This owner’s manual contains important information. Each rider of the dirt bike
must read this owner’s manual thoroughly before riding the dirt bike for the rst
time and must always follow all of the instructions outlined in this manual. This
manual must remain with the dirt bike if the dirt bike is transferred to a new owner. Do not discard
this owner’s manual as it must be reviewed by each rider prior to his or her operation of the dirt bike.
If a minor is operating the dirt bike, it is the responsibility of the minor’s guardian to ensure that the
minor understands the information contained in this manual. This manual contains the latest product
information available before printing. Due to product improvements or production changes, there
could be discrepancies between the information contained in this owner’s manual and actual product
specications. XtremePowerUS reserves the right to make changes to its products at any time without
notice and without obligation to make the same or similar changes to any dirt bike previously built or
WARNING: Never allow children under the age of 13 to ride the dirt bike. The dirt bike is designed for riders
who are 16 or older. Riders younger than age 13 should not operate the dirt bike.

include, but are not limited to:
»»Dirt bike Operation Laws: It is illegal to operate this o-road dirt bike on public streets, roads, and highways.
It is illegal to operate this dirt bike under the inuence of drugs or alcohol, even on private property. Other dirt
bike operation laws might apply in your area.
»»Dirt bike Title & Registration Laws: You may need to title and/or register your new dirt bike with one or more
state or municipal government agencies. You are solely responsible for titling and/or registering your dirt bike
and for all related costs. Keep your dirt bike’s Certicate of Origin; it may be required to title and/or register your
dirt bike.
»»Dirt bike Modication Laws: Do not modify your dirt bike or attach aftermarket accessories. Modications to
the carburetor and exhaust systems are a violation of the law and are subject to prosecution by the Environmental
Protection Agency.
»»Dirt bike Maintenance Laws: Always follow all relevant dirt bike maintenance laws, which include, but are
not limited to, laws regulating the handling and disposal of ammable and dangerous materials such as gasoline
and oil.
SAFETY WARNINGS
WARNING: Never allow unsupervised or unqualied minors to ride the bike. If the operator of the dirt
bike is a minor, the rider’s guardian is responsible 1) for ensuring that the rider meets the physical and
developmental levels necessary to safely ride the bike and 2) for supervising the minor while he or she is
riding the dirt bike.
WARNING: Always wear protective safety gear while riding the dirt bike. Protective safety gear includes,
but is not limited to, a Department of Transportation approved full-face motorcycle helmet with a chin strap,
goggles, boots, gloves, long riding pants with hip and knee pads, and a long sleeved riding jersey with
elbow, chest, and shoulder pads.
WARNING: Do not touch the brakes/motor/exhausts on your bike when in use as they can become very
hot.

WARNING: Never operate the bike under the inuence of alcohol or drugs. The use of alcohol and/or drugs
will impair the rider’s ability to safety operate the dirt bike.
WARNING: Never operate the dirt bike with a passenger. The dirt bike is designed for one rider at a time.
WARNING: Never ride the dirt bike on hard surfaces. The dirt bike’s tires are designed for operation in dirt,
gravel, or similar materials and are not stable on any hard surfaces including, but not limited to, concrete
or asphalt.
WARNING: Never ride the dirt bike alone. Because unexpected situations can occur, always ride in proximity
of your base and of other people who can provide assistance in case of a problem.
WARNING: Never ride the dirt bike if it is not in proper riding condition. Always inspect your dirt bike before
you ride to ensure that it is in proper riding condition. If you have any indication that your dirt bike is not
running correctly, stop riding immediately. Do not ride your dirt bike back to your base.
WARNING: Ride within your skill level at comfortable speeds. Be cautious of potential hazards and dicult
terrain. Exercise extra caution in muddy or wet riding conditions. Always keep both hands and feet on the
handlebars and foot pegs. Do not brake or accelerate while turning. Do not attempt tricks or stunts or go o
jumps.
WARNING: Never operate the dirt bike in an enclosed space with poor ventilation. The dirt bike’s exhaust
gas contains poisonous carbon monoxide which can collect rapidly in an enclosed area and result in illness
or death.
WARNING: Never modify the dirt bike or attach after-market accessories. Modications and after-market
accessories reduce the rider’s ability to control and ride the dirt bike safely. XtremePowerUS is not liable for
any damage or injury caused by any after-market accessory.
WARNING: Always perform the necessary maintenance on the dirt bike. Failure to perform necessary
maintenance on the dirt bike could result in harm or fatal injury to the operator or others.
WARNING: Always exercise caution while servicing the dirt bike. Performing most maintenance procedures
on the dirt bike involves handing potentially dangerous and ammable materials such as oil and gasoline.
Recognize the risk that injury could potentially occur while you are servicing your dirt bike and always use
good judgment. Wear the necessary protective gear. Keep ames and cigarettes away from the dirt bike.
WARNING: Never perform maintenance on the dirt bike while it is running. To reduce the risk of potential
harm or burns from hot or moving parts, always ensure that the engine stop switch and the fuel valve lever
are both in the “o” position before performing maintenance on your dirt bike. Never touch any of the dirt
bike’s parts while the dirt bike is running.
PROP 65 WARNING: Operating, servicing and maintaining a passenger dirt bike or o-highway motor
dirt bike can expose you to chemicals including engine exhaust, carbon monoxide, phthalates, and lead,
which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
To minimize exposure, avoid breathing exhaust, do not idle the engine except as necessary, service your
dirt bike in a well-ventilated area and wear gloves or wash your hands frequently when servicing your
dirt bike.

