Preparing Your Computer
Connect the power cord to the AC adapter then to a grounded 100-240VAC outlet.
Connect the AC adapter’s DC output plug to the DC IN jack on the back of the system.

Press the power button to turn on your laptop computer.
Attempting to force the lid open beyond 180 degrees will cause damage to
the hinges and/or the display.

Understanding the Keyboard
To activate these functions, press the hotkey associated with the desired function as
indicated below:

Key (FN) while simultaneously pressing the desired hotkey/shortcut.

Using the Touchpad/Clickpad

PRT SC: Press this key combination (FN + PRT SC) to send the current screen
image to the printer.

NUM LK: Press this key combination (FN + NUM LK) to toggle enable/disable
for the number lock.
Press NUM LK to enable the Embedded Keypad.
The touchpad / clickpad is a rectangular electronic panel located just below your
keyboard. Clicking twice within the 15mm x 15mm corner in the top left will enable or
disable (lighted indicator) touchpad functionality. You can slide your finger on the
static-sensitive panel of the touchpad / clickpad to move the cursor.
Press the left and right bottom corners located on the bottom edge of the touchpad /
clickpad to make selections and run functions. These two buttons are similar to the left
and right buttons on a mouse. Tapping on the touchpad / clickpad produces similar
results.

Customize Your Laptop Configuration
Intel® NUC Software Studio is an application for customizing
the laptop functionality.To launch, click the Intel® NUC
Software Studio icon that is on the desktop or in the tray.
Allows you to enable/disable the following system settings using the toggle button:
System Configuration
Number Pad
Enable or Disable number lock functionality
Windows Key
Enable or Disable windows key functionality. (Gaming mode)
Function Key Lock
Enable or Disable Fn lock.
Trackpad Pad Toggle
Enable or Disable upper left corner button on touch pad that enables/disables the touch
pad functionality. (Gaming Mode)
On-Screen Display
Enable or Disable on-screen display for function keys, performance modes, & other features.
Battery Charge Lim it:
Allows you to customize the battery charge limit to any value between 50-100% using
the control arrow. Selecting a lower charge limit can improve the system battery health.
Optimal value is 60%.
This feature allows the user to switch between Display Profiles with varying
Brightness, Contrast and Color. There are 5 pre-setting can be selected:
Standard (default), Gaming, Video, Reading, & Custom.
Each profiles are also can be customized by applying different Brightness,
Contrast, Colors (Red, Green, Blue), and Color Temperature values as supported.
Display Settings
User can switch between different colors and modes on the Light Bar LEDs.
Color value between 0-100% PWM for Red, Blue and Green using the sliders.
There are 2 pre-setting can be selected: Rainbow Mode, Breathing Mode
Light Bar
System Monitor displays the real time indication of the hardware’s system settings.
The System Monitor’s data includes:
CPU, Memory, iGPU, dGPU, Network speed, Storage, Battery health indicator,
system information, Fan speed, Battery remaining percentage.
System Monitor
User can switch between different Keyboard Profiles to customize effects,
colors, brightness, and speed. There are 12 pre-setting can be selected: Monocol-
or (default), Gaming, Breathing, Raindrop, Marquee , Music, Wave, Reacive,
Ripple, Spark, & Aurora.

Aurora is a utility that unifies RGB lighting devices across different brands and enables them to
work alongside each other, all while adding and improving RGB lighting support for various
games that previous had none or little RGB lighting support.”

Custom Profile feature is also available to enable the keyboard as an interactive control to select
individual or groups of keys to set different colors.
Performance Tuning supports the profiles (Performance, Balanced,
Battery Saver) with default mapping of Power and Fan Modes. On
startup, Balanced profile is applied by default.

Turning ON Benchmark mode will enable maximum performance
mode with high fan RPMs.
Passive Cooling Mode
Turning ON Passive cooling mode will minimize fan transitions by
limiting time off. Passive Cooling Mode is on by default.

Remove Back Cover
To remove the back cover, remove the 10 screws securing the cover to the
chassis.
Do not remove or replace the back cover with the power on.
Always power off and unplug the power cord from the system before
removing or replacing the back cover.

Install Back Cover
In the aim to provide the best Policy for our Customers, XPG grants 1 year Warranty for Your
Xenia 15 Laptop.
If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, XPG will, at its own
discretion, repair or replace the defective parts within the product, or the product itself, with
functionally equivalent components as originally supplied.
To start the warranty period validity, users must register their product online at our website
xpg.com/us/member/login. When a repair request is made after the product has been registered,
users will have to provide a proof of purchase in the form of an invoice, stamped warranty card or
delivery receipt to show the purchase date, which will be the start date of the warranty. If there is
no proof of purchase provided or the product has not been registered, then the product’s date of
manufacturing will become the effective start date for the warranty period. This date is calculated
based on the XPG Serial Number printed on the back cover of the product.
Note: Warranty periods and warranty terms may vary depending on different distributing territories.
Please confirm with the location where the original order was placed to verify.
Warranty Period
Definition of bright dot/black dot:
Bright dot appears as a pixel that is always lit or “ON”.
If there are any bright dots found within the first 30 days after purchase, the LCD panel
can be replaced once.
Black dot appears as a pixel that is always dark or “OFF”, or in an abnormal color.
XPG does not offer at this moment in time a ZERO BLACK DOT FREE service.
LCD Panel
Due to their consumable nature based on use, Battery and the AC Adapter are covered by a
one-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless specified differently by local regulations.
Battery and AC Adapter
Software and other accessories that may be bundled with the product are not covered by
this warranty. A copy of the original pre-installed image as the system was manufactured
is available as a separate partition on your SSD Drive, should you require to reinstall the
software from scratch. System recovery can be activated by pressing F8 while powering
on the system or from an OFF state or can be enabled within the Windows Recovery
option in Control Panels.
Our Service Center can provide you with a recovery service and revert your device back to
its original pre-installed status.
Pre-Installed Software
To install the bottom cover of the laptop, lower the cover onto the chassis and align
the 10 captive Phillips screws with the corresponding standoffs. Secure the screws.
Do not remove or replace the back cover with the power on. Always turn
off the power and unplug the power cord from the system before removing
or replacing the back cover. Otherwise, the system could be damaged.

