A/C SYSTEM FLUSHING KIT
Attention: before flushing, recover the refrigerant of the a/c system using a suitable R&R
machine, then run at least 20 minutes vacuum.

ASSEMBLY OF THE FLUSHING KIT
Consider 4 assembly configurations, It can be used with R&R machines with automatic valves
or manual valves and for both gases R134a or R1234yf
1- R134A MANUAL VALVES
Refer to Fig.2, operate as follow:
1) Disconnect the quick coupling from the blue hoses (LP) of the R&R machine
2) Connect the blue hose (LP) to the Black hose 150mm (g), to the check valve (c)
with orientation as showed in the figure and to the black hose 150mm (e).
3) Connect the other terminal of the Black hose 150mm (e) to the outlet (a3) of the 6,5l
accumulator (a)
4) Connect the Black hose 2,5m (d) to the inlet (a2) of the 6,5l accumulator (a)
5) Connect the other terminal of the Black hose 2,5m (d) to the Clip connection (b)
6) Disconnect the quick coupling from the red hoses (HP) of the R&R machine
7) Connect the red hose (HP) to the Black hose 150mm (g), to the check valve (c)with
orientation as showed in the figure and to the black hose 150mm (e).
8) Connect the other terminal of the black hose 150mm (e) to the Clip connection (b)

2- R1234YF MANUAL VALVES
Refer to Fig.2, operate as follow:
1) Disconnect the quick coupling from the blue hoses (LP) of the R&R machine
2) Connect the blue hose (LP) to the yellow hose 150mm (f), to the check valve (c)
with orientation as showed in the figure and to the black hose 150mm (e).
3) Connect the other terminal of the Black hose 150mm (e) to the outlet (a3) of the 6,5l
accumulator (a)
4) Connect the Black hose 2,5m (d) to the inlet (a2) of the 6,5l accumulator (a)
5) Connect the other terminal of the Black hose 2,5m (d) to the Clip connection (b)
6) Disconnect the quick coupling from the red hoses (HP) of the R&R machine
7) Connect the red hose (HP) to the yellow hose 150mm (f), to the check valve (c) with
orientation as showed in the figure and to the black hose 150mm (e).
8) Connect the other terminal of the black hose 150mm (e) to the Clip connection (b).
3- R134A AUTOMATIC VALVES
Refer to Fig.3,operate as follow:
1) Disconnect the quick coupling from the blue hoses (LP) of the R&R machine
2) Connect the blue hose (LP) to the Black hose 150mm (g);
3) Connect the other terminal of the Black hose 150mm (g) to the outlet (a3) of the 6,5l
accumulator (a);
4) Connect the Black hose 2,5m (d) to the inlet (a2) of the 6,5l accumulator (a);
5) Connect the other terminal of the Black hose 2,5m (d) to the Clip connection (b);
6) Disconnect the quick coupling from the red hoses (HP) of the R&R machine
7) Connect the red hose (HP) to the Black hose 150mm (g);
8) Connect the other terminal of the Black hose 150mm (g) to the Clip connection (b).
4- R1234YF AUTOMATIC VALVES
Refer to Fig.3, operate as follow:
1) Disconnect the quick coupling from the blue hoses (LP) of the R&R machine
2) Connect the blue hose (LP) to the yellow hose 150mm (f);
3) Connect the other terminal of the yellow hose 150mm (f) to the outlet (a3) of the 6,5l
accumulator (a)
4) Connect the Black hose 2,5m (d) to the inlet (a2) of the 6,5l accumulator (a)
5) Connect the other terminal of the Black hose 2,5m (d) to the Clip connection (b)
6) Disconnect the quick coupling from the red hoses (HP) of the R&R machine
7) Connect the red hose (HP) to the yellow hose 150mm (f);
8) Connect the other terminal of the yellow hose 150mm (f) to the Clip connection (b).

CONNECTION TO THE SYSTEM
Refer to Fig.4.
1) Use the correct seat of the rotating disk for the section of the component to be
connected to the rubber cone.
2) Connect the rubber cone of the clip from the red hose (HP) to the inlet of the
component to be flushed, and the clip from the blu hose (LP) to the outlet of the
component to be flushed.
NOTE: could be used also a adapter fitting (ref.C, fig.1) if supplied by the vehicle
manufacturer (Refer to Fig.5)
ENABLING THE FLUSHING KIT
If flushing kit must be enabled (not always, depending on machine model), select OPTIONS
(under CONFIGURATION or SETUP), then enter the code 43210791.
Select A/C SYSTEM FLUSHING, then enter the requested ACTIVATION CODE (retrieved with
the option kit). If the enabler code is not available, call the Service Center.
USING THE FLUSHING KIT
When flushing a system we recommend disassembling the filter and the expansion valve, in
the case of a traditional system, or only the capillary valve in the case of a flooded system. Use
the inlet to the evaporator as washing inlet and the outlet of the condenser as flushing outlet.

In order to flush the A/C system (or one component) using any station recovery-recycling and
operate as follows:
1) Do 10 minutes of vacuum inside the system (or component)
2) Make a filling of 2 to 3 kg of refrigerant
3) Recover the filled refrigerant
4) Drain the oil (separated during recovery)
perform steps 2, 3 and 4 for three times, after which check the oil discharged from the last
cycle, if greater than 10cc make a further round of filling - recycling - waste oil (as in
paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 ).
After the washing operation, disconnect everything and unplug the machine from the power
supply.
NOTE: Every three or four washes remove the cylinder Y filter cap of the receiver, remove the
filter inside and clean it with compressed air.