WARNING: Do not touch the brakes or engine when the vehicle is in use as they can become very hot.
WARNING: This vehicle should use mixture of the unleaded gasoline and the two cycle engine oil. The
volume ratio is 25:1. Do not use any degraded fuel (which smells sour) or fuel of wrong mixture ratio. It will
cause a poor start, insucient output or damage the engine.
WARNING: Do not use 4 cycle engine oil. (Otherwise, it causes the plug to be degraded, the piston ring to
seize or the muer to be clogged).
WARNING: Do not run the engine in a room or poor ventilated area. (the exhaust gas includes odorless
but hazardous carbon monoxide.)
WARNING: Do not put your ngers and other body parts near to the drive chain, steering system,
wheels and all other moving components.
WARNING: Do not store, spill or use any gasoline near are, stove, oven, boiler or other instruments which
uses a pilot light or spark. (Otherwise, it may cause an explosion. )
WARNING: Smoking is strictly prohibited while relling the fuel or using the dirt bike.
WARNING: While the engine is running or while it remains hot soon after stopping, do not remove the Lid of
the fuel tank or rell the fuel. (Before relling the fuel, stop the engine and cool it down 2 minutes or more)
WARNING: If any fuel is spilled, do not start the engine.

WARNING: When the engine runs, do not touch any spark plug cap or high tension cord. Doing so may
cause serious injury.
You insurance policy may not provide coverage for accidents involving the use of this vehicle. Consulting
your insurance agent before using this vehicle.
PROPER RIDING ATTIRE
Always wear proper protective equipment such as an approved safety helmet, elbow pads and kneepads.
A helmet may be legally required by local law or regulation in your area. A long-sleeved shirt, long pants
and gloves are recommended. Always wear athletic shoes, never drive barefooted or in sandals, and keep
shoelaces tied and out of the way of the wheels, motor and drive system.

If the mini bike is not starting or is not performing well,
you might have a clogged or partially obstructed fuel cap
vent. Park the mini bike on a rm, level surface and turn
the engine stop switch to the “o” position. Remove the
fuel cap to allow air into the fuel tank and then screw the
fuel cap back onto the fuel tank. Try starting the engine.
If the engine starts after air has been let into the tank,
the fuel cap vent is probably clogged. To remedy the
problem, clean dirt and debris from the fuel cap vent.
ESTIMATED ASSEMBLY AND SET-UP TIME
We recommend assembly by an adult with experience in motorbike or bicycle mechanics.
• Allow up to 30-40 minutes for assembly.
• Required Tools
• Some tools may be supplied; however, we recommend the use of mechanic’s grade tools. Use the supplied
tools only as a last resort.
• The list of tool required is as follows:
• Open end wrench 10mm / 13mm/ 17mm / 22mm
• Allen wrench 5mm / 6mm/ 8mm
HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
WARNING: Failure to properly adjust and tighten the bolts that ax the handlebar can cause you to lose
control and crash.
1. place the handlebar (A) in the bottom
clamp, then cover the upper clamp (B) on
the handlebar and install the 4pcs bolt (C)
2. Place the handlebar in the upright and
vertical position, then tighten all the bolts
securely with 10mm socket spanner.

