Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury by means of fire or
electric shock we urge that our clients take some basic safety precautions when using this
device. Please read the operation instructions carefully and make sure you have understood its
content.
Always use a grounded power connection with the appropriate mains voltage. You can
nd the corresponding mains voltage on the type plate. If you have any doubts about the
connection being grounded, have it checked by a qualied professional. Never use a
faulty electric cable.

environment or when you are wet yourself and protect it from direct sunlight. Install this
device in a safe location so that nobody can step on the cable, fall over or damage it.

The electric part of the device contains no parts that can be inspected or serviced by the user. Leave
the maintenance, adjustment and repair to qualified technical personnel. In case of unauthorised
intervention the 2-year warranty is no longer valid! Keep these operation instructions safe.

BEFORE YOU ET STARTED
Before you start the electric cooker, please carefully read the instruction manual be-
low. Just then we are able to guarantee trouble free usage of the unit. Wrong use
and careless handling may cause the unit to malfunction and might lead to injuries. In
this case the manufacturer will not take responsibility concerning the warranty or any
injuries as result of misuse or not reading the instructions.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The unit is only for use at home and not suited for use in restaurants and for in-
dustrial use.
Only use the cooking plates in enclosed spaces.

Only use the cooking plate on firm and horizontal surfaces. Please avoid using it

When this equipment is passed to a third party, then instruction manual must be

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above. Persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge may only use the devise if they have been given supervision or in-
struction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the possi-
ble hazards involved.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is oper-
ating.
The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote-control system.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its ser-
vice agent in order to avoid a hazard.
The symbol “ ” means that surfaces are liable to get hot during use

HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT
The cooker should be connected to 220-240V or a main circuit (like shown on the
product) that conforms with the official regulations.
The cooking plates have been equipped with a 6-step switch. The numbers and inter-
mittent points on the rotary controls show the specific way to operate it:
OFF = Cooking plate is switched off.
1 = For simmering delicate foods and thickening sauces etc.
2 = Slow cooking
3 = For simmering large quantities.
4 = Shallow frying of meat and pan dishes
5 = To bring all dishes to rapid heat
ote: The LED light will go off when the hot plate reaches the selected temperature
and will heat on and off in cycles to maintain the temperature. These indications are
only approximate. The individual steps on the switch may vary for different pots and
pans, and also because of the actual meals you cook.

BEFORE YOU USE IT FOR THE FIRST TIME
Only use suitable pots and pans
Pots and pans should have flat bottoms in order to transfer heat steadily and to ob-
tain the exact specifications indicated for the temperature controls. The dimension of
the pan and the plate should be identical.
This is the right pan. It has a flat bottom and absorbs the
heat of the cooking plate very well.
This pan is too small and does not cover the edges, result-
ing in heat loss.
This pan is not suitable. This transfer of heat between the
cooking plate and the pan is poor.
HOW TO OPERATE IT
The cover on the pot or pan should fit tightly so that no steam can escape. The cook-
ing plate is equipped with a thermostat, which prevents overheating. You should nev-
ertheless always switch off the unit in after using it.
Switch the unit off or to a lower level in good time in order to save energy. The cook-
ing plate still will emit intensive heat for a few minutes, which you may use to com-
plete the cooking process. But the cooking time shall be less than 1 hour.

Disposal regulations
EU guidelines regarding the disposal of scrap electric appliances (WEEE, 2012/19/EU) were
implemented in the law related to electrical and electronic equipment and appliances.
All WilTec electric devices that fall under the WEEE regulations are labelled with the crossed-out
wheeled waste bin logo. This logo indicates that this electric equipment must not be disposed with the
domestic waste.
The company WilTec Technik GmbH has been registrated in the German registry EAR under the
WEEE-registration number DE45283704.
Disposal of used electrical and electronic appliances
(intended for use in the countries of the European
Union and other European countries with a separate
collection system for these appliances).
The logo on the article or on its packaging points out
that this article must not be treated as normal
household waste but must be disposed to a recycling
collection point for electronic and electrical waste
equipment. By contributing to the correct disposal of
this article you protect the environment and the health
of your fellow men. Environment and health are
threatened by inappropriate disposal.
Materials’ recycling helps reduce the consumption of raw materials.
