Thank you for choosing our Vitinni Health Kettle with Infuser. Please read this user
manual carefully and keep it for future reference. The manufacturer and importer do
not accept any liability if the information in these operation instructions is not
complied with. If you need any assistance, please contact our customer service
team on the details provided on the back page of this manual.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance is for indoor use only.
This appliance is for domestic use only and should not be used for commercial
purposes.
Check that the voltage on the rating plate corresponds with that of the local network
before connecting the appliance to the mains power supply.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge providing they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and
user maintenance shall not be undertaken by children unless they are older than 8
years and supervised.
This is not a toy - children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the
appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
If the appliance, power supply cord and plug are malfunctioning or they have been
dropped or damaged switch off the appliance and discontinue use immediately.
This appliance contains no user serviceable parts. Repairs should only be
undertaken by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similar qualified person.
If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
Keep the power supply cord away from sharp edges and parts of the appliance that
may become hot during use. Do not allow the power supply cord to overhang the
worktop.
Do not use this appliance with an extension lead or multiple socket adaptor.
Do not use this appliance near an open flame or in moist or damp conditions.
Allow sufficient space around the product for ventilation and heat dissipation. Place
on a flat, stable, heat resistant surface a minimum distance of 5 to 10 cm from walls
and other items.
Do not leave the appliance unattended whilst connected to the mains power supply.
Switch off the mains power supply and remove the plug by hand.

Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before assembling,
disassembling or performing cleaning or maintenance.
Do not immerse the product, power supply cord or plug in water. Care should be
taken to avoid spillage on the electrical components, power cord and plug. Do not
operate the appliance with wet hands.
Do not use any accessories or attachments with the appliance that have not been
supplied or recommended by the manufacturer.
Caution: Misuse of the appliance could cause injury – do not use the appliance for
anything other than its intended use
Caution: Hot surface. To avoid injury do not touch the hot or heated
surfaces of the product. The heated surfaces and heating element may contain
residual heat and still be hot after use. Allow the product to cool fully before moving
or handling.
Caution: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-
out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such
as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
Do not overfill the kettle past the maximum mark. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling
water may be ejected
To avoid electrical hazards, the kettle should only be used with the power base
provided
Boiling Water and Steam can be released from the kettle during use and can cause
serious injury, scalds and burns. Allow vigorous boiling to subside before removing
the kettle from the power base. Exercise caution when handling the kettle.
WARNING: Do not open the lid while the water is boiling.
WARNING: Spillage on the connector can cause an electrical hazard. If spillage
occurs disconnect the power and let the power base dry thoroughly before re-use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the product from the mains power supply and allow to cool fully before
performing any cleaning or maintenance.
Remove the lid from the kettle and detach the infuser by twisting it until it falls away
from the underside of the lid.
Wash the infuser in hot, soapy water then rinse and allow to dry naturally.

Wipe the main body of the kettle, the lid and the power base with a wrung out and
damp cloth.
Wipe the inside of the kettle a soft sponge and a small amount of mild detergent.
Rinse out with cool, clean water and leave to dry naturally.
Do not use strong detergent, sharp objects, harsh abrasives or scourers to clean the
product body and accessories as this could cause damage to the finish. Do not
immerse the main unit or power base in water. All parts are not dishwasher safe.
LIMESCALE REMOVAL
To maintain the performance and correct operation of your kettle it should be
descaled regularly. Mineral deposits from the water will form on the inside of the
kettle, especially in hard water areas.
To descale the kettle: use a commercially available descaling solution which is
suitable for use with kettles. Follow the instructions provided with the descaling
solution.
BOIL DRY SENSOR
If the kettle is accidentally turned on whilst empty or boils dry during use, the boil dry
sensor will turn the kettle off until it has cooled sufficiently to resume normal
operation.
Do not try to use the kettle during this time – disconnect the power and allow the
kettle to cool.
STORAGE
Before storing, ensure that the product is cool, clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry
place away from direct sunlight. Reassemble all of the parts and wrap the power cord
loosely around the body of the cooker. Never wrap the cord tightly to avoid causing
damage.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before use, remove all packaging materials. Check all accessories are present and
that the equipment is not damaged. The product should be cleaned according to
the instructions in the Cleaning and Maintenance section. The product should be
run through an operational cycle before it is used for the first time.
Discard the water boiled for the first 2-3 cycles.
When using the product for the first time a slight odour may be emitted. This is
normal and will soon subside.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Preparing the Kettle for use
1. Place the power base on a flat, stable and heat resistant surface.
2. Pull the lid handle upwards to remove the lid from the Kettle Body. Hold the
lid and twist the Infuser until it drops away from the lid.
3. Prepare any ingredients required and place them into the kettle body or the
infuser.

