Thank you for purchasing a genuine VITALIS
vaporizer.
To ensure the best experience please briefly review this user
guide and familiarize yourself with the parts and accessories.

TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

CHARGE YOUR VAPORIZER
Charge your iV-1 to ensure the
vaporizer is operating with adequate
voltage.
Recommended charge time is 3
(three) hours for first use.
Note:
If a smart charger is used, cycle once.
Internal Charging Instructions:
a. Connect your charging cable to the charging port and connect the
USB cable to your computer or wall adapter.
b. The battery indicator will show small bars indicating the level of
charge in the battery.
c. When the battery indicator appears full the charging cycle is
complete.
ADVANCED CHARGING
The battery of the iV is a top rated 2500 mAh 18650 high performance battery. It may be removed and placed into
a smart charger for increased life and performance.
External Charging Instructions:
a. Unscrew the battery door using either a finger or coin depending on how tight the door is installed.
b. Carefully remove the battery and note the orientation. (+ facing up)
The iV has reverse battery protection. There is no power output if the battery is reversed.

STEP 1: POWER ON
Press the power button 5(five) times rapidly to turn
the iV on or off.
The power button will flash when this is performed
correctly.

STEP 2: FILL OVEN
a. Unscrew mouth tip.
b. Pack material into chamber.
(grind up material for best performance)
c. Replace mouth tip.

STEP 3: SELECT TEMPERATURE
PRESS (+) (-) Buttons To Select
The iV has a large temperature range selectable in
1° increments ranging from 320°F - 439°F.
Be careful not to set the temperature too high to
begin.
The maximum temperature (439°F) is rarely if ever
required.
A setting of 360 degrees or lower is recommended.
STEP 4: VAPORIZE (Warning: Hot!)
To Activate:
a. Hold the power button for 3 seconds until it lights RED.
b. The iV is now HEATING.
c. When fully heated the light will shine BLUE.
You may now begin your vaping session.
The iV heats rapidly. Within 15 seconds at times.
To Deactivate: Hold the power button down to shut off the heater
and preserve your mixture.
Note:
Heat up happens faster when the device has been previously used within
the hour.
There is an initial burst of heat to begin the vaping cycle, followed by the
period of time chosen in the taste menu allowing an even heating of your
mixture.
The iV will not overheat and has a sensor to prevent this. If your iV seems
to have cooled off; it is due to the protective circuit that keeps your
vaporizer from overheating.
>
If your iV seems to not be producing enough vapor for you after
initial heat up.
a. Hold the power button to enter standby.
b. Hold again to enter another vaping cycle.
Repeat as necessary. The iV will heat right back
up to the temperature you have chosen every
time this is action is performed.

IV - 1 SETTINGS MENU
If the (+) (-) buttons do not respond to you
pressing them. It means the temperature lock is
active.
Instructions:
You must hold both (+) and (-) buttons
simultaneously for 3 seconds to access the iV 1.0
menu.
You will be presented with a menu with two
options:
1. TASTE
HEATING SPEED
Reach your desired vaping
temperature at a different rate.
Heating Models:
Fast 30 seconds
Medium 45 seconds
Slow 1 minute 15 seconds
TASTE Function Explained: The TASTE variable controls how fast your material is heated. A small fact of vapor is that the rate
at which you heat material alters the flavor profile as well as compounds released. Altering the flavor setting changes the flavor
profile of your mixture and gives you ultimate control of your vaping experience. We suggest exploring the different settings
and temperatures until you find the perfect setting for your taste.
2. TEMPERATURE LOCK
LOCK THE TEMPERATURE BUTTONS
Temperature lock keeps the temperature setting you
choose from being altered by pressing the
temperature control buttons. Navigate the menu
using the (+) (-) buttons and select with the power
button.

