THE (MICRO SD) MEMORY CARD
Memory card selection:
Choose a C10 Micro SD card (Class 10: minimum write speed of 10MB/s)
from a reputable brand and use it on the Camera after formatting. It cannot
be guaranteed that an ordinary dirt cheap unbranded card will work
properly.
Inserting the memory card:
Insert the memory card in the designated slot (shown as number 6 in the
"CAMERA PARTS" chapter). The electrical chip context should face the
Camera while inserting. The memory card should slide in freely with little
resistance. Continue pressing the card inward until you hear a click. The
memory card is now locked in place and ready for use.
Removing the memory card:
Before removing the memory card, turn the Camera off. Press and release
the memory card to eject it part way (to prevent the card from falling from
the slot, press the center of the card and release it slowly, without
removing your finger from the card). The memory card can then be
removed by hand.

CHARGING THE BATTERY
WARNINGS:
- The action Camera has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery.
Charge the battery of the Camera fully before you use it for the first
time or after a long period of disuse.
- Always follow the safety instruction as described in the chapter
“SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - Battery Safety”.
Ensure that the device is switched off. If required, you can charge while
recording (see next page).
Attach the supplied USB cable to the charging port of the Camera
(shown as number 7 in the "CAMERA PARTS" chapter) and plug the
other end of the charging cable into a 5V/1A USB adapter (not included).
We recommend using a USB adapter, however, using the USB interface
of a computer/laptop or a powerbank is also possible.
- To shorten the charging time, the 5V/1A USB adapter is the best
choice.
- Some USB outlets might have insufficient output current, which will
slow down the charging speed or even hinder the charging.
When charging starts, the red light will flash.
Keep charging until the red light becomes permanent.
The Camera may be hot during operation and charging. This is normal.
Unplug the USB cable when the charging is finished.
The charging time from an empty battery to a full battery is 2 to 3 hours.

- 14 -
NOTES:
- When the battery is insufficient, the red and blue light will flash
for 5 seconds. The recorder will go off and enters the protection
mode to ensure that the files have been saved. At this time, you
need to charge the device.
- Without any TF card in the slot or if the TF card memory is full,
the red and blue lights flash for 5-10 seconds and then there is
an automatic shut-off at the same time.
- If the Camera is not used after activating it, it will wait 60
seconds before automatic shutdown.
■Recording While Charging
The Camera can record while charging. Connect to a 5V USB power
supply. The red/blue light gives 3 flashes and the Camera enters the
720P shooting mode. You can also adjust manually to another mode.

- 15 -
USE OF THE CAMERA
WARNING:
While using the Camera, strictly abide by the applicable laws of the
country. Do not use this product for any illegal purposes; otherwise,
you will be responsible for the consequences.
■Turning On/Off
Press the ON/OFF button (shown as number 1 in the "CAMERA PARTS"
chapter) until the blue indicator turns on. The HD 720p standby mode is
turned on.
When the device is taking video, or photo or is in standby mode, long-
press the ON/OFF button for 6 seconds to turn off the Camera. The
indicator light will turn off.
The Camera will automatically turn off completely after entering the
standby mode for 1 minute without any operation. This has been
designed to save battery power.

- 16 -
■Video & Photo Shooting
720P Mode
Press the ON/OFF button and hold it until the blue light appears. This is
the HD 720P mode.
When the blue light is turned on, press the ON/OFF button once to
capture HD 720P Video. The indicator will flash 3 times and the
recording will start (The indicator LED will turn off while recording).
To end the recording, press the ON/OFF button once. The blue light will
be back again (standby 720P mode) and the video clip will be saved to
the micro SD card.
1080P Mode
To switch from mode 720P to mode 1080P, click the MODE button once
(shown as number 2 in the "CAMERA PARTS" chapter). The LED will turn
to a red-blue color (Standby 1080P mode).
Now, press the ON/OFF button once to capture HD 1080P Video. The

The red-blue light will change to red (standby photo mode).
When the indicator is red, press the ON/OFF button once to capture
photos of 12 MP (12 million pixels). They will be saved on the memory
card. A 12-megapixel image is 4032 pixels wide and 3024 pixels tall.

This is illustrated in the following diagram:

■Reading Files to a Computer
Remove the micro SD card from the Camera and use the provided SD
card reader to connect with the PC.
In the on, standby, or off mode, the device can be directly connected via
the USB cable and used as a U disk, supporting file copy, paste, delete,
U disk format, and recharging the device as well. However, recording
while charging is not supported when a USB cable is connected to the
computer.
After being connected to the computer, if the device is not
recognized or the icon of the removable disk fails to appear in
30 seconds, then you need to press the RESET button. Wait for
10 seconds to pull the memory card out and re-insert it.
It is recommended that you use the card reader to read the
video files directly. Playing video files over the USB cable
connection may not be smooth due to the excessively large
amount of data.
