About the Projector
Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions before using the laser projector (hereinafter referred to as “the
Product”) and keep them properly for further reference.
1. Instructions
Make sure to read all safety and operation instructions before using the Product.
2. Notes and warnings
Make sure to follow all notes and warnings in the instructions.
3. Cleaning
Unplug the Product’s power plug from the wall-mounted power socket prior to cleaning.
Wipe the Product’s shell with wet cloth. Do not use liquid or smoke cleaner for cleaning.
4. Accessories
Do not place the Product on the unstable trolley, frame or desk, for the Product can be
severely damaged due to falling. Keep the plastic package (of the Product, accessories
and optional parts) inaccessible to children; otherwise, it may lead to death by
suffocation. Pay much attention to the infants.
5. Ventilation
The Project’s air intake and exhaust holes should have the min. clearance of 30cm to the
walls and enjoy good ventilation in unventilated and narrow space.
Do not block these openings nor put any object near them, but ensure good ventilation
around the Product; otherwise, it may lead to heat accumulation, picture quality
degradation and damage of the Product
6. Power supply
Make sure the Product’s working voltage is the same with the voltage of local power supply.
7. Maintenance
The Product should be maintained by the professional technicians only.
8. Part replacement
Make sure to use the parts designated by manufacturer for replacement; otherwise, fire
hazard, electric shock or other hazards may occur.
9. Condensation
Do not use the Product immediately when it is transferred from cold to hot place, for the
Product’s lens and internal key parts can have condensation due to temperature change.
For any rapid or sudden temperature change, wait for at least 2h before using the Product to
protect it.
10. Please use the Product within the temperature of 0℃~35℃ and humidity of 10%~90%;
Do not use the Product in places with much dust or smoke;
Do not use the Product outdoors or under direct sunlight.

About the Projector
Notes of AC Power Line
The AC power line must conform to the requirements of state (region) where the Product is
used. Please confirm the type of your AC power line plug according to the following diagram and
make sure to use the AC power line correctly. Please consult the dealer if the attached AC
power line does not match your AC power socket. The Product is attached with grounding type
AC power socket. Make sure the plug can be inserted into the power socket. Do not destroy
the safety function of this grounding type socket. You are strongly recommended to prepare
the grounding type AC power socket for the video source equipment, to avoid signal
interference due to voltage fluctuation.

Based on high-performance optical engine projection technology, user-friendly design, high
reliability and simple operation, the Product has the following features:
•Color mode offers different options for different projectors
•D-Sub 15-pin terminal can be connected to analog video
•Fitted with HDMI connection, support HDCP
•Correct the distorted and deformed images based on digital trapezoidal distortion correction

Power on projector
Turn on the projector
1. Finish the wiring of AC power line and signal line of peripheral equipment.
2. Press button on control panel or “POWER” button on remote controller to power on the
Product.
3. Power on the signal source (computer, laptop, DVD, etc.) to connect the extenral signal
sources. The Product will have auto detection of signal sources. Press “Source” button if the
Product has connection to multiple signal sources simultaneously.
Power on: The power standby button is normally on in red;
Startup process: Press the “Power” key and standby button will flicker between red and blue;
Startup: The power standby indicator is normally on in blue;
Shutdown: When the Product is shut down, the power standby button and indicator will
flicker at the same time and enter shutdown status.
Warning
•Do not stair at the lens when laser point is on; otherwise, your eyes will be damaged!
•Do not place any object near the air outlet to avoid fire hazards, for it is very hot.
Power off projector
1. Double click to start shutdown of computer and then the Product will shut down.
•The cooling fan will keep rotating until the cooling process is completed.
•Power LED starts flickering and the Product will enter standby mode.
•Make sure the Product is cooled and enters standby mode before powering on it again. Once
standby mode is entered, press to restart the Product.
2. Unplug the AC power line from the power socket and the Product respectively.
3. Do not power off the Product directly during shutdown.

Adjustment of Projector Height and Focusing

Adjustment of Projector Height
The Product is fitted with three adjusting pins to adjust the image height. Rotate to ascend/descend
the pins to ascend or descend the images slightly.
Note
•Make sure the adjusting pins are fully retracted before the Product is put in the packaging box to
avoid damage.
Adjustment of Projector Focusing
Pull the focusing adjustment ring unitl the image becomes clear.

Battery Installation
1. Open the battery cover according to the
direction in diagram.
2. Install the battery in the chamber according
to the diagram.
3. Close the battery cover.
Caution
•Explosion may occur if the replaced batteries have wrong type.
•Please handle the waste batteries according to the instructions.
•Make sure positive and negative poles are correct when installing the batteries.
Note
•Keep the batteries inaccessible to children.
•Take out the batteries of remote controller when it is long idled.
•Do not recharge the batteries nor throw them into the fire or water.
•Do not handle the waste batteries along with the household wastes; instead, handle the waste
batteries according to local regulations.
•Keep the batteries in cool, dry and lightproof places and keep them free from fire and water.
•For any liquid leakage of battery, wipe off the leaked liquid and then replace the batteries with
new batteries. If the leaked liquid is attached on your body or clothes, wipe off them immediately
with water.

Operation of Remote Controller
Point the remote controller at the sensor of infrared remote control and press the button.
An IR remote controller sensor is arranged in front of the Product. Hold the remote controller and
keep a right angle within 30° between the remote controller and sensor, in order to acquire the
normal functions of remote controller. Do not put any obstacle in front of the IR remote control
sensor of the Product, to avoid blockage of infrared beam.

