Description
Base Plate
42.5” Q914 Vertical Extrusion
42.5” Q914 Vertical Extrusion
38.5” RSG510 Angled Extrusion
18” Z31 Horizontal Extrusion
Steps:
1) Attach vertical [2] to vertical [3], using connector. See Vertical Extrusion Connector detail.
2) Attach mount plates to angled verticals [4], using bolts.
3) Attach vertical assembly [1/2] and angled verticals [4] to base plate [1], using bolts.
4) Connect horizontals [5] between angled verticals [4].
5) Place shelves on top of horizontal [5], then secure with thumb screws into [2].
6) Attach counters to angled verticals [4]. then secure with thumb screws into [2].
See Counter Attachment detail.
7) Connect conduit to vertical [2] and route monitor cords. See Cord Management detail.
8) Attach monitor mounts to vertical [3]. See Monitor Mount detail.
9) Attach headers to vertical [3], using screw caps into V4’s.

Set Screws

Slide upper Extrusion
over Connector and
rest on lower Extrusion.
Secure with Set Screws.

To prevent product loss, Keep
all screws attached to Connector,
after disassembling.
Monitor Mount
V4 Connectors

Slide connectors into groove
of extrusion. Tighten set screws
to secure connectors in place.
Attach monitor mount back
plate to extrusion, using bolts.

Route cord through Conduit.
Attach Conduit by pinching
the opening and inserting
into the groove of Extrusion.

Secure with wing nuts.

Cleaning & Packing
- For Cleaning Metal, Plex, & Laminate Parts:
Use a MILD NON-ABRASIVE cleanser and
soft cloth/paper towel to clean all surfaces.
- Keep exhibit components away from heat
and prolonged sun exposure.
Heat and UV exposure will warp and
fade components.
- Retain all provided Packing Materials.
All provided packing materials are for
ease of repacking & component protection.
Disassembly
- For loss prevention, tighten all setscrews
and locks during disassembly
