With the wireless speaker, ambient light integrated into one, WOW!dea M5 can satisfy user
needs in multiple settings and comes with scalable intelligent components. The user may use the
functions of these modules separately or in combination as he/she desires: The acoustic module
delivers superb stereophonic sound when its two wireless speakers are used separately, and the
speakers may also be paired to produce better still sound effects; the touch-controlled
1.6-million-color ambient light module can guarantee the uniformity of lighting effects;

- OPERATION GUIDE -
Assembling
Take out all of the components and accessories from the package carefully, connect the
components according to the order of ① Multi-functional base to Wireless Speaker to Ambient
Light, or ② Multi-functional Base to Ambient light, make sure that all the parts are tightly
connected by magnetic attraction and snap structure, As shown below.
Connect the power adapter to the mains and the jack of Multi-Functional Base.

NOTE: The component Wireless Speaker can be working without connecting to any other
components when the battery is charged.
The component Ambient light can only be working when it was connected to the other
components as the way shown above (① or ②).

Wireless Speaker
Wireless Speaker component, which comprises two ring-shaped high quality speakers and two
bass-compensation diaphragms, delivers superb stereophonic sound, and the two speakers may
each be used separately or may be paired together to produce better still sound effects.
The acoustic module delivers superb stereophonic sound when its two wireless speakers are used
separately, and the speakers may also be paired to produce better still sound effects.
1、 On/Off
Press button and keep for 3 secs to turn on/off the speaker.
2、 Pairing to a wireless player
Turn on the speaker, symbol will be flashing in white, turn on the Bluetooth function of
your player, search and select “M5 by wowidea” in the list, symbol will be constant light in
white when paired successfully.
3、 Control
Touch the symbol to play or stop.
Touch the symbols to play previous or next.
Touch and hold on the symbols to make volume up or down.
4、 Hands-free calls
When there is a call in,
touch the symbol to answer the call,
touch and hold on the symbol to reject,
touch the symbol to hang up the call.
5、 Dual wireless stereo pairing
You can make a dual wireless stereo pairing for better sound effect when you got two M5.
Turn on your wireless speakers, touch and hold on the symbol for 3 secs on any one, you
will hear a sound and the symbol goes into fast flashing in white, it will be set to the host
and left channel of the stereo, the other one will be automatically connected and be set to
slave, right channel. While, the symbol of the host one goes into slow flashing in white,

constant light in white for the slave one.
Now, the dual wireless stereo is paired successfully, connect to your Bluetooth player to
enjoy the awesome sound effect!
Touch and hold on the symbol for 3 secs on any one when dual wireless stereo was
paired to break.
6、 Charging
When the symbol goes into slow flashing in red ， you have to connect the wireless
speaker to the Multi-functional Base to charge, otherwise the speaker will be turned off
automatically, the symbol will be constant light in red in charging until battery was full,
the symbol will goes out when it was fully charged.
7、 Sleep mode
The wireless speaker will automatically enter the sleep state after 15 minutes when it is not
connected to any devices, press and hold on the button to reactive.
The wireless speaker will maximize the performance and get the best sound when it was
connected to the multi-functional base. It will automatically adjust the volume level for
best sound quality and playback time when using battery.
Ambient Light
The touch-controlled ambient light module adopts RGB LEDs, provides 16 million combinations
of colors, achieved through extensive research on relations between the ambiance, the user, and
the product in settings, offers extraordinary user experience.
Turn on: Touch any position of the top edge.
Turn off: Touch and hold any position of the top edge for 3 secs.
Switching color: double-touch any position of the top edge, the order is warm white, cool
white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.
Brightness adjustment: sliding the top edge, clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to
decrease.
NOTE: The wireless speaker cannot be used to power the ambient light with battery, the

ambient light works only when it was connected to the multi-functional base directly or to
the wireless speaker which is assembled with the multi-functional base.
- CAUTIONS -

1. Please use DC 12V 3A adapters to Charge.
2. Do not store the device in hot areas. high temperatures can shorten the life of electronic
devices, damage batteries, and warp or melt certain plastics.
3. Do not store the device in cold areas. when the device returns to its normal temperature,
moisture can form inside the device and damage electronic circuit boards.
4. Do not attempt to open the device other than as instructed in this guide.
5. Do not drop, knock, or shake the device. rough handling can break internal circuit
boards and fine mechanics.
6. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the device.
7. Do not paint the device. paint can clog the moving parts and prevent proper operation.
8. Use a soft, clean, dry cloth to clean.
9. Use only the supplied or an approved replacement antenna. unauthorized antennas,
modifications, or attachments could damage the device and may violate regulations
governing radio devices.
10. Use chargers indoors.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could
void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
