Crochet Hook Kit Sets Assembly Instructions
Required Accessories
• 7mm, Pen Mandrel
• 9.5mm Drill Bit RZ-DB3/8
• Barrel Trimmer
• 2 pcs B shings Set RZ-PK285#-BU
• Gl e (Thick CA or Epoxy)
Preparing the Blank
• Prepare and c t a blank of 3/4” or larger, to the length of the brass t be (add
1/16” for trimming)
• Drill a 9.5mm hole thro gh the center of the blank.
• Spread gl e over the t be, insert into blank with a twisting motion to spread
the gl e evenly inside.
• Center the t be inside the blank.
• When gl e is dry. Trim the ends of the blank fl sh to the t be.
Turning the Blank
• Place the b shings and blank on the mandrel according to Diagram B.
• Thread on the kn rled n t and hand tighten to hold all items in place.
• Slide the tailstock to the mandrel shaft, (do not overtighten, it co ld damage
the mandrel) lock in place.
• T rn the handle ends down, fl sh with the b shings sing the lathe tools,
grad ally increasing the grades of sand paper.
• Finish the wood with friction polishing. .

Assembly
• NOTE: Line p the components according to DIAGRAM A.
• Press the cap and clip assembly to one end of the t be.
• Screw the crochet hook into the crochet hook holder. There are 8 different
sizes hooks for yo r choice.
• Slide the crochet hook holder in and o t with both ends to ass re a sec re
fit.
• When not in se, reverse the hook assembly to safely store the hook(s).