1. mount the bolt (D) through the mudguard xing bracket into the
splintage (B) and tighten it.
2. mount the bolt (C) bottom-up through the mudguard rear hole into the
splintage (B) and tighten it.

1. Fix the number board (A) into the location pillar of mudguard (E)
2. Install the bolt (C), bush (D) into the upper splintage (B) and tighten
the bolt with 10mm socket spanner.

1. put the wheel (A) on the right position to place the disc (E) between
the brake caliper pad.
2. mount the axle (B) through the left fork, bush (D), wheel, bush (D)
and right fork in sequence, and then x the nut (C) and tighten it.

1. Uplift the frame to align the shock (A) mounting hole to the shackle
joint hole.
2. Fix the bolt (B) through the shock mounting hole and shack joint and
tighten the nut (C) securely with 10mm and 13mm open end wrench

NOTE: The tires are inated when shipped, but they invariably lose some pressure
between the point of manufacturing and your purchase. Always inate the tires to the
correct PSI before rst time use.
Please read the specication sheet to get the information of tire pressure. Using a
bicycle-style tire pump to inate the tire to the PSI indicated on the sidewall of the tire.
Note: The pressurized air supplies found at gasoline stations are designed to inate
high-volume automobile tires. If you decide to use such an air supply to inate your
tires, rst make sure the pressure gauge is working, then use very short bursts to
inate to the correct PSI. If you inadvertently over-inate the tire, release the excess
pressure immediately.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION OF USE GUIDER FOR TIRE
NOTE: Tire is the only contact between the vehicle to the road, the safety of various driving activity depends on
the small area of tire where contact with the road. Therefore, it is very important to keep the tire in good condition
any time and use the correct size and standard tire to replace the old ones.
TIRE ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
It is strongly recommended that the tire assembly and disassembly should be done by an authorized technician
with necessary skills.
TIRE INFLATING PRESSURE
It is very important to keep the tire in proper pressure and check the tire pressure before use. The inating
should be done while the tire is cold.
TIRE MAINTENANCE
Tire tread depth should be checked regularly.( Shallower tread means less grip of tire). You must stop to use the
vehicle if the tire is pierced, disassemble the tire and check it carefully. Tire maintenance should be done by an
authorized technician. Tire should be replaced immediately when it is distorted or damaged.
TIRE REPLACEMENT
It is important to use the correct size and standard tire as per our specication (see details in technical specication
sheet) Don’t use the used tire if you are not sure its previous service condition.
TIRE AGING
Tire aging is unavoidable even the tire is not used. Tire aging is mainly reected in the cracked section on side
of tire and tire tread, sometimes the tire is distorted as well. The used and aged tire should be checked and
conrmed if it is ok to use again by an authorized technician.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
We recommend checking all tightenings after the rst time use. Special attention should be paid to the following
parts:
■ Footrest
■ Engine sprockets (Racing version only)
■ Shock absorber
■ Engine bolts and nuts
■ Rear sprocket
ECOLOGIC DRIVE
The noise and the pollution of every vehicle depend on how it is driven. We strongly recommend you to drive
steadily, without strong acceleration and deceleration During o road use, do not damage the environment,
avoid noise and everything that can disturb persons and animals.
Use a sport drive only on race circuits.
● Checks and maintenance before and after o-road use In order to avoid problems connected to the operation
of the vehicle, it is advisable to perform a number of checks and maintenance operations before and after use.
Just a few minutes given to these procedures will save you time and money, and will make riding much safer.
Proceed as follows:
·Check tire pressure, general condition and thickness of tread.
·On cold days, warm up the engine by running it at idle speed for a few minutes before starting o.
·Wash the vehicle carefully after every o-road use.
