Attach Swing Gate panel to hinge
bracket
a) Slide sign panel (A) with pre-drilled holes
into channel of bracket (E).
b) Align sign panel (A) holes with bracket (E)
holes and install hardware: screw (B), lock
washer (C) and cap nut (D).
c) Tighten all hardware.

(2) #1/4-20 x ¾" PHPH Screw
(2) #1/4-20 Cap Nut
(2) #1/4 Split Lock Washer
(4) Stop Pin (pre-installed in hinges)

Note: Both hinge barrels must be adjusted. We recommend starting with right side (as shown)

Rotate adjustment rod (B)
clockwise away from stop
pin (A) to reveal the next
adjustment hole (C).
1Insert adjustment rod (B)
into adjustment hole(C)
just to the left of the
installed
stop pin(A)
.
Note: Repeat steps 1-4 until
sign is level. Do not tension
more than 3 extra holes from
factory setting.
4Remove adjustment rod (B)
from adjustment hole (C).
Repeat for other side of
hinge barrel.

Relocate the stop pin (A)
to the newly exposed
adjustment hole (C) and
add tension.
