.After the treatment is completed, press and hold the
switch button 3s to turn off, then unplug the power adapter.
6.Wipe the lamp with a non-alcoholic wipe or a soft tissue.
7.Place the device in a dry, well-ventilated area, out of
children’s reach.
Skin sensitivity test at first time using
At first time using, please select a small area and do a skin
sensitivity test as follows:
1. Select low level 1 or 2.
2. Follow the use steps and precautions above to test the selected
skin area.
3. After skin test, wait for 30 minutes, then look the skin reaction.
4. If the tested skin area is normal, you can continue to use it. If the
skin turns out red and swollen, please test it again after 24 hours.
When irradiated, the irradiated area will have a warm feeling.
Starting from the low level, if there is no discomfort, it can be
added to the middle or high grade for better results. If the skin
appears slightly reddened after irradiation, it is a normal reaction
and usually disappears after 24 hours.
Irradiation arrangement
For better results, the hair removal area needs the regular
irradiation 2-3 times a week and flash 2-3 times each area for 8
weeks. After the 8-week treatment, regular care for the area where
the hair is still newly grown.
Tips:
1.The areas where the hair is thicker (such as underarm/bikini and
so on) can be operated in two directions: left/right, or up/down, to
ensure that photon illumination covers all parts to achieve the
desired effect.
2.When we are flashing multiple times on same area, we need to
move the machine and then come back to re-flash in this area,
instead of keeping the machine flashing directly multiple times.
Otherwise it may burn our skin.
3.If you feel hot during use, you can turn on the ice compress
function so that the skin will be more comfortable.