Switch the machine on. The MAIN MENU will appear after a few seconds:
Select ASSISTED PROCEDURE.
Scroll with the down arrow (↓) and select A/C SYSTEM FLUSHING.
You may type in the vehicle license plate number and confirm with ENTER.
select the desired amount of refrigerant, then press ENTER
Press ENTER.
Empty the used oil container, the press START.
At this point, the machine will proceed automatically. When flushing is completed, disconnect
all the couplings and disconnect the machine from the power supply.

Attention : avant de rincer, récupérer le réfrigérant du système a/c en utilisant une machine
R&R appropriée, puis faites fonctionner au moins 20 minutes sous vide.

MONTAGE DU KIT DE RINÇAGE
Considérez 4 configurations de montage, il peut être utilisé avec des machines R&R avec des
vannes automatiques ou manuelles et pour les deux gaz R134a ou R1234yf
1- VANNES MANUELLES R134A
Vous reportant à la figure 2, opérer comme suit :
1) Débrancher le raccord rapide des tuyaux bleus (LP) de la machine R&R
2) Connecter le tuyau bleu (LP) au tuyau noir 150mm (g), au clapet anti-retour (c) avec
l’orientation montrée dans la figure et au tuyau noir 150mm (e).
3) Brancher l'autre borne du tuyau noir 150mm (e) à la sortie (a3) de l'accumulateur
6,5 l (a)
4) Connecter le tuyau noir 2,5 m (d) à l'entrée (a2) de l’accumulateur 6,5 l (a)
5) Connecter l'autre borne du tuyau noir 2,5 m (d) à la connexion Clip (b)
6) Débrancher le raccord rapide des tuyaux rouges (HP) de la machine R&R
7) Connecter le tuyau rouge (HP) au tuyau noir 150 mm (g), au clapet anti-retour (c)

4) Connecter le tuyau noir 2,5 m (d) à l'entrée (a2) de l’accumulateur 6,5 l (a) ;
5) Connecter l'autre borne du tuyau noir 2,5 m (d) à la connexion Clip (b)

3) Brancher l'autre borne du tuyau jaune 150 mm (f) à la sortie (a3) de l'accumulateur

4) Connecter le tuyau noir 2,5 m (d) à l'entrée (a2) de l’accumulateur 6,5 l (a)
5) Connecter l'autre borne du tuyau noir 2,5 m (d) à la connexion Clip (b)

CONNEXION AU SYSTÈME
Reportez-vous à la Fig. 4.
1) Utiliser le correct siège du disque en rotation pour raccorder la section du
composant au cône de caoutchouc.
2) Raccorder le cône en caoutchouc du clip du tuyau rouge (HP) à l'entrée du
composant à rincer, et le clip du tuyau bleu (LP) à la sortie de l'élément à rincer.
REMARQUE : pourrait être utilisé également un raccord adaptateur (réf. C, fig.1) si fourni
par le constructeur du véhicule (Reportez-vous à la figure 5)
ACTIVER LE KIT DE RINÇAGE
Si le kit de rinçage doit être activé (pas toujours, selon le modèle de la machine), sélectionner
OPTIONS (sous CONFIGURATION ou SETUP), puis entrer le code 43210791.
Sélectionner RINÇAGE DU SYSTÈME A/C, puis entrer le CODE D'ACTIVATION demandé
(récupéré avec le kit en option). Si le code d'activation n'est pas disponible, appeler le Centre
de Service.
UTILISER LE KIT DE RINÇAGE
Lors du rinçage d'un système, nous recommandons de démonter le filtre et la vanne
d'expansion, dans le cas d'un système traditionnel, ou seulement le tube capillaire dans le cas
d'un système submergé. Utiliser l'entrée de l'évaporateur comme entrée de lavage et la sortie
du condenseur comme sortie de rinçage.
1 - MANUEL
Pour rincer le système A/C (ou un composant) en utilisant une station de récupération-
recyclage et procéder comme suit :
1) Faire le vide pendant 10 minutes à l'intérieur du système (ou composant)
2) Remplir avec 2 à 3 kg de fluide frigorigène
3) Récupérer le fluide frigorigène rempli
4) Vidanger l'huile (séparée lors de la récupération)
effectuer les étapes 2, 3 et 4 trois fois, après quoi vérifier l'huile déchargée du dernier cycle, si
supérieure à 10cc faire un nouveau cycle de remplissage - recyclage - huiles usagées (comme
dans les paragraphes 2, 3 et 4).
Après l'opération de lavage, débrancher tout et débrancher l'appareil de l'alimentation
électrique.
REMARQUE: Tous les trois ou quatre lavages enlever le bouchon du filtre du cylindre Y du
récepteur, retirer le filtre à l'intérieur et le nettoyer à l'air comprimé.

2 – AUTOMATIQUE (machine avec écran alphanumérique)
Allumer la machine. Le MENU PRINCIPAL s'affiche au bout de quelques secondes :
Sélectionner PROCÉDURE ASSISTÉE.
Faire défiler avec la flèche vers le bas (↓) et sélectionner RINÇAGE DU SYSTÈME A/C.
Vous pouvez saisir le numéro de la plaque d'immatriculation du véhicule et confirmer avec
ENTRER.
sélectionner la quantité désirée de fluide frigorigène, puis appuyer sur ENTRER
Appuyer sur ENTRER.
Vider le réservoir d'huile usée, puis appuyer sur START.
À ce moment-là, la machine va procéder automatiquement. Lorsque le rinçage est terminé,
débrancher tous les raccords et débrancher la machine de l'alimentation électrique.

Dans PROCÉDURE ASSISTÉE, faire défiler avec la FLÈCHE VES LE BAS , sélectionner
« Rinçage du système A/C » :