El panel táctil es un panel electrónico rectangular ubicado justo debajo del teclado. Al

Personalice la configuración de su
computadora portátil
Intel® NUC Software Studio es una aplicación que permite
personalizar las funciones del equipo portátil. Para abrirlo,
haga clic en el ícono Intel® NUC Software Studio que se
encuentra en el escritorio o en la bandeja.
Le permite habilitar o deshabilitar las siguientes configuraciones del sistema
mediante el botón de alternancia:

Permite habilitar o deshabilitar la función de bloqueo de números.
Tecla Windows
Permite habilitar o deshabilitar la función de la tecla Windows. (Modo Juegos)
Bloqueo de la tecla de función
Permite habilitar o deshabilitar el bloqueo de la tecla Fn.
Alternar panel de trackpad
Permite habilitar o deshabilitar el botón de la esquina superior izquierda del panel táctil que
habilita o deshabilita la funcionalidad de este panel. (Modo Juegos)
Menús en pantalla
Permite habilitar o deshabilitar los menús en pantalla para las teclas de función,
los modos de rendimiento y otras funciones.
Límite de carga de la batería:
Permite personalizar el límite de carga de la batería a cualquier valor entre el 50 y el 100 %
usando la flecha de control. La selección de un límite de carga más bajo puede mejorar el
estado de la batería del sistema.
El valor óptimo es 60 %.
Esta función permite al usuario cambiar entre los siguientes perfiles de pantalla:
Brillo, Contraste y Color. Se pueden seleccionar 5 preajustes: Estándar (predeter-
minado), Juegos, Vídeo, Lectura y Personalizado.
Cada perfil también se puede personalizar aplicando diferentes valores de Brillo,
Contraste, Colores (Rojo, Verde, Azul) y Temperatura de Color según sea
compatible.
Configuración de pantalla
El usuario puede cambiar entre diferentes colores y modos en los LED de la
barra de luces. El valor de color se puede establecer entre el 0 y el 100 % de
PWM para rojo, azul y verde mediante los controles deslizantes.
Se pueden seleccionar 2 preajustes: Modo de arcoíris y modo de respiración

El monitor del sistema muestra la indicación en tiempo real de la configuración del sistema del
hardware.
Los datos del monitor del sistema incluyen:
CPU, memoria, iGPU, dGPU, velocidad de red, almacenamiento, indicador de estado de la
batería, información del sistema, velocidad del ventilador, porcentaje restante de la batería.

El usuario puede cambiar entre diferentes perfiles de teclado para personalizar
efectos, colores, brillo y velocidad. Se pueden seleccionar 12 preajustes: Monoco-
lor (predeterminado), Juegos, Respiración, Gota de lluvia, Marquesina, Música,
Onda, Reactivo, Ola, Chispa y Aurora.

Aurora es una utilidad que unifica dispositivos de iluminación RGB en diferentes marcas y les permite
trabajar juntos, todo ello mientras agrega y mejora la compatibilidad con la iluminación RGB para
varios juegos que anteriormente tenían poca o ninguna compatibilidad con la iluminación RGB.

La función Perfil personalizado también está disponible para habilitar el teclado como un control
interactivo para seleccionar teclas individuales o grupos de teclas para establecer diferentes colores.
Ajuste del rendimiento admite los perfiles Rendimiento, Equilibrado y Ahorro de
batería, con la asignación predeterminada de los modos de alimentación y
ventilador. En el arranque, se aplica el perfil Equilibrado de forma predeterminada.

Modo de referencia
Al ACTIVAR el modo de referencia se habilitará el modo de rendimiento máximo con
altas r.p.m. del ventilador.
Modo de enfriamiento pasivo
Al ACTIVAR el modo de enfriamiento pasivo se minimizarán las transiciones del ventilador al
limitar el tiempo de inactividad. El modo de enfriamiento pasivo está activado de forma
predeterminada.
Uso
Para el perfil seleccionado, muestra el uso actual de CPU y dGPU.
Velocidad del ventilador
Para el perfil seleccionado, muestra la velocidad actual de los ventiladores izquierdo y derecho.

Quitar la cubierta posterior
Para quitar la cubierta inferior del equipo portátil, desatornille los 10 tornillos
cautivos Phillips n.° 1. Levante por las dos ubicaciones que se muestran para
desenganchar la cubierta posterior del chasis.
No retire ni reemplace la cubierta posterior con la alimentación encendida.
Apague la alimentación y desenchufe el cable de alimentación del sistema
siempre antes de quitar o volver a colocar la cubierta posterior.
De lo contrario, el sistema podría dañarse.
