Assembling
1. Install the shower channel on the floor in the selected
location and fix it by attaching the feet to the floor. To do
this, use the supplied mount.
2. Connect all the components of the shower channel.
You can reduce the overturning coupling to the
appropriate d size by cross-cutting. It is important that
all rubber parts of the drain should be lubricated.
3. Use the feet to adjust the height of the shower channel
to the proper level.
4. Connect the sewer pipe to the exit of the shower
channel making the slope of not less than 2 degrees
from the channel.
5. Make the floor screed. The slope of the floor is not
less than 2 degrees to the shower channel. Keep the
waterproofing flange clean.
6. Apply the first coat of waterproofing
surface sealant to the level of the drain grate. The
optimal time for the first coat drying is 12 hours.
7. Cover the edges of the grate to the inner perimeter with
waterproofing tape. Drying time - 2-3 hours.
8. Apply the second coat of waterproofing sealant. The
optimal time for drying is 48 hours.
9. Aer the sealant dries, apply the adhesive layer under
the tile.
10. Complete the floor laying process with selected
material: tile, water-resistant laminate or other
material.
11. Complete the installation of the shower channel:
install a net for catching small debris and a drain grate.
