ALL FOUNDATIONS ARE 600 X 300 X 400 DEEP
FITTING ROPE LADDER TO DECK & POSTS
Using M6/M8 X 100 Screws, attach the L shaped deck support to the machine round posts. Then with the posts resting in the foundation holes, secure the
rope ladder assembly to the deck using the supplied M10 x 150 Coach Screw. The Coach Screw should pass through the deck and into the upright post so
care should be taken to avoid the Coach Bolt holding the deck to the upright post.
Secure the tower D-Handles to the upright posts using the supplied M8 x 100 Washer Head Screws. Note: Ensure the D-Handles sit on the insides of the
post creating a max distance between the two of 500mm.
When the unit has been secured in place with the foundation concrete set, attach the ropes using the supplied M10 Nyloc, Washer & Donut.

FITTING STAIRS TO DECK & POSTS
Excavate the foundation holes with 850mm hole centres. Ensure the top stair tread is level with the top of the deck and secure to the deck using the
supplied screws, fixing the 50 x 50 timber under the tread to the deck front. Once secured to the deck use the supplied M8 x 100mm washer head screws to
secure the stairs to the upright posts.
Secure the stair handrail to the upright posts using the supplied M8 x 100mm washer head screws. Follow the illustration below to achieve the correct height.

FITTING INFILL PANEL TO POSTS
With the posts and desk installed at the correct positions, place the Infill Panel so the 50 x 38 timber support section fits
between the two upright posts, whilst the infill rests on the front of the upright posts. Using the supplied screws attach the
Infill Panel to the posts. NOTE: he bottom of the infill should be a maximum of 89mm from the deck or a minimum of
30mm (as illustrated below)

FITTING INCLINED RAMP TO DECK & POSTS
Attach the ground lug to the Inclined Ramp assembly using the supplied M10 x 50 Coach Screw, Washer & Donut. Excavate the foundation
holes for the ground lug and concrete (the inclined ramp should rest of the surface level). Secure the higher end of the inclined ramp to the
deck using the supplied screws from the rear side of the deck through into the 50 x 50 timber on the Inclined Ramp.
Rest the infill panel on the deck and secure to the upright posts using the supplied M10 x 150 Coach Screw, Washer & Donut.
Finally secure one end of the rope to the Infill Panel and the other to the middle lower part of the Inclined Ramp using the supplied Washer,
Nyloc Nut & Donut. NOTE: he lower hole may need to be drilled prior to inserting the eyebolt

FITTING POLY SLIDE TO DECK & POSTS
Place the Slide Infill Panel centrally on the deck securing using the supplied M10 x 150 Coach Screw, Washer & Donut. With the Infill attached, excavate the
foundation hole ready for the ground anchor. Secure the ground anchor to the Slide and secure the slide to the Infill Panel using the M10 x 100 Hex Head
bolt, Washer & Donut. Also a slide bracket has been provided which is attached to the underside of the slide and to the deck using M10 x 50 Coach Screw,
Washer & Donut.

he upright posts and the deck are supplied with pre-drilled holes to accommodate the eyebolts on the Suspension Bridge. As illustrated, put the
eyebolt through the pre-drilled hole and securing in place using the supplied M12 Nyloc with Washer making sure rope is tight.
NOTE: Ensure all finishing caps are added and any sharp edges sanded.

The deck has 4 pre-drilled holes, feed the eyebolts through the holes and secure using the supplied M12 Nyloc with Washer. Attach the other end to the
ground anchor. NOTE: Tension the rope by removing chain links and re-attach to the ground anchor

post creating a max distance between the two of 500mm.

Place the tower roof so that all of the upright posts are touching the underside of the tower roof. One of the posts has an angled top which
also has a smaller cut off section matching the same angle. he longer timber post rests on the underside of the roof, whilst the smaller
replicates a chimney and is screwed in place on top of the roof. Secure the roof in place using the supplied Coach Screw, Washer & Donuts.