WATER BUBBLER FILTER
INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL BUBBLER:
1. Tilt the water bubbler attachment upside
down and fill to a level just below the
inlet tube within. This is a very small
amount of liquid.
2. Turn the bubbler right side up and take a
breath in to draw some air through the
mouth tip to prevent leakage. The water
should be contained within the bubbler
attachment at this point.
3. Make sure the water bubbler is dry on its
exterior by patting dry with a towel.
4. Remove the mouth tip from the iV
vaporizer body.
5. Wet the mouth tip o-rings with a dab of
water to lubricate the glass joint before
attaching the bubbler to the iV. Do not
force the bubbler attachment onto the
mouth tip if it does not seat easily.
Note:
If bubbler attachment is installed properly make
sure not to blow back into the water bubbler.
Doing so may cause damage to your vaporizer.
BUBBLER PROPERLY INSTALLED:

CLEAN AND MAINTAIN
Do not clean the iV-1 in any way other than the methods described in this manual.
Mouth Tip Cleaning:
Use the supplied cleaning brush or a rolled up paper
towel to wipe debris from inside the mouth tip.
Note:
It is possible to rinse the mouth tip in warm water if
necessary. The metal is designed to withstand some
moisture.
Do not submerge your mouth tip, use abrasives or
contact with chemical solvents.
Make sure your mouth tip is thoroughly dry before
use.
Mouth tip screen replacement:
a. Use a flat screwdriver to carefully remove the
screen retaining ring/mouth tip threads.
b. Insert new screen. (size: 10 mm).
c. Replace screen retaining ring.

Oven Cleaning:
a. Use the soft brush to gently clean the inner oven
wall.
b. Run your vaporizer through one full vaping cycle
with no material in the oven and the mouth tip
installed at a high temperature.
Draw some air through the device to bake off any
residue.
c. Blow air into air inlet / rush hole.
Note:
The dabber tool can be used to get into tight corners
but it is recommended NOT to touch your vaporizer
with metal implements to avoid scratches and
damage.
A sharpened bamboo stick is recommended for
cleaning the small grooves in the device. Wood
implements spare any kind of scratches or marring to
your iV vaporizer.

Failure to adhere to the instructions contained within this

responsibility or liability resulting from the inappropriate,
incorrect or irresponsible use of this vaporizer.
VITALIS VAPOR products are designed for adults, 18+ years of
age. Keep out of the hands of children and away from pets.
Handling:
1. Unit will become hot when continually vaping for multiple
sessions. Refrain from coming in contact with the metal
threads around the oven and mouth tip threads.
2. Keep the vaporizer and it’s parts away from all flammable
and combustible material while hot.
3. Do not place the vaporizer in a clothing pocket or conceal
inside any type of bag or case while in any mode other than
“shut down”. Make sure your iV vaporizer is cool to the touch
before storing it away.
4. Although the unit has safety features to lower the heat
when not in use, do not leave the vaporizer unattended under
any circumstances while still hot or in heating / vaping mode.
5. Do not crush, drop, deform, bend, submerse, puncture,
incinerate, shred, microwave or insert any foreign objects into
your iV-1 vaporizer.
6. Do not attempt to modify or attach anything to the body of
the vaporizer.
Do not attempt to repair a damaged VITALIS iV-1 vaporizer
yourself.
Choking Hazard:
The VITALIS iV-1.0 vaporizer package and contents contain
small parts that may be a choking hazard to a child.
Keep your VITALIS vaporizer away from children.

WARRANTY
Limited Warranty information:
The warranty period begins at the time of the
product’s original purchase.
An original bill of sale is required to obtain warranty
service
VITALIS inc. warrants this VITALIS-branded device
against defects in materials and workmanship under
normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date
of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser
and is non transferrable. If a physical defect arises and
a claim is received within the warranty period, at its
option and to the extent permitted by law, VITALIS inc.
will do one of the following:
Repair the product defect,
Exchange the product with a product that is new or is
at least a functionally equivalent product.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal
performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to
adhere to cleaning instructions.
Limitations and Exclusions
The Vitalis limited warranty only applies to genuine
products manufactured by ECAPPLE exclusively for
VITALIS inc.
The Limited Warranty applies only to products
manufactured by ECAPPLE Inc. that can be identified
by the “VITALIS” trademark, trade name, or logo
affixed to them. The limited warranty does not apply
to any in-genuine, cloned or look alike products not
made exclusively for VITALIS inc. This warranty does
not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse,
misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other
external forces; (b) to damage caused by operating the
product outside the recommended or intended use as
described by VITALIS; (c) to a product or part that has
been modified to alter functionality or capability
without the written and signed consent and express
permission of VITALIS inc; (d) to cosmetic damage,
including but not limited to scratches, dents, and
broken fittings or attachments.
VITALIS warranties only apply to devices purchased at
an authorized retailer serviced by an authorized
VITALIS VAPOR distributor.
