Puma 200 Mini Bike Assembly Manual
1) Carefully remove the carton, take off the cover bag, and loosen the
bolts/nuts on the packing frame. Place it on flat surface.
2) Handle bar assembly: Loosen the locknuts, rubber rings & Washers on
the below holder of the handle bar. Put the rubber rings and washers on
the front fork board, then insert the assembly bolt of the below holder.
Add the other rubber rings and washers on the other side of the board,
at last tighten the locknuts.

3) Front fender assembly: Remove the bolts, nuts, washers and rubber
rings on the Front fender. Put the fender with warning labels forward
in the middle of the 2 forks, insert 3 bolts to assemble the fender on
the front fork as the following order: hole on the fork—rubber ring
—fender—rubber ring—washer—locknut. At last tighten 3 locknuts.
4) Headlight assembly: Remove the bolts/locknuts on the headlight. Put
the headlight into the holder on the front fork, assembling it by
tightening the bolts and locknuts.

5) Front wheel assembly: remove the bolt/locknut on the wheel. Lift the
front forks, place front tire between forks and tighten the bolt/nut
securely.
Congratulations! Your Puma 200 Mini Bike is ready for use.