4. If the infuser is being used place it onto the underside of the lid. Hold the lid
and twist the infuser to lock it into place.
5. Fill the kettle with the desired level of water. The water level should be
between the minimum and maximum marks at all times.
6. Place the lid onto the kettle body and push down to secure. Then place the
Kettle onto the Power Base.
7. Plug in and switch on the kettle at the mains power supply. The kettle will
emit a beep and the temperature of the contents inside the kettle will be
displayed on the Display Screen.
Selecting the mode
8. To boil the kettle, press the ‘Boil’ text. The indicator light will flash for 5
seconds before becoming steady when the kettle begins to heat. The kettle
will heat to 100’C.
9. To make soup ensure all necessary ingredients have been placed into either
the infuser or main body. Press the ‘Health soup’ text to begin the cooking
process. The indicator light will flash for 5 seconds before becoming steady
when the kettle begins to heat. The kettle will heat to 90’C for 90 minutes.
10. To cook Coix seeds, ensure all necessary ingredients have been placed into
either the infuser or main body. Press the ‘Coix seed’ text to begin the
cooking process. The kettle will heat to 60’C at full power, then stop for 3
minutes. The kettle will continue to heat to 100’C. Total cooking time is 2
hours.
11. To cook noodles, ensure all necessary ingredients have been placed into
the main body. Press the ‘Noodle’ text to begin the cooking process. The
indicator light will flash for 5 seconds before becoming steady when the kettle
begins to heat. The kettle will heat to 100’C for 10 minutes.
12. To make scented tea, add the tea leaves or tea bags to the infuser. Press the
‘Scented tea’ text to begin infusing. The indicator light will flash for 5 seconds
before becoming steady when the kettle begins to heat. The kettle will heat to
100’C for 18 minutes.
13. To use the extract function ensure all necessary ingredients have been
added to the infuser. Press the ‘Extract’ text to begin infusing. The indicator
light will flash for 5 seconds before becoming steady when the kettle begins
to heat. The kettle will heat to 100’C for 10 minutes.

Selecting a Preset Timer
14. After a function has been selected a preset timer can be used to delay the
start of the function. When the function text has been pressed, press the
‘Preset’ text to cycle through the preset timers. The timer can be set in 30
minute increments in the range 30 minutes—8 hours. The indicator light will
flash for 5 seconds before becoming steady when the preset timer engages.

Manually using the Keep Warm function
15. To manually use the Keep Warm function press the ‘Temp set’ text to cycle
through the temperature settings. The temperature can be set in 5°c
increments in the range 45-95°c. The indicator light will flash for 5 seconds
before becoming steady when the kettle begins to heat. The display will
begin to cycle between the current water temperature and the time elapsed.
Using the Kettle
16. Once the selected mode has started the Power button can be used at any
time to stop the function in progress.
17. When the selected function has finished the Kettle will beep and then
automatically begin Keep Warm mode to keep the contents at 60°c for 2
hours.
NOTE: Noodle function will not automatically transfer to Keep Warm mode when
complete.
16. When the selected function has finished, allow any vigorous boiling to
subside first. Some thick liquids such as soup or Coix Seeds may require the
lid to be removed before they can be poured out. Carefully pour out the
contents and replace the kettle on the power base.
17. If the kettle is no-longer required, press the power button to cancel the keep
warm function and switch off the kettle at the mains.
18. To keep your kettle in optimum condition ensure the kettle is cleaned
immediately after anything other than plain water has been heated inside the
kettle.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter any problems with this health kettle, please check the following
before contacting customer services.
1. If the light is off and you can’t boil water, the circuit cord may not be
connected properly. Check the switch and power socket are in tact and the
socket is plugged in correctly.
2. If the large boiling water starts overflowed, the water may have exceeded the
maximum limit. Ensure the water level is between the minimum and
maximum capacity level as advised on the window of the main kettle body.
3. If the operation buttons are not functioning correctly, try turning the machine
off and on again.

WEEE INFORMATION
The symbol on this product or its packaging means that this product may
not be treated as household waste. It should be handed to an appropriate collection
point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. Contact your local
council or household waste disposal service for further information.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances or batteries as unsorted municipal waste,
use separate collection facilities.
Code Meaning
EU There is no connection between the kettle and power base.
This is usually displayed when the kettle is removed to pour out the
contents.
E2 Boil dry/overheat protection has activated or there is a short circuit
of the temperature sensor.

Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Products that develop a fault within this period are covered by our warranty and we
will replace defective parts, or where not available the whole product. The warranty
does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful
damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as
recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions, any alteration or repair carried
out without our approval or has been the subject of commercial use. Your statutory
rights remain unaffected, in particular any rights you have under the Consumer
Rights Act 2015.
If you have a problem with your product within this warranty period please contact
our customer services team.
In the event of changes to the specification of a product and we are not able to
replace parts, we will replace the whole product within the 2 year guarantee period
For products that fall outside of the 2 year guarantee, we will endeavor to provide
spare parts to purchase for as many of the replaceable parts as possible, but cannot
foresee specification changes or upgrades to products or parts outside of the initial 2
year period.
