1PREFACE
1.1 Identification
The Victory WC-10H is a robust 3-Point Hitch compact PTO-driven woodchipper with a self-
propelled hydraulic auto-infeed system and an impressive 10” x 17” infeed opening.
A hinged hydraulically driven infeed hopper moves the wood material to the rotor. The flywheel
has four knife blades. A stationary knife at the rear of the flywheel housing is placed to shear, chip,
or chop the material. A twig-breaker generates the small pieces of wood.
Your mid-size tractor provides rotational power through a PTO shaft on the front of the frame.
The woodchipper generates its hydraulic power for the hydraulic feed hopper; no hydraulic power
is needed from the tractor. A belt-driven hydraulic pump in the woodchipper powers the hydraulic
system.
Using two powerful hydraulic infeed motors, the infeed rollers grab and pull material into the
chipper head.
1.2 Introduction

safest, and most compact PTO Woodchipper with a self-propelled hydraulic infeed system in its
category.
We have compiled this Operator’s manual to help you understand and appreciate your wood
chipper.
Taking a few minutes to read this manual and understand the maintenance instructions will give
you better performance and extend the life of your woodchipper. You must read this manual
before assembling and operating the device.

This Operator’s Manual is created to help familiarize you with Safety, Assembly, Operation,
Adjustments, Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
The information contained within this manual was current at the time of printing. Some parts may
change slightly to assure you of the best performance. To check for updates, refer to our website

2VICTORY TRACTOR IMPLEMENTS WARRANTY
Victory Tractor Implements warrants to the original purchaser that this Victory product will be
free from defects in material and workmanship beginning on the date of purchase by the end-user
according to the following schedule when used as intended and under regular service and
conditions for personal use.
Overall Unit: Two years on Parts.
Knife blades: Are considered wear parts.
This Warranty is limited to the replacement of any defective part and the installation by VTI of any
such replacement part and does not cover common wear items. Victory reserves the right to
inspect any equipment or parts claimed to have been defective in material or workmanship.
This Warranty does not apply to any part or product that, in Victory’s judgment shall have been
misused or damaged by an accident or lack of regular maintenance or care or which has been
repaired or altered in a way that adversely affects its performance or reliability, or which has been
used for a purpose for which the product is not designed. Misuse also specifically includes failure
to properly maintain oil levels, grease points, and driveline shafts.
Claims under this Warranty should be made directly to Victory Tractor Implements, and all
warranty adjustments must be made through an authorized Victory dealer. Victory reserves the
right to make changes in materials or design of the product at any time without notice.
This Warranty shall not be interpreted to render Victory liable for damages of any kind, direct,
consequential, or contingent to property. Furthermore, Victory shall not be responsible for
damages resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control. This Warranty does not extend to
the loss of crops, any expense or loss for labor, supplies, rental machinery, or for any other reason.
No other warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed, or implied, is made with respect to this
sale, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose that
exceed the obligations set forth in this written warranty are hereby disclaimed and excluded
from this sale.
This Warranty is not valid unless registered with Victory within 30 days from the date of purchase

2.1 Warranty Provisions
Victory Tractor Implements guarantees the proper functioning of the provided equipment.
However, Victory is not responsible for unsafe situations, accidents, or damage, which are the
result of:
◼ignoring warnings and regulations as stated on the machine or in this Operator's manual;
◼the use of the device for other applications or under other circumstances than stated in this
documentation;

◼mutations to the machine; this also includes the application of different replacement parts as
specified;
◼insufficient or careless maintenance.

The WC-10H is a woodchipper for tree branches max 10”thick and other pruning waste.
3.8 Unintended Use
Unintentional use is any other use than described under 'Intended use.'
