DESCRIPTION
P-M-O is a Power Meter Outlet that can control On / Off remotely.
You can completely replace your regular outlet.
You can connect home appliances such as home lamps, TVs, and others.
P-M-O is Z-Wave certified device, and it is fully interoperable.
You can view power and power usage in your Z-Wave controller or your apps.
The power status can be remotely controlled, and the LED indication changes according
to the power status.
The built-in relay is basically connected-on state.
It is very efficient to remotely control power and monitor the amount of power used.

WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS
Switch the main power off when installing Z-wave products.
Do not exceed current 16 Amp at all times.
Do not disassemble the outlet.
Switches are not guaranteed to remotely operate in certain circumstances such as radio
shadow area.
Z-wave enabled devices should never be used to supply power to, or control the On/Off
status of medical and/or life support equipment.
Do not install the products outdoors and/or humid environment

1. Shut off power to the circuit at circuit breaker or fuse box.
※Warning: Verify power is OFF to switch box before continuing.
2. Remove wall plate.
3. Remove the outlet mounting screws.
4. Carefully remove the outlet from the outlet box
5. Disconnect the wires from the existing outlet.
6. There are three wires on the P-M-O. Match these to the wires on wall.
7. Fix the P-M-O to the wall and fasten the screw.
8. Place the case on the product.

OPERATIONS
Manual Control
P-M-O has only one operation button.
The following operations are possible with the button.
1. Manually turn ON: press and release the button. The green LED indicator will turn on.
2. Manually turn OFF: press and release the button. The green LED indicator will turn
off.
3. Add for Inclusion: When the controller is in add mode, press and hold the button for
3 seconds until the RED LED indicator blinks.
4. Remove for Exclusion: When the controller is in remove mode, press and hold the
button for 3 seconds until the RED LED indicator flashes. When the P-M-O unit is
disconnected from the Z-Wave network, the RED LED indicator will be toggled every
second.
5. Factory Reset: press and hold button for 10 seconds until green and red led indicators
blink.
P-M-O will be initialized and send a device reset locally notification to the controller.
Use this function only if the primary controller is lost or otherwise inoperable.
Remote Control
P-M-O is On/Off Power Switch. You can turn the power on / off remotely, and measure
the power and power consumption of the connected appliance.
Z-Wave remote controllers provide control of an Individual device, Groups of devices and
Scenes. Please refer to your remote control’s instructions for details on its capabilities
and instructions for controlling devices.
All-ON and All-OFF
If your primary controller supports All-ON and All-OFF command, the P-M-O outlet can be
respond to ALL-ON and ALL-OFF commands. Please refer to your controller’s instructions
for information on how to use the All-ON and All-OFF command.

Restoring Factory Defaults
All network settings and configuration parameters can all be restored to
their factory default settings by using manual reset the device or excluding from
network. Please refer to Manual Control - 5.

WIRELESS RANGE
This device complies with the Z-Wave standard of open-air, line of sight
transmission distances of 100 feet. Actual performance in a home depends
on the numbers of walls between the remote controller and the destination
device, the type of construction and the number of Z-Wave enabled devices
installed in the control network.
Z-Wave Interoperability
This product can be included and operated in any Z-Wave network with other Z-Wave
certified devices from other manufacturers and/or other applications. All non-battery
operated nodes within the network will act as repeaters regardless of vendor to increase
reliability of the network.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Cannot carry out add, remove or association
1. Confirm that the outlet is powered.
2. Check if the wireless distance is too far.
3. Check if the Z-Wave network is already connected or disconnected.
The LED indicator does not turn ON
1. Check the wiring connection, especially the neutral wire.
2. Manually with the program button on the outlet.
