A- Lower Floor Panel
PARTS DESCRIPTION:
Revised 01/28/10
Fasten Side Panels (C) to Front Panel (D).
Use 8- 2¼" Bolts and 8- Wing Nuts.
Make Sure Door Faces Outward on Left Side
and that the Hutch Slants to the Back.

All wire must face into the cage

Assembly Instructions (Item #01509)
Install
Pan Rails to
the Side Panels
(C)
using 12- 2¼" Bolts
(6 on each side).
Divider
Ramp
B- Upper Floor Panel 1 - Washer

1" Bolt 1" Bolt
STEP 3
Set Roof on top of Hutch.
Align Hinges and attach 4- 1" Bolts.
Install “Stop Chain” as shown below
using 1- 1" Bolt.
Slide Pan into Hutch as
shown. Slide Lower
Floor into bottom of
Hutch, wire side up.
Slide Upper Floor as
shown with wire side up.
Attach Ramp with
1- 1" Bolt and 1- Washer.
UPPER FLOOR
Assembly is now complete!

Tip: This item
(as any wood)
should be peri-
odically (every
12 to 18 months
depending on
climate) treated
with a non-toxic
exterior grade
stain.

Align Side Holes and
fasten Back Panel (E)
to Side Panels using
8- 2¼" Bolts and
8- Wing Nuts. Insert
Divider using the grooves
in the front and back of
Hutch.