Note
•The remote controller may have failure when remote control sensor is illuminated by strong
light sources such as sunlight or fluorescent light.
•Please operate the remote controller at a distance that the remote control sensor can be
seen.
•Do not shake or drop the remote controller.
•Keep the remote controller at the cool and dry places.
•Do not splash water on the remote controller nor put wet objectives on it.
•Do not dismantle the remote controller.

Menu Operation
The Product offers multi-language display menu to adjust the image and change the settings.
Steps of operation
1. Press the menu to open OSD menu.
2. When it displays OSD, press ▲/▼ to select any function on the main menu.
3. When items of main menu are selected, press ► to submenu of function setting.
4. Press ▲/▼ to select the required items and then press ◄/► to adjust the settings.
5. Press menu key to return to the main menu or return to the previous menu.
6. Press OK or MENU button to quit and save the settings.

Pictures
Color mode
The different pictures have corresponding preset values.
• Standard: Maximize the brightness of projection image. This mode applies to the environment
that requires super brightness.
• Computer: Maximize the purity of RGB color, in order to provide the real pictures.
• Demonstration: Applies to demonstration in sunlight environment, in order to match the colors
of PC and laptop.
• Picture: Applies to picture browsing.
• Film: Applies to playing of color films and the films of digital camera in the dim (slight light)
environment.
Brightness
Increase or decrease of picture brightness between 0 and 100.
Contrast
Set the difference between the bright color area and dark color area between -50 and 50.
Color temperature
Set the color temperature: Normal, cold and warm color.
• Warm color: Make the picture white and yellowish.
• Normal: Keep normal white tone.
• Cold color: Reach the highest color temperature; based on cold color, the image can display
more blue and white tones compared with other settings.
Press ▲/▼ to select the required items and then press ◄/► to adjust the settings.
Color
Press ▲/▼ to select the required items. The color saturation will decrease along with the decrease
of value. If the value is too high, the image color will be too strong to be real.
Tone
Press ◄/► to select the required items. The image is closer to red if the value is high, or closer to
green is the value is low.

Pictures

Sharpness
Press ◄/► to select the required items. The image will be clearer if the value is higher, or the
image will be softer if the value is lower.
Gamma
The relationship between the input signal source and image brightness.
Enter the picture > Press ▲/▼ to select Gamma and then press ◄/► to select the settings.
Brilliant Color
Enter the picture > Select Brilliant Color, press ◄/► to adjust the values.
Based on the new algorithm for color processing and system-level enhancement, this function can
improve the brightness and bring higher reality and fresh color of projected images. Generally, the
Product can generate images with real colors when the brightness of moderate tone area of video
and natural landscape is increased for over 50%. Please select the required brightness to acquire
the image of such quality. Disable this option is it is not required.
Noise reduction
Enter picture > noise reduction menu and press ◄/► to adjust the values.
This function can help reduce the electronic noise generated by the media player of image. The
image noise will decrease along with the increase of setting value.
Color management
Color management is considered only in the permanently installed devices requiring brightness
adjustment, such as conference room, terrace classroom or family cinema. Color management
supports slight adjustment of color, in order to represent the colors precisely based on your
demands.
If you have purchased the test discs which include the color test patterns and can test the color
representation effects of display, TV and projector, project the image in disc onto the screen and
then adjust them through the color management menu.
1. Open OSD menu and turn to image > color
management menu.
2. Press [OK] button to display the color management
page.
3. Select primary color, press ◄/► to select one color
from red, green, cyan, blue or carmine and yellow.
4. Press ▼ to select color tone, then press ◄/► to
select the range. The expansion range includes 2
similar colors which have high proportion. See the
right diagram for the relationship between colors.
For example, select red color and set range color as 0,
and only the pure red zone of projected image will be
selected. The increased range will include the shadow
that is close to yellow and carmine.
5. Press ▼ to select the saturation and then press ◄/► to adjust the values based on the favorites.
The adjustment effects will be soon reflected on the images. For example, select red and set the
value as 0 and it will affect the saturation of pure red only. The saturation refers to the volume of
corresponding colors in video image. The color saturation will decrease along with the decrease of
the value. If the value is 0, this color will be eliminated completely from the image. If the
saturation is too high, the color will be too strong to be real.
6. Press ▼ to select gain and then press ◄/► to adjust the values based on the favorites. This will
affect the contrast of primary color. The adjustment effects will be soon reflected on the images.
Reset color settings
Reset: Recover the current image mode to the factory settings.
Cancel: Recover all settings (except for User 1 in image menu) to the factory settings.

Width-height ratio
Selections to make image match screen:
• Auto:
Adjust the image size proportionally, in order to make the horizontal width or vertical width
match the Product’s natural resolution. It is wished to fully utilize the screen without adjusting
the width-height ratio of source image.
•4:3:
Adjust the image proportionally, in order to display the image at the middle of screen with the
width-height ratio of 4:3; which means, do not change the proportion during display.
•16:9:
Adjust the image proportionally, in order to display the image at the middle of screen with the
width-height ratio of 16:9; which means, do not change the proportion during display.
•16:10:
Adjust the image proportionally, in order to display the image at the middle of screen with the
width-height ratio of 16:10; which means, do not change the proportion during display.
•Inherent:
Have imaging based on the original image; which means, do not change the proportion during
display.
Keystone correction
Manually correct the warp image due to projection angle.
Press ▲ to correct the keystone at the top of image.
Press ▼ to correct the keystone at the bottom of image.
Press ► to correct the keystone at the right side of image.
Press ◄ to correct the keystone at the left side of image.
•Left and right keystone correction applies to Type FHD only.
