Step 6:
• With the help of another person, place the rack on it’s back on a protected flat surface.
• Attach the reinforcement bracket to the side panel by using a ⁄”-20x20mm joint connector bolt going through pre-drilled hole in the bracket and the
side panel and making sure bolt is pushed as far as it can go. While holding the joint connector bolt flush to the side panel, take a ⁄”-20 joint connector
nut and attach it to the end of the bolt turing it clockwise until it’s completely on. Use a 4mm Allen wrench or 4mm hex bit and a screw gun to tighten as
needed. Repeat for the second bolt and nut.
• Repeat with the remaining (3) reinforcement brackets.
Step 7:
• Attach the 3” wheel caster by threading the stem of the locking caster into the reinforcement bracket making sure it’s threaded all the way.
• Repeat for the remaining locking casters.
• NOTE: Casters are NOT to be used as a leveling device.
• With the help of another person, place the rack in its’ upright position.
